Bitcoin near $79K isn't really a crypto story, it's a debasement one. BTC's 90-day correlation with gold has jumped to ~0.5, its second-highest ever, as US debt past $40T and a $1.9T deficit push capital to hedge the dollar. When gold and BTC rise together, the market is voting on debasement, and BTC is the high-beta version of that hedge.
