Today's Highlights: BTC dropped below 81.5k, ETH crashed to 2,432, and ZEC plummeted by 9%. The entire market is falling—has this correction ended? $BTC Current BTC price is 81,530, down 1.43%, falling from 84,361 straight down to 81,260. The UK High Court ruled that the Bitcoin claim in the Qian Zhimin case is subject to Chinese law, and victims may seek huge compensation, adding uncertainty to the ownership of this large amount of BTC. Resistance above is at 82,937, support below at 81,531. Those wanting to enter should wait for a pullback near 81,000 before acting; if it falls below 80,500, exit. 📉 RSI6 is only 20, severely oversold, but don't rush to buy before the trend stabilizes. $ETH Current ETH price is 2,432, down 3.83%, dropping directly from 2,579 to 2,413. Bitmine increased holdings by 12,500 ETH last week, holding about $16.2 billion in crypto assets; big players are still accumulating, but the market panic is overwhelming. Resistance above is 2,523, support below 2,447. Those wanting to enter should wait for a pullback near 2,400 before acting; if it falls below 2,350, exit. ⚠️ RSI6 is only 9, dropped too sharply, wait for stabilization signals before entering. $ZEC Current ZEC price is 1,148, plummeting 9.25%, falling directly from 1,349 to 1,141. The ZEC NU7 upgrade may have uncertainties; the planned upgrade might disable v4 transactions, and technical risks are causing funds to flee first. Resistance above is 1,261, support below 1,157. Avoid this level for now, wait for news.
The US September CPI is coming out tomorrow night, and Federal Reserve officials and the market are in a heated debate.
Cleveland Fed President Harker said yesterday that inflationary pressures have "widely spread," not just in energy—tariffs are pushing up corporate costs, and AI data center construction is also competing for electricity and components. She leans toward "small, more frequent" rate hikes.
But the market is not buying it at all. CME data shows a 79.5% probability of holding rates steady in October, with only 20.5% betting on a hike. More importantly, the probability of a rate hike in December is as high as 70.3%—the market's meaning is: pause in October, then decide in December.
The core disagreement centers on tomorrow night's CPI. Institutions expect the overall year-on-year rate to rise from 3.4% to 3.7%, with diesel and transportation costs still transmitting after oil prices surged past $100. But the core CPI month-on-month may slow from 0.3% to 0.2%.
If the core really drops to 0.2%, the market will reinforce the expectation of "pause in October, then decide in December"; if it remains at 0.3% or even higher, the probability of an October hike will climb back above 20%.
As for $BTC, the price is stuck between 82,000 and 83,000, with ETF funds seeing a net outflow of $680 million in the past week, so there is no big capital support in the short term. The core CPI figure tomorrow night will directly determine whether $BTC continues to consolidate or dips further. #9月CPI公布在即,哈玛克称仍需进一步加息

Macro and technical analysis are in conflict, who should I listen to?
Honestly, when these two clash, I trust technical analysis, but only halfway.
Macro is the direction, technical is the timing. Macro tells you which way the wind is blowing, technical tells you when to get on board. But the problem is, macro data is lagging; by the time you understand it, the market has already moved. $BTC halving, Federal Reserve easing—these logics are correct, but if you use macro to open trades, you risk getting stopped out in a flash.
On the other hand, relying purely on technicals is also risky. No matter how beautiful the candlesticks are, a black swan event can smash through them instantly. Last year, many were bullish technically, but a macro knockout punch buried them all.
My approach is: use macro to set position size, technical to determine entry and exit.
If macro is positive, I dare to go heavy and hold. If macro is unclear, no matter how good the technicals are, I only take light positions to test. When the two conflict, I reduce position size and wait for the market to choose its direction. The current $BTC spikes up and down are exactly because macro and technicals haven’t agreed—so don’t rush to pick a side.
In the end, conflicting signals don’t mean you have to choose one; they mean don’t bet heavily. Wait until they shake hands, then increase your position.
What about you, who do you listen to?

$FIL dropped from 237 to 1.2, and people shout reversal after a 10% rise? Don't forget how it was dumped back then.
$BTC is still holding up above, $FIL rose another 10% today, but don't call it a bull run just because of a pump. Something that fell from 237 to 1.2, and now a 10% rise is trying to trick people into buying? Whoever wants to chase, go ahead, but I’m not falling for it.
$FIL was once so glorious, hitting 237 right after the mainnet launch, hailed as the "distributed storage revolution," with the group chat constantly spamming "buy FIL, buy the future." If you didn’t buy some $FIL, you couldn’t even claim to be into Web3.
Now it’s at 1.2. Look at the three-month candlestick chart (picture 2), sliding down from 237 like a waterfall, no turning back. A 10% rise today trying to lure people in? The 15-minute chart in picture 1 looks good, but it’s just a short-term bull trap. Just a breather on the road to zero.
At 1.2, buy? Buy what? Something that fell from 237 to 1.2, if you buy it, it might drop to 0.12 tomorrow. Trash is trash; the bigger the pump, the bigger the trap. Just short it hard and be done.
Once thought it was a storage revolution, but it stored my losses instead.😅#波动雷达:币种异动观察 #创作者激励 #OKX星球话题来啦

This week's data is the last batch before the Federal Reserve's October meeting, with the core focus on two things: whether inflation is spreading and whether consumption is cooling down.
On Wednesday, October 14 at 20:30, the September CPI will be released first. The core CPI rose 0.3% month-over-month in August, higher than expected. After oil prices surged past $100, the costs of diesel, transportation, and food have not yet fully passed through. If tonight's core month-over-month figure is still 0.3% or even higher, the claim that "inflation is just energy disruption" will not hold.
On Thursday, October 15 at 20:30, PPI and retail sales will be released together. Retail sales unexpectedly fell 0.6% in August; if weakness continues, the signal of cooling demand will be clearer.
The Federal Reserve's September minutes show that most officials believe there may be another rate hike this year, but the timing is highly disputed. CME data shows only a 17.7% chance of a rate hike in October, with the market leaning toward action in December.
As for $BTC, the price is stuck between 82,000 and 83,000. After dropping from 87,000 last week, it has been consolidating. ETF funds have seen a net outflow of $680 million in the past week, with no major capital support in the short term. Before the CPI release, it is likely to continue to consolidate. #CPI与PPI公布在即,加息预期迎考验

The most ironic thing is, you buy a hardware wallet precisely to trust no middlemen. Yet you find out the middleman betrayed you long before you trusted them. #Ledger确认一台涉事设备遭硬件植入
Hundreds of Ledger users' wallets have been emptied, with losses exceeding $86 million, involving Ethereum, TRON, and Bitcoin blockchains. The issue lies in the supply chain, with a Southeast Asian distributor, CryptoBilis, being named. Ledger has requested it to suspend sales and shipments and advised users who purchased devices in the past 90 days not to activate them yet; those who have activated should quickly transfer their assets. Currently, there is no evidence that Ledger devices or firmware have vulnerabilities, but the device authenticity verification cannot detect physical tampering. The only defense is to purchase through official channels and never input the mnemonic phrase into any software.
$BTC was not shaken down, rebounding from a low of 80,350 to oscillate near 83,000. The market treats this as a single-point supply chain issue, not a systemic risk. Before the CPI release on October 14, Bitcoin will most likely continue to fluctuate between 81,300 and 86,500. #创作者激励 #波动雷达:币种异动观察 #创作者激励
