About BTCETFOutflowPressure
BTC has slipped from near $87K to around $83K despite ongoing institutional interest. US spot BTC ETFs saw about $731M in net outflows on Oct 7-8, followed by only about $21M in inflows on Oct 9. Morgan Stanley's MSBT holds BTC on behalf of fund investors, while Strive plans to expand its BTC treasury using preferred-stock financing. With Treasury yields and energy prices elevated and Sep CPI due Oct 14, can longer-term demand absorb selling pressure, or will macro risks limit a rebound?

📉 BITCOIN INSTITUTIONAL FLOW WATCH
According to CoinDesk’s October 12 report, U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded approximately $681 million in net outflows last week—their largest weekly outflow since June. 📊
This is an important market signal, but ETF outflows alone do not guarantee that Bitcoin’s price will fall.
💬 Do you think institutional demand will recover this week?

Wall Street's crypto engine just hit a massive wall. 🛑
After dropping $731M in a brutal 2-day outflow streak, US spot Bitcoin ETFs flatlined with a tiny $21M bounce. Month-to-date ETF flows are sitting in the red at minus $407M.
The crowd is panicking because the fear index hit 39 (Fear). But check the on-chain data: whales quietly hoarded $1.2B in spot BTC right into the dip.
Is Wall Street running out of steam, or are whales manipulating the floor? 👇

🔥 Whales are buying. Institutions are accumulating. So why is Bitcoin STILL struggling to pump?
Here’s the catch: Big money buying the dip doesn’t mean BTC is ready to rally. 👀
$BTC has dropped from $87,000 to around $83,000, even coming dangerously close to the $80,000 level. And despite the correction, whales and institutions haven’t disappeared.
🐋 Whales are stacking sats: On-chain data reportedly shows large holders added around 15,000 BTC in roughly 72 hours,

$BTC slid from a high of $86,994.3 down to $80,400.0, and it's since climbed back to $83,937.3, up a slight 0.20% today. The recovery has been steady, with higher lows forming, though price is still below where the slide began.
Does this keep building, or stall out first?

BTC at $83,846 is rising alongside ETH and SOL, suggesting risk appetite is broadening rather than rotating narrowly. The more durable test is whether ETF outflow pressure persists: continued institutional selling would weaken the case that this rebound reflects renewed demand. Not financial advice.
BTC Stops the Bleeding, ETH Continues to Bleed: ETF Funds Are Redrawing the Battlefield"
There is a rare divergence in the flow of funds for U.S. spot ETFs. BTC ETFs have finally ended the withdrawal trend, with a single-day net inflow of $21.13 million, of which BlackRock's IBIT alone accounted for $22.38 million, almost single-handedly supporting the market. On the other hand, ETH ETFs saw a single-day outflow of $56.10 million, marking the ninth consecutive day of bleeding, with BlackRock's
$BTC ETFs have been seeing money flow out this month, and that's something I'm keeping an eye on.
We did see $21.1M flow back in on October 9, but one day doesn't tell us much. I want to see whether that buying continues over the next few sessions.
For now, I'm not jumping to conclusions. If the outflows continue, BTC could face more pressure.
What do you think? Are institutions losing interest in Bitcoin, or is this just temporary selling?

Crypto markets face heavy selling pressure as BTC, ETH, and SOL ETFs record major outflows. Buying strength remains weak amid macro uncertainty.
Don’t rush to buy the dip or use 50x leverage. Protect your capital and manage risk first.

📉 Fed rate-hike fears are rising, while BTC and ETH ETFs face heavy outflows.
BTC ETFs lost $484.9M in one day, and ETH ETFs recorded nine consecutive days of outflows.
⚠️ Watch the $81,777 support level and the October 14 inflation data. Holding support could trigger a rebound, while a breakdown may bring more downside.
Will BTC hold support or fall further?
