One of the most expensive habits I had in crypto:
Checking the chart when I already knew there was no setup.
I wasn't looking for information.
I was looking for a reason to trade.
There’s a difference.
Now when I catch myself opening the chart out of boredom,
I close it again.
Not every urge deserves an action.
Still learning that one.
