This early morning surge lifted a batch of shorts across the entire network again.
In the past 24 hours, the total liquidations across the network reached $167 million, with short liquidations accounting for $115 million, or 69.5%, which is 2.2 times that of longs. ETH shorts liquidated $26.57 million, BTC shorts liquidated $35.08 million. BTC rallied from a low of 80,427 to 84,199, currently at 83,950, up 1.18% in 24 hours; ETH is at 2,546, up 1.66%.
