On-chain data shows that the ETH validator exit queue surged from 166,000 at the end of September to 851,000 on October 2nd, a fivefold increase.
By October 6th, there were still 786,000 ETH queued up waiting to exit, with an estimated wait time close to two weeks.
Once these staked ETH are unlocked, it will be real selling pressure hitting the market.
