most nft collections stop at ownership but slippy club seems to be building something around what you can actually do with that ownership.
@Slippyclub gives each nft personal and commercial rights to its specific character, so the slippy can become your pfp, content identity, merch, product or media asset.
those rights stay attached to the nft, while $SLIPPY holders also get priority access to mints and other collection benefits.
the part that caught my attention is the revenue layer, with plushies, apparel, digital licensing, game cosmetics and collaborations potentially feeding value back to holders.
so the model goes beyond simply owning a jpeg.
hold the character, use the ip, build around it and participate in the value created from that character.
that makes the nft feel more like an ip license you can actually build with.
most capture networks still push raw video downstream, leaving models to sort through huge files and expensive noise later.
@vangrid_io flips that workflow by processing multi-angle captures at the edge and turning them into point clouds and gaussian splats.
instead of another pile of footage, the output is structured spatial data that can plug directly into robotics and world model pipelines.
that means less bandwidth, less irrelevant data and less need to keep privacy-heavy raw files sitting around.
the useful part is not collecting more frames but turning those frames into precise geometry with verifiable provenance.

security audits are one of those things that usually stay in the background but they matter a lot more when you're looking at a network that wants to keep growing.
@BeldexCoin has just completed its security audit with Dakara Research and the report came back with 64 findings across different severity levels.
5 critical, 8 high, 14 medium, 25 low and 12 informational findings were identified during the audit.
the part i care about more is what happened after that. all findings were addressed with the relevant fixes re-verified instead of simply leaving the report on paper.
that's 64 issues going through another layer of review before being closed, which gives the network a stronger base to build on.
not the loudest update from Beldex but definitely one of the more important ones for the long term.
AI can process a huge amount of data but there is one important question:
does that data really represent the real world?
this is why i find @vangrid_io interesting.
Vangrid is building a decentralized data layer where data collected from people can be used as ground truth for AI models, robotics and autonomous systems.
what stands out is not just having more data but how the data is collected from different perspectives and comes with cryptographic provenance to help verify where it came from.
if AI wants to understand the physical world better, reliable data could become an important part of the infrastructure.
