这次CPI的特殊性：油价上涨已经预埋了CPI走高的种子——沙特拦截导弹+利雅得机场关闭+WTI涨到94，9月的油价上涨会直接反映在这次CPI里。所以3.7%符合预期已经是"好坏参半"——高于8月的3.4%说明通胀在恶化，但市场已经price in这个预期
