Buffett was absolutely right: you have to be greedy when others are fearful. If I had heavily invested at $1000, my account would have taken off by now! Back to the present, 1803 isn't exactly cheap either, but the upside is limited; doubling is very difficult. However, hitting a new high is just a matter of time. It already rose 4% pre-market today, indicating funds have returned to the storage sector. I already have a head start, so I won't make any moves for now!
