The test for AI capital spending is whether demand can stand on its own. Reuters reports Nvidia is in talks to anchor Anthropic's IPO with up to $10B; terms remain under discussion. With Anthropic already committed to Azure compute using Nvidia chips, my read is that a stake would deepen alignment, while making independent customer demand a more important test of the economics. #NvidiaAnthropicIPO10B
