Ledger Finds Unauthorized Hardware Implant in Affected Wallet
Ledger confirmed a hardware implant was found in an affected user’s device and is working with law enforcement and SEAL 911.
The distributor CryptoBilis has halted hardware wallet sales during the investigation. Ledger says its own systems remain uncompromised.
Separately, a fake Ledger website is reportedly targeting users’ 24 word recovery phrases.
