Protocol 28 and the recent fixes are useful infrastructure steps, not transformative events by themselves. $PI is further along operationally than skeptics sometimes claim, but the hard part turning tens of millions of âminersâ into active economic participants is still ahead. If that conversion happens at scale, the ecosystem could become meaningfully valuable. If it stays mostly dormant holders waiting for price pumps, the token will continue to struggle under supply pressure. Watch actual on-chain usage, merchant adoption, and sustained app activity more than protocol version numbers or partnership headlines.
