BTC spot ETFs continue to attract money, but Bitcoin just can't seem to rise.
$BTC Bitcoin spot ETF has been continuously receiving inflows, real money keeps entering, yet the big coin just can't rise, stuck grinding back and forth within the range. Many people don't understand: institutions are buying, so why isn't the price pulling up? The reason is simple, the ETF buying can absorb the selling pressure, but it's not strong enough yet to completely eat through all the sell orders above. There are many old positions above; as soon as the price moves up a bit, someone sells. The funds coming from the ETF just happen to absorb these sell orders, so it doesn't drop deeply, but it also can't break through. Plus, everyone is still worried about future interest rate issues, so big money is reluctant to push for a big rally. The bulls and bears are stuck in this stalemate. This kind of market has a characteristic: continuous ETF inflows effectively support the bottom, limiting the space for a big drop. But without new major stimuli, it will most likely continue to oscillate back and forth, sweeping leverage on both sides. When can the deadlock be broken? It will require the buying power to completely surpass the selling pressure above before a decent upward rally can occur. $ETH $ZEC #BTC现货ETF连续净流入,市场反应有限
$BTC $SOL The current market long-short ratio is almost equal to 1, meaning the volume of long and short funds is nearly the same, and neither side has dominated the other.
On the BTC and SOL side, short positions have slightly more funds, while on the ETH side, long positions have a slight advantage. Both sides have roughly equal strength, and the main characteristic of this market is frequent oscillations and repeated stop-loss sweeps.
Whenever long positions accumulate too much, the market tends to push down to liquidate the longs' leverage; when short positions pile up, it suddenly rallies to trigger short squeezes.
Without a clear one-sided big move, frequent spikes up and down occur, making it easy to get whipsawed whether going long or short. Until this balanced situation breaks, it's best not to heavily bet on direction. Patiently wait for one side to clearly gain the upper hand before trading, which will be much safer. $ETH
