$RAY is facing a massive sell wall overhead.
For the price to break higher, it will likely need repeated pullbacks and shakeouts to clear the trapped sellers. Even if it manages to pump, a sharp retracement could follow.
The selling pressure above is simply too heavy. In other words, there are plenty of holders waiting to break even or take profits, so every small bounce can trigger fresh selling and make a breakout difficult.
