Now I usually go to bed around 10:30 PM every day, fall asleep around 11, and wake up between 6:30 and 7:30 AM! I used to think I couldn't do it, thought this schedule was too hard, but after more than a month, I realized some habits can indeed be changed gradually. First, it's a change in mindset. You have to calm yourself down, accept that life is unpredictable, accept that life is full of uncertainties, and accept that many things in life are variable. No matter how much you think or plan, things may not happen as you expect. If you stop trying to control everything, you won't feel so anxious. Reducing anxiety is the first step; Then comes adjustments and changes in planning. For example, daily exercise amount, time spent in the sun, daily working hours. For instance, after 10 PM, I no longer do any mentally or physically intense activities to avoid getting too excited; before sleep, I do about ten minutes of stretching to tire myself a bit; I finish dinner between 5 and 6 PM and don't eat anything afterward. I think these are important plans that help me a lot. These are small arrangements but quite effective. At the same time, these plans give me a rhythm of life, not control over life. Don't expect to control your life; that itself is an illusion. Don't fall into anxiety just because you didn't complete some plans—that's another form of attachment; We can't plan the future, nor can we know it. Every day will bring disruptions. So I follow these rules, but if one day an old friend suddenly visits, or last Wednesday I played guitar and sang with some friends until late, I never force myself to strictly sleep at 10 PM. I follow the rules I set but allow life to occasionally disrupt them. If I stay up late one day, I just return to my usual rhythm the next day. There's no need to be hard on myself. Be happy in the moment, sleep when it's time to sleep, eat when it's time to eat, walk when it's time to walk, do whatever you need to do. Life seems to be that simple.

Teacher Jason is so insightful! What we really need to be wary of is not the rules themselves, but who holds the power to define and enforce those rules. Decentralization cannot exist without rules! Without rules, the weak are likely to be the first to get hurt; but if the rules can be arbitrarily changed or selectively enforced by some central authority, in the end, the weak and ordinary people can also be harmed. So the Crypto we love, I believe, is still the same Crypto as before, but after upgrades and iterations, everyone will understand: What is truly worth pursuing is not the absence of a center or rules, but having rules that are open and transparent; having enforcement power, but with checks on that power; able to combat hackers, yet not allowing any institution to easily seize ordinary people's assets. In a word: decentralization is not about eliminating order, but about ensuring that those who create and enforce order are also bound by that order. I think: This is where "freedom" and "rules" can truly coexist. This is the banner that we, the WEB3 people, should truly uphold!

True decentralization: No one can take away the assets you legally and compliantly hold in any way. False decentralization: Anyone can take away the assets you legally and compliantly hold in any way. After being in the crypto industry for so many years, my own thinking has undergone a great transformation. From initially longing for that decentralized "code is law" utopian world, I gradually began to waver and question: What do we really want, freedom or rules? Justice or efficiency? I once thought decentralization was a shield for ordinary people to defend themselves against tyranny, but increasingly I feel that excessive and extreme decentralization is precisely a weapon for tyranny to plunder ordinary people and even legalize it. The famous book "Sapiens" proposes that the process of human development is about continuously ceding some of our rights to form a public service center responsible for security, diplomacy, and other matters, so that ordinary people can focus more energy on productive labor. But if I tell you that this world will no longer have any center, and everyone must only be responsible for themselves, you have to be careful walking on the street because someone might stab you to death, and you have to guard your front door at all times because someone could break in and claim your home as their own, then this world becomes one where might makes right. There is an American movie called "The Purge," where the US government declares that on this day, all fire, security, police, and other government departments are suspended, and people can do whatever they want. On this day, all the poor can only cower at home, but it becomes a paradise for the rich because they can go out with mercenaries and kill freely. Are rules meant to protect the poor or the rich? I dare say that in the vast majority of normal countries, without rules, the poor would live even worse, becoming human batteries for the rich. I once also strongly believed in "code is law," that what is agreed upon must never be changed, but even the most powerful country in the world, the United States, has amended its constitution 27 times. Breaking promises is certainly a bad thing, but from individuals to countries, everything is dynamically evolving, so there is no absolute binary that must be followed. You cannot see Cambodia’s Khmer Rouge or North Korea’s Kim regime and conclude that all governments are bad and that we must create a world without centers and lies. So I am very puzzled: those who strongly support hackers and act as accomplices to them—what kind of background do they have? How much persecution have they suffered in life to develop such a distorted value system? I really feel sorry for them

Glassnode data shows that the largest supply concentration of bitcoin:native long-term holders is located between $84,000 and $85,000. It's quite amazing; this number completely exceeds my expectations. I thought it would be concentrated around 60,000 to 70,000! There should still be a large portion of people who haven't gotten on board. Glassnode provides two key support and resistance levels—— If the price can hold above $84,000, the upside toward $96,700 remains open. If it falls back below $84,000, $77,000 will once again become the market's focus.

Decentralization ≠ Anarchy! The true value of Bitcoin and Ethereum is that no one can easily deprive you of the right to hold and transfer assets based on your identity, nationality, or views. But this is completely different from pretending not to see after hackers steal 500 million dollars under the guise of decentralization. Freedom should protect the property rights and transaction rights of legitimate users, not provide criminals with an "intervention-proof privilege." The crypto industry should find a way to fully curb hackers and other illegal activities while ensuring everyone's freedom. Decentralization does not mean disorder and lawlessness; the crypto industry should proactively suppress criminal activities to survive better and longer. I believe a more reasonable future crypto architecture should be: The underlying protocols remain as neutral as possible, while the upper-layer applications have increasing governance capabilities. This is like BTC/ETH and other base layers staying open, permissionless, and censorship-resistant; DeFi protocols having rights for risk control, rate limiting, circuit breakers, and anomaly detection; bridges implementing large-amount anomaly freeze windows and risk control systems; CEXs able to trace and freeze stolen funds due to KYC; stablecoin issuers having blacklists and enforcement mechanisms; wallets providing risk address warnings and scam identification;

What does everyone think about this midterm election? I believe it might be the most impactful midterm election for the crypto industry. 1️⃣ The market will trade based on domestic policy expectations; Unlike before, the U.S. has now reached a critical stage in crypto reform. Recently, the Senate failed to pass the 60 votes needed to advance the CLARITY Act, causing BTC to drop over 5% in a single day, and Coinbase and Circle stocks fell about 9%-10%. This shows that the market now directly trades on U.S. Congress crypto policy expectations. 2️⃣ Uncertainty caused by the shift in congressional investigative power; If the Democrats take the House while Trump remains president, the policy directions of administrative agencies like the SEC, CFTC, OCC, and Treasury won’t immediately reverse due to the House changing party control; also, the GENIUS Act for stablecoins will become law in 2025 and won’t automatically expire with the election; However, congressional investigative power will no longer be on this side; The House majority will control committee chair positions, and most House committee chairs have the direct authority to issue subpoenas, requiring companies, executives, and government departments to submit documents, communication records, and attend hearings; So if there is a change in party control, the crypto industry is more likely to face: legislative uncertainty + numerous hearings + conflict of interest investigations + foreign capital investigations. 3️⃣ The Trump family and the crypto industry; Trump and his family have already developed very direct business interests with the crypto industry. If the Democrats win the midterm election, will the Trump family, especially @EricTrump and the crypto projects he is involved in, be affected? Two core crypto assets Eric is involved with: ① World Liberty Financial / USD1 ② Eric Trump’s American Bitcoin (ABTC) How much impact they will face is still unknown!

Remember, the financial market is a counter-evolutionary place, an artificial, unnatural game! Here, having impressive trading skills is just a basic threshold. Truly gifted people are extremely rare and at least need four traits: 1) They are not averse to probability and uncertainty; instead, they feel naturally comfortable with them. 2) They have extremely strong delayed gratification and patience, able to stay still and just wait for their trigger moment; 3) They can quickly cut off their own trading mistakes without any burden of opinion; 4) They have an extremely abnormal emotional detachment, making stop-losses as simple as breathing! They are truly one in a million!
