Blockchain.com has applied to the CFTC for two licenses, DCM and FCM. Once approved, it will be able to offer prediction markets and crypto derivatives trading to U.S. users. The CEO said they want users to manage assets, trade derivatives, and bet on real-world events all on one platform.
I don't understand licenses much, but I do get one thing — this company currently provides prediction markets to international users through partnerships with Polymarket and Hyperliquid, and now they want to bring this business in-house to directly serve U.S. users.
What does this have to do with Dogecoin? On the DogeOS testnet, there is a prediction market aggregator called Snag, and another called Split Markets that offers options without a clearing period. A platform of Blockchain.com's caliber entering prediction markets shows that demand in this area is growing. When demand grows, the teams building prediction markets on Dogecoin at least have the right direction.
This year, 11 companies have applied for the DCM license, and the CFTC has approved 6. When so many are rushing to enter, it means there’s money to be made in this field. $DOGE has already secured a position on this front.Just saw that POAP founder worthalter transferred another 4,000 ETH to Gemini six hours ago, worth about $10.02 million; in six days, he has already sold 8,000 ETH, cashing out $20.81 million, still holding 51,468 ETH, valued at $129 million.
In my opinion, project founders are the fastest to exit, while retail investors are still waiting for Ethereum to break new highs, but they have been moving out weekly 🤣

$BTC 1. The Three Core Risks 1. Dilution Sword Hanging: 20% Circulation, FDV is 5 Times Market Cap • Total supply 10 billion, circulation about 2 billion, circulation rate 20% • FDV / Market Cap ≈ 5 times, meaning the future circulating supply can at most multiply by 4 • Team and investor shares are generally said to unlock around April 2027, with a 12-month cliff followed by 36 months of linear release This calculation is straightforward: buyers now are betting that protocol growth can outperform the unlocking selling pressure in the coming years. Every unlocking window is a potential selling pressure event. This is the biggest anchor for CHIP's mid-to-long-term pricing, not short-term noise. 2. Governance Token, No Direct Profit Sharing CHIP is a governance token, it does not represent equity, debt, nor does it have claims on protocol assets or earnings. Earnings are on sUSDai, not on CHIP. What CHIP can do is: • Vote on governance (collateral whitelist, interest rate curves, fee toggles, treasury usage) • Possibly implement an insurance staking module in the future, but whether to share fees or buy back and burn must go through governance voting; nothing counts until implemented This means: protocol TVL increases, loans are issued, sUSDai pays interest to depositors, CHIP holders do not necessarily profit. Price depends on narrative and tokenomics, not cash flow. Pure governance tokens in DeFi historically trade at a discount compared to those with fee sharing. 3. Token Concentration, Top 10 Hold 86% • Top 10 $STRK transaction list only fluctuates by a few thousand or a few U, so why does the 24-hour trading volume show millions or even tens of millions of U?Oh my god, it seems like the $STRK weekly chart is similar to the explosive $ZEC weekly chart? Could it become the next ZEC?
From the weekly technical pattern alone, there are indeed similarities.
But to become the next ZEC, it lacks the most core element that ZEC had at the time — real on-chain demand.
The driving forces are completely different.
ZEC's surge was supported by real on-chain data:
· Shielded pool balance surged: ZEC held in the privacy protection pool increased from about 1.7 million to over 4.5 million, accounting for more than 27% of the circulating supply.
· Halving logic: After the halving in November 2024, daily new issuance will drop from about 3,600 to 1,800, making supply contraction real.
· Governance upgrade: NU6.1 allocates 8% of block rewards to community grants and 12% to a fund controlled by token holders, a verifiable on-chain governance change.
STRK currently relies on narrative and news:
· "Quantum-resistant L1" transformation: The CEO proposed considering becoming an independent L1, aiming to achieve quantum resistance by 2027; after the news, STRK rose about 26% in 24 hours.
· strkBTC incentives: Launched on October 2, covering bridge fees for the first 100 cross-chain BTC, attracting Bitcoin capital inflow.
But these catalysts share a common problem: they change "expectations," not the "present."
I thought $NIGHT was already impressive, but I didn't expect strk, which has maintained over 20% gains for four consecutive days, to be even more impressive. #俄罗斯放宽柴油出口,霍尔木兹风险仍支撑油价
On the evening of October 10, the Russian government announced a partial lifting of the diesel export ban, with the related measures taking effect that day. This move aims to implement the agreement reached between Russian President Putin and U.S. President Trump. According to the decision, Russia will currently allow the export of 500,000 tons of diesel to the international market. Russian Deputy Prime Minister Novak stated that Russia will immediately begin lifting diesel export restrictions ahead of schedule, planning to supply an additional 300,000 tons of diesel to the U.S. and all partners in October, increasing to 500,000 tons in November and 1 million tons in December. Previously, the Russian government had extended the export ban on diesel, marine fuel, and gas oil producers until October 31; this early lifting marks a marginal easing on the supply side.
The U.S. has simultaneously made policy adjustments. On October 9, the U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control issued General License No. 135, allowing the sale, delivery, and import of Russian-origin diesel until April 7, 2027. Trump announced a phased increase in diesel supply totaling approximately 4.8 million tons.
This policy shift directly suppressed the extreme premium in the diesel market. S&P Global data shows that the NYMEX near-month ultra-low sulfur diesel crack spread to WTI declined by $6.45/barrel to $96.80/barrel, with diesel futures falling 4.57% to $4.5235 per gallon. ING reported that the ICE light diesel crack spread dropped from about $85 per barrel mid-last week to around $70. Heating oil futures fell as much as 5% in post-settlement trading, leading losses across the energy sector. The diesel crack spread is a core indicator of refinery profits; as diesel prices retreat, refinery processing willingness will marginally improve, potentially stabilizing crude oil demand.
However, the extent of supply relief remains uncertain. In Q3, Russian diesel exports were only 150,000 barrels per day, about 600,000 tons per month, with fulfillment capacity already constrained by refining capacity. One German energy chemical firm pointed out that Russia’s incremental supply is limited and does not fundamentally solve the global shortage of middle distillates; overall relief may be limited. For refineries such as Sinopec, the slope of the diesel crack spread decline depends more on the G7’s release schedule and Middle East developments than on Russia’s monthly incremental tens of thousands of tons.
Risks in the Strait of Hormuz continue to provide a floor for oil prices. The UK Maritime Trade Operations office reported that multiple vessels have been attacked in the Strait of Hormuz in recent days. Two oil tankers and one liquefied petroleum gas carrier were hit by "unidentified projectiles" on October 3 and 4, and another oil tanker was turned back by the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps on October 5. The senior advisor to the IRGC Commander publicly stated that a few "illegal navigation routes" in the Strait of Hormuz will soon be closed, and unless Iran’s "legitimate" demands are met, this situation will persist. Kpler data shows that only seven bulk commodity vessels passed through the Strait of Hormuz on October 6, less than half the average of the past seven days and the lowest level since July 23.
Freight rates have risen to record highs, with tanker attacks increasing transport risks in the waterway. Renewed conflict between Saudi Arabia and Iran-backed Yemeni Houthi forces adds further uncertainty to the market. JPMorgan analysts noted that ship-to-ship transfers occupy more vessels, meaning the longer each ship spends transporting cargo, the more ships are needed to move the same amount of crude.
As of the close on October 10, Brent crude rose about 0.4%, settling near $105 per barrel after a more than 4% surge on Thursday; WTI November futures rose 0.4%, settling around $91.85 per barrel. The prospect of large volumes of Russian diesel entering the global market, combined with rising supply risks in the Strait of Hormuz, forms the core contradiction in the current oil market.
Looking ahead, amid the triangular game of easing crude, tight refined products, and persistent geopolitical premiums, oil prices are likely to fluctuate widely at high levels. Any disruption in the Strait of Hormuz, the Mandeb Strait, or Middle Eastern oil facilities could amplify near-term contract volatility. The direction of the diesel crack spread decline is relatively certain, but the speed depends on Russia’s actual export fulfillment capacity and the pace of Middle East developments. In the short term, geopolitical risks will continue to support oil prices and are unlikely to fully dissipate.$BTC : Consolidating after the drop; weekend volatility should stay low, with Wednesday's CPI as the next catalyst. The logic chain is: hot data → rate hike expectations rebound → yield and dollar rise → BTC falls; cold data is just the opposite.
Currently, the market expects core CPI to be 2.5% year-over-year, and core PPI to be 4.5% year-over-year. So there are three scenarios:
1. Double cold surprise (core CPI/PPI below expectations): rate hike expectations will decrease further, yields will fall, and $BTC will rebound.
I estimate the probability of this happening at 25%. Because Trump wants to gain votes for the midterm elections, he will try every means to lower rate hike expectations, possibly even manipulating data.
2. Double overheating (both exceeding expectations): the probability of a rate hike rebounds from 18% to 40%, yields break 5.3%, and BTC will be under pressure to continue falling.
This probability is relatively low; I estimate it won't happen, maybe about 10% at most.
3. Meets expectations (headline high due to energy, core slows down): this scenario is already priced into the market, so there won't be major fluctuations.
I estimate a 65% probability for this scenario. #CPI与PPI公布在即,加息预期迎考验 $BTC is oscillating narrowly around the 82000 level, currently reported near 82996, with a slight 24-hour increase of 0.86%, recovering slightly from Thursday's low of 80427. ETH is stabilizing in sync, currently reported around 2475.
Sentiment shows mixed signals. The Fear and Greed Index is at 61, down 3 points from yesterday's 64, still in the greed zone but significantly lower than the 71 on October 2. The 24-hour total liquidations across the network are only $66.28 million, with long liquidations at $25.16 million and short liquidations at $41.12 million. Shorts are being squeezed more than longs; BTC short liquidations are $2.85 million, nearly 8 times that of longs, indicating short-term shorts are being passively closed. On the funding side, initial stabilization is seen: Bitcoin spot ETFs had a net inflow of $21.12 million yesterday, BlackRock's IBIT led with a net inflow of $22.38 million, while Fidelity's FBTC had a net outflow of $3.58 million, reversing previous continuous large outflows.
From the chart perspective, the Bollinger Bands are narrowing after a sharp drop, entering a phase of narrow oscillation and consolidation, with no clear single-sided momentum from bulls or bears. Resistance lies between 83400 and 83600, coinciding with recent highs and the daily R1; failure to break above means the rebound is only a correction. Support ranges from 82200 to 81500 short-term, with strong support at 80800. There is strong buying interest near 80000; if the weekly candle closes above last week's low of 82600, it will be a bullish signal.

The structure has already opened, with three hurdles ahead: 1, 1.2, and 1.4, all tough bones that weren't overcome before. Let's get through one and then see the next.
Currently, overseas discussions are heating up, with the flywheel ignition on 10/21 and Citrini holding a heavy position, all acting as catalysts. How high it can fly is uncertain; let's first see if it can pass these three checkpoints.NIGHT rose by 8.6%, while the nominal value of open interest increased by about 8.1% within 24 hours, with the price still about 6.2% below the intraday high.
As of 00:04 Beijing time, OKEx spot price was about $0.0488, with an intraday high of $0.05204 and a low of $0.04492, a volatility of about 15.9%, and a 24-hour trading volume of approximately $4.11 million. The best bid-ask spread was about 0.068%, with order book depth of about $136,000 and $126,000 at 1% above and below, respectively, indicating relatively balanced near-term support.
The nominal value of open interest in contracts was about $5.66 million, increasing about 3.9% in the past 12 hours and only about 0.1% in the past hour, with a funding rate of about 0.005%. Leveraged funds remain in the market, but the rate of new inflows has clearly slowed down.
My judgment is that this round of rally has entered a stage where support needs to be observed. The most common misjudgment is to equate an increase in open interest directly with new long positions; open interest itself does not indicate direction.
Next, pay attention to $0.05204 and $0.04492. If the price breaks above the high again with a moderate increase in open interest, the trend still has conditions to continue; if it falls below the low while open interest remains high, the pullback may be amplified by leverage.
$NIGHT $LIT short-term bearish logic 📉
After LIT surged to 3.7524, it showed a clear pullback, with bullish momentum weakening and the price gradually forming a structure of lower highs. During the rebound, it never managed to firmly reclaim the previous high, indicating that selling pressure above still exists.
From the 15-minute candlestick chart, the current price of 3.6041 has fallen below the short-term moving averages. VWMA5, VWMA10, and VWMA20 are all near above the price, indicating a weak short-term trend. If the subsequent rebound fails to recover the 3.6250–3.6350 range and selling pressure remains dominant, further downside testing of support cannot be ruled out.
Key levels:
🔻 3.6250–3.6350: short-term rebound resistance zone.
🔻 3.6000: short-term psychological level; if broken, watch for further decline.
🔻 3.5642: critical support; if broken with volume, may continue testing around 3.5400.
Overall idea: If the rebound fails to surpass resistance, expect continued pullback; if support is effectively broken, confirm bearish continuation. If the price reclaims above 3.6350, be cautious of the bearish logic failing and avoid blindly shorting. ETH surged to 2512 but was instantly slammed down! A whale has been aggressively dumping 8,000 ETH over 6 days—can the 2500 level hold?
On-chain data reveals the painful truth:
According to on-chain analyst Yu Jin, POAP founder @worthalter sold 8,000 ETH in the past 6 days at an average price of $2601. Six hours ago, he transferred another 4,000 ETH to Gemini (worth $10.02 million). He currently still holds 51,468 ETH (worth $129 million). Large holders continue to offload above 2500, so selling pressure is real.
But institutional funds are buying on the dip:
Ethereum spot ETFs saw a net inflow of $102 million yesterday, marking 10 consecutive trading days of net inflows. BlackRock's ETHA ETF had a single-day net inflow of $83.79 million, with a historical total net inflow of $12.737 billion; BlackRock's Staked ETH ETF ETHB had a single-day net inflow of $42.64 million. The total net asset value of ETFs reached $15.233 billion, showing institutional buying remains strong.
Key levels:
Resistance above: 2512-2520; support below: 2500 → 2450. Technical RSI is around 40, momentum is weak; 100-week EMA support is near $2561. The current price has fallen below this level. If the 2500 daily close fails to hold, the next support is expected in the 2400-2450 range.BTC is currently trading around $82,900, up slightly by 0.9% in 24 hours, but the weekly chart still shows a decline of about 2%, marking the first negative week after three consecutive weeks of gains. The Fear and Greed Index is at 61, still in the "Greed" zone, but has noticeably dropped from 71 on October 2.
From the market perspective, 83,000 is the most critical battleground right now. This level is both the average cost line for ETF investors and a support threshold from previous technical patterns, which has been repeatedly tested over the past few weeks. Coinbase has placed a buy order of about $5.31 million at $82,581 to support the price, indicating that there is capital willing to buy at this level. However, the resistance between $86,700 and $87,570 is very strong, with BTC having unsuccessfully attempted to break through this range four times since September 21.
What truly makes investors cautious is the macro environment. The 30-year US Treasury yield has surpassed 5.7%, the highest since 2002; the Federal Reserve just raised rates to 3.75%-4% in September, and the market prices an 85% probability of another hike in December. A strong dollar and high interest rates continue to suppress liquidity, which is the biggest ceiling for BTC's rebound.
My personal judgment: the most likely scenario in the short term is oscillation between 82,000 and 86,700. The market predicts a 67% chance of BTC falling below 80,000 in October, but whales have increased their holdings by about 15,000 BTC in the past 72 hours, and total ETF holdings have also surpassed 2 million BTC. The chips are shifting from weak hands to strong hands, which is not typical of a market top. $BTC $ETH $XAUT #CPI与PPI公布在即,加息预期迎考验 $PONS continues to hold the overall bearish outlook. ETH's increase slightly outpaces BTC, is the lead stable enough?
Today's early spot 24-hour observation window: range 2488.95—2519.28 USDT, change +0.64%, trading volume approximately 70.98 million USDT.
Both rose within the same window, with ETH's increase slightly larger, but the quote remains in the mid-range. Relative gains improvement is only the first layer of evidence; it does not directly imply on-chain revenue growth, nor does it necessarily mean the previous weakness has completely ended.
Next time BTC falls, if ETH loses 2488.95 faster, the lead assessment should be downgraded; if it continuously retests and holds the mid-range and recovers 2519.28, the recovery explanation will be more complete.Dune data: As of October 11, the total on-chain holdings of US spot BTC ETFs surpassed 2 million coins for the first time (approximately 2.013 million), accounting for 10.02% of the current BTC supply, with a market value of about $227.6 billion.
One-tenth of the coins are locked away by ETFs
This milestone for $BTC is solid. Dune data shows that the total on-chain holdings of US spot BTC ETFs exceeded 2 million coins for the first time, about 2.013 million, representing 10.02% of the current BTC supply, with a market value of approximately $227.6 billion. One-tenth of Bitcoin is locked away by ETFs.
On the flip side, $ETH spot ETFs saw a net outflow of $56.1 million on October 10, marking nine consecutive days of net outflows. You can clearly see where the money is moving.
It’s possible that the supply contraction narrative for $BTC is being directly written by ETFs this time. Brothers, I've studied this on-chain screenshot for a long time.
Big brother Maji's strategy has completely changed this time; no more long-short hedging. He's shorting BTC, ETH, and SOL, with a position value of over 600 million U.

BTC 2,853 coins at 5x leverage, ETH 111,800 coins at 5x, SOL 741,900 coins directly at 10x.
SOL is the toughest to endure here, already down by more than ten points from cost, and it has the highest leverage.
But it's very hard to blow him up in the short term!
BTC needs to rise another 60%, ETH 50%, SOL nearly double to reach liquidation price.
Moreover, he's still collecting funding fees, nearly 9.5 million U from three transactions combined, longs are paying him interest every day.
Although there's an unrealized loss of over 50 million, what he's consuming now is time, not margin.
However, there's a question: if one day the funding fees reverse and no interest is collected, can he still calmly hold the position?

Micron $MU drops a bombshell! The board approved expanding the stock buyback program with a cap of $35.16 billion, effective December 9.
The original $10 billion quota had $2.2 billion unused, now tripled directly. The stock price surged 260% this year, yet they still put real money on the table to support the price.
Management’s stance is clear: they believe the current stock price is still undervalued.
Additionally, HBM monthly capacity will double by year-end, with HBM4 products increasing to 50% share. Institutional confidence is written into the buyback plan, not just empty verbal hype.
In contrast, $SKHYNIX Hynix is in a much more awkward position.
At the end of August, they announced a 40 trillion KRW buyback and cancellation. The stock price rallied on the news, but this buyback fund will be exhausted by mid-October, and Samsung’s buyback funds are also depleted.
Goldman Sachs had previously warned that once buybacks stop, the market will enter a liquidity vacuum. A few days ago, Micron rose 4%, while Hynix fell; once buying support withdraws, even protective funds disappear.
SanDisk $SNDK is taking a completely different route.
NAND price hikes are the strongest, with a 60% increase in Q1 and an expected 70% rise in Q2. They purely benefit from spot price increases without relying on buybacks to support the price; the industry’s own prosperity drives the market upward.

Countermeasures:
1: Alipay, banks, Tiantian Fund Network, etc. are distributors with small quotas; the fund company's official website direct sales have slightly higher quotas but are also limited.
2: When A-shares fall and U.S. stocks rise, the quota is quickly used up. Off-exchange purchase limits and on-exchange premiums soar.
3: When U.S. stocks fall, more are sold, the quota gradually recovers, and on-exchange premiums retract.
Therefore, if you have a sum of money or salary income that is not enough to meet your expectations, you can hold onto this money first and wait for U.S. stocks to fall. As soon as U.S. stocks drop, the off-exchange quota will partially open up, and the on-exchange premium will not be as high. It is more cost-effective to enter the market at this time.

🔍 What happened?
This was a bloodbath triggered by a macro black swan event combined with a chain of high-leverage liquidations:
· Trigger: Trump suddenly announced a new round of tariffs on China, putting global risk assets under pressure, with the crypto market, as a highly volatile market, hit first.
· Core reason: The market had previously accumulated extremely high leverage; after breaking key support levels, it triggered a "long liquidation" cascade. About $19.2 billion liquidated across the network in 24 hours, over 1.64 million people liquidated, setting a new record.
· Liquidity exhaustion: Market makers prioritized protecting BTC/ETH under extreme conditions, abandoning support for small and mid-cap coins, causing coins like DF and LPT to experience cliff-like drops and even brief zeroing out.
#CPI与PPI公布在即,加息预期迎考验 #机构持续布局,BTC为何仍承压? #跟着OKX打卡2049 $SPX I continue to see weakness in the next 24 hours, with the structure grinding downward. Current price is 0.3717, having retraced 45% from the 90-day high. Despite such a deep drop, it has only moved -0.67% in 24 hours, without a single decent rebound; the trapped positions above are completely unclaimed. After the sharp drop, it’s consolidating in a narrow range, so the bearish structure is still in play. Checking back at this time tomorrow, it will still look weak, and it won’t be its turn to rebound. Weekend $BTC, the most frustrating thing is not the drop, but watching it move for a long time without any real opportunity in the account.
Looking at the market, BTC is now grinding around 83000, with a 24-hour low of 82530 and a high of 83129. On the hourly level, it touched a high of 83499 but hasn't broken out significantly since. The BOLL middle band is around 82928, the upper band at 83131, and the lower band at 82726. The price is basically hovering near the upper band, but the volume has clearly shrunk.
With this kind of market, I actually don't want to rush into orders.
It rebounded from 80351 and has recovered quite a bit of lost ground, but after bouncing above 83000, there’s no sign of strong acceleration yet. Looking up, 83400–83500 is the immediate hurdle; looking down, we need to see if around 82900 can hold, then watch for support near 82700.
What I fear most now is not missing the move, but having no volatility over the weekend and forcing myself to find opportunities. Seeing a few green candles and chasing longs, then doubting after a couple of pullbacks; wanting to short but finding no clear bearish signals. Paying a lot in fees, yet the direction gets more and more confusing.
So I’d rather wait during this period. Wait for a volume-backed break and hold above 83500, then see if there’s room to continue upward; if 82900 breaks, observe if the pullback can be recovered. No rush to draw conclusions before confirmation.
After trading for a long time, I realize the real challenge isn’t catching every move, but controlling your own hands when the market doesn’t offer opportunities. The US September CPI will be released at 20:30 Beijing time on October 14.
The market currently expects the overall CPI to rise about 3.7% year-on-year, and the core CPI to rise about 2.5% year-on-year. Overall inflation may be pushed up by oil prices, but what the Federal Reserve really watches is the core data excluding food and energy.
For the crypto circle, I will prepare three scenarios in advance:
Below expectations:
US Treasury yields may fall back, BTC has a chance to break through 85,000, and ETH and SOL will have greater rebound elasticity.
In line with expectations:
The market will most likely continue to fluctuate, BTC will still be in the 82,000–85,000 range, and chasing the rise is not very meaningful.
Above expectations:
Rate hike expectations will heat up again, BTC will first look for support at 82,000, and if lost, may retest 80,000. Watch ETH at 2450, SOL at 105 to 108.
Before this CPI release, I will not open positions too heavily. Although BTC has returned to around 83,000, US Treasury yields are still high, and the market has not yet shaken off macro pressure.
It is best to keep positions light before the data comes out, add more if below expectations. If significantly above expectations, wait for the first round of decline to end, do not rush the first dip. 1. The September FOMC meeting minutes released a hawkish stance, with most officials believing there is still a possibility of another rate hike within 2026; several Federal Reserve officials publicly stated that inflation is stubborn and do not rule out further tightening of monetary policy, with rising U.S. Treasury yields continuing to suppress risk assets.
2. Key time windows: October 14 U.S. CPI inflation data; October 27-28 FOMC policy meeting, the most important events determining the short-term direction of the crypto market.
3. Market expectations: rate cut expectations continue to be delayed, and U.S. dollar liquidity becomes the primary variable influencing the overall market. #AI与量子威胁下,区块链安全如何升级? $ETH $BTC
No liquidity over the weekend, 83000 was tested all night.
Yesterday's high was 83137, entering the given resistance zone of 83000–83500, but it did not sustain and continued to fall, the 80500 target was not reached.
Currently around 83000, this round of correction is not over yet, today the main strategy is to short on rebounds, but not to open shorts directly here.
1. Resistance not reclaimed, buyers and sellers are still contesting
Daily EMA21 is about 83100, 1-hour EMA200 is about 83600, resistance above remains. 24-hour open interest increased only by 0.28%, active selling slightly dominates, funding rate is slightly negative: no obvious position increase breakout, but beware of short squeezes.
Friday's ETF net inflow was $21.1 million, but the whole week still saw a net outflow of about $679 million, spot buying has not fully returned yet.
2. Stay out of positions and wait for a better entry, do not add to existing shorts
Priority is to wait for a failed breakout in the 83300–83700 range, then a 1-hour close below 83300, followed by a rebound that fails to hold above, then consider small short positions.
Stop loss at 84400, first take partial profits at 81600, then look at 80500. If the 4-hour candle closes above 83500 and holds on a retest, cancel the short plan, do not stubbornly hold.
Today's profit comes from the pullback after the failed breakout, not from betting on how long it will consolidate before falling. If conditions are not met, do not trade. "The Storage Three Fools: One Buyback, One Price Increase, One Naked Run"

🔥Micron: Added 35.16 billion buyback, effective in December! Remaining original quota is 2.2 billion, tripled the amount. HBM capacity to double by year-end, HBM4 proportion rises to 50%, heavy investment to support, management optimistic about valuation.
😮💨SK Hynix: 40 trillion KRW buyback finished by mid-October, Samsung's buyback funds also exhausted. Once buyback stops, liquidity vacuum appears; Micron rose 4% while it still falls, no support funds.
📈SanDisk $SNDK: NAND surges, Q1 up 60%, Q2 expected +70%, benefiting from price increases, not relying on buyback support.
Clear differentiation among the three: Micron spends big to support, SanDisk takes off on price hikes, SK Hynix runs naked after buyback ends.

The ETH long position is 20x full margin, with an average entry price of 2669.01, currently an unrealized loss of 56263U, a return rate of -124.43%, and an estimated liquidation price of 2312.23. The position size is very large; under full margin mode, if the price continues to drop, it will approach the liquidation line, creating heavy pressure.
The HYPE long position is 4x full margin, with an average entry price of 94.084, currently an unrealized loss of 479U, a return rate of -38.29%. Compared to ETH, the leverage is much lower, so the risk pressure is smaller, but it is still trapped.
Reviewing the historical realized profits and losses, both assets have consistently lost in past trades. This is how the futures market works: if the direction is wrong, leverage will quickly amplify losses. The current focus is to closely monitor ETH's liquidation defense position and plan a response: whether to hold the position and wait for a rebound, or to cut losses and exit to control total loss.
Trading should never only focus on profits; it is also crucial to understand the worst-case loss for each trade.

Latest news
Macro level (bearish): The Fed's September FOMC minutes released a hawkish signal, with multiple officials believing inflation risks still exist and the possibility of another rate hike before year-end is high. The market's expectation of a December rate hike continues to suppress risk asset performance.
ETF fund flows (major bearish): The US spot Bitcoin ETF has recently recorded continuous net outflows, with net outflows exceeding $800 million in the first week of October. Ethereum ETFs have had net outflows for 8 consecutive trading days, indicating overall tight liquidity in the crypto market.

This week features intensive key US data releases: On October 14 at 20:30, September CPI and core CPI will be announced; on the 15th at the same time, PPI, retail sales, and initial jobless claims will be released. The previous FOMC minutes showed most officials believe there may be another rate hike this year, but there is significant disagreement on timing. As of October 10, the market prices about an 18% chance of a 25 basis point hike in October, favoring action in December.
Logical analysis: Rising energy prices may push overall inflation higher, but core CPI is the key—if core inflation is moderate, it will strengthen expectations of a pause in rate hikes, benefiting BTC and other risk assets; if inflation and consumption exceed expectations, it could increase the probability of an October rate hike, suppressing risk appetite. Retail and employment data reflect demand resilience and also influence interest rate path pricing.
Trading strategy: Avoid heavy positions before data release. If CPI exceeds expectations and BTC rebounds with low volume, consider light short positions with stop loss at previous highs; if core inflation cools and BTC breaks key resistance with volume, watch for short-term long opportunities following the trend. If PPI and retail data align with CPI direction, volatility will amplify. Core principle: volatility will rise during data week, control leverage, and set proper stop losses. Two long positions, one steady and one aggressive.
BTC long position, 50x full position, average holding price 82869.3, current unrealized profit 1908U, return rate +11.19%, estimated liquidation price 75873.8. This is a base long-term position, heavy allocation, high leverage; in full position mode, a rapid spike down can easily trigger liquidation, so always watch the defense level closely.
NEAR long position, 20x full position, average holding price 4.5690, current unrealized profit 3451U, return rate directly pulled up to +305.25%, the profit core of this account group. Small coins have strong explosive power but more brutal volatility; while profits are rich, large drawdowns can come at any time.
Looking back at realized profits and losses, past trades suffered significant losses, indicating that money earned in the contract market is not easy to keep. Unrealized profit is just a book figure; only realized profit counts as earnings. The plan is to take profits in batches, first locking in most of NEAR's profits, and setting a trailing stop loss on BTC to protect existing unrealized profits, not giving all profits back to the market.
Always remember, leverage can amplify profits but will amplify risks even more.

#CPI与PPI公布在即,加息预期迎考验 #BTC现货ETF三日流出近4.5亿美元 #CPI与PPI公布在即,加息预期迎考验 #CPI and PPI Releases Imminent, Interest Rate Hike Expectations Face Test
[Old Leek Observation] This week, it is recommended to focus on three key signals: core CPI, the US 10-year Treasury yield, and the US dollar index.
This Wednesday and Thursday, the US September CPI and PPI will be released consecutively. For the crypto market, these are not just two economic data points but a stress test for rate cut expectations.
Why is this worth attention?
🔥 First, CPI determines whether inflationary pressure has eased.
If both headline CPI and core CPI exceed market expectations, it indicates that US price pressures may remain stubborn. Market expectations for Federal Reserve rate cuts may cool down, and the US dollar and Treasury yields may strengthen, putting pressure on risk assets like $BTC.
📊 Second, PPI may reveal cost pressures on the corporate side.
PPI reflects changes in producer prices. If production-side prices continue to rise, the market may worry that cost pressures will continue to transmit to the consumer side. However, PPI does not transmit one-to-one to CPI and must be judged in conjunction with specific sub-items.
⚠️ Third, what truly impacts BTC is the gap between data and expectations.
If inflation is lower than expected, the market may reprice easing expectations, giving risk assets a chance to gain support; if inflation exceeds expectations, rate cut expectations may cool further, and highly leveraged positions should be wary of amplified volatility. $MAGIC $ETH Don't be fooled by the 24-hour net inflow! $BTC, $ETH, $SOL, $ZEC, short-term funds are collectively withdrawing!
Key points for the brothers: short-term bearish bias, don't rush to chase the rebound!
🟠 $BTC: 5-minute net outflow of 8.07 million, 4-hour outflow of 172 million, 8-hour outflow of 158 million. Although the 24-hour net inflow is 55.51 million, there has been a 3.313 billion outflow in the past week, showing obvious short-term selling pressure.
🔵 $ETH: 4-hour outflow of 99.32 million, 8-hour outflow of 127 million, yet a 24-hour inflow of 58.63 million. Short-term funds continue to withdraw, mid-term funds have not yet shown clear recovery.
🟣 $SOL: 4-hour outflow of 8.92 million, 8-hour outflow of 13.68 million, but 24-hour inflow of 20.12 million. Short-term is weak, but it cannot yet be said that funds are fully bearish.
🟢 $ZEC: 8-hour outflow of 22.77 million, 24-hour slight inflow of 880 thousand, nearly 3 billion outflow in the past week, funds remain weak.
My judgment: Most of the four coins show net outflow in short cycles, indicating short-term funds are still withdrawing. However, the 24-hour data is not entirely bearish, and the market cannot be judged as definitely falling based solely on fund flows. 🔥 $FIL October Bullish Logic: Is the Opportunity Really Over?
Many people only focus on FIL's short-term decline, overlooking the changes behind it.
📌 **Supply Side:** In October, the vesting releases from Protocol Labs and the Filecoin Foundation are expected to end, which should reduce new supply pressure. However, whether the price can rise depends on market demand and actual selling pressure.
🤖 **AI Narrative:** AI development requires not only computing power but also storage. Training data, model weights, and operation logs all need reliable storage infrastructure. Filecoin is expanding verifiable storage and on-chain cloud services through products like Onchain Cloud, Filecoin Pay, and Filecoin Pin.
🚀 **Key to the Future:** If paid storage demand continues to grow and ecosystem applications gradually materialize, combined with supply changes, FIL has the chance to regain investor attention.
I am optimistic about FIL's long-term value but do not blindly predict short-term gains. In October, focus on supply changes, trading volume, and ecosystem progress.
Believe in the logic, but respect the market!

Boss Ten's latest operation records leaked, this "short cover" move coincides exactly with Big Brother Maji's aggressive full short position, making the whale showdown extremely intense.
BTC: 8.57 million 10x short cover, high-level replenishment
09/21 21:52, bought to cover short BTCUSDT perpetual at an average price of 85,700 USDT, 10x leverage, transaction value 8,570,000 USDT. A multi-million level short cover indicates previous short positions were chosen to be covered at a high level. Compared to Big Brother Maji's -2,853 BTC (opened at 76,152) still holding onto floating losses, Boss Ten's move looks more like taking profits or stop-loss exit, not gambling with Maji's life.
ETH: 2,598 short cover, small position testing the waters
09/19 01:47, bought to cover short ETHUSDT perpetual at an average price of 2,598 USDT, 10x leverage, transaction value only 2,598 USDT (possibly a very small position or screenshot discrepancy). But the price 2,598 is higher than Maji's ETH short open at 2,322; if the trend is similar, Boss Ten's short cover position is higher, with a different rhythm.
ZEC: 1,518 long cover, minor operation
09/18 13:34, sold to cover long ZECUSDT perpetual at an average price of 1,518.42 USDT, 3x leverage, transaction 15.18 USDT, almost negligible, a marginal asset wrap-up. $BTC $ETH $BERA Damn it! BERA's shakeout this round gave me scalp tingles. The 0.2238 level has been sideways for so long, and suddenly volume shrank drastically, clearly showing the manipulative whales quietly accumulating.

Risk warning: No substantial fundamental positives.
MAGIC is an old blockchain game token; its core TVL has dropped to zero, the project has undergone multiple restructurings, fundamentals are very weak. $SNDK $1597
Mizuho set a target price of 2050, but the market voted with its feet.
On October 6, Mizuho raised SNDK's target price from 1875 to 2050, citing storage demand driven by “Agentic AI,” expecting AI workloads to consume 22% of NAND demand by 2030. However, the day after Mizuho's call, SNDK actually dropped 4.9%. This shows the market is starting to diverge on the AI storage narrative—analysts look at 2030, traders focus on next quarter's orders.
Short sellers were squeezed hard, now it's the bulls' turn to hold.
Data from S3 Partners shows SNDK short sellers have been crushed this year, with short positions dropping from over 4% to about 2%, a big surrender by the shorts. There was a whale who shorted with 10x leverage at an average price of 1485, once floating a loss of 6.7 million. With shorts gone, it’s now up to the bulls to hold.
The next milestone is the Q1 earnings report on October 29. The average target price from 25 analysts is 2173, 37% higher than the current price. But the options market expects a ±8.1% volatility in the coming week, indicating short-term divergence remains large.
Discuss in the comments: Is this a buying opportunity or a sign of catching a falling knife for the storage sector?👇
#CPI与PPI公布在即,加息预期迎考验 $STRK combined with the current technical and fundamental aspects, STRK is in a high-level consolidation phase after a strong short-term breakout.
Technical points: The daily price has effectively broken through the upper Bollinger Band (0.0953), SuperTrend support has moved up to 0.0820, SAR is at 0.0510, indicating a medium-term bullish trend. Key resistance above is referenced at the 24-hour high of 0.12421, the first support below is near VWMA10 at 0.0707, with strong support around 0.063.
Bullish drivers (positive): The core catalyst comes from StarkWare's CEO's statement about considering turning Starknet into an independent Layer 1 to accelerate quantum resistance upgrades. The market expects full quantum security could be achieved as early as 2027, ahead of Ethereum's 2029 target. Additionally, the strkBTC incentive program and privacy narrative have previously attracted some Bitcoin capital inflows, jointly pushing the price to a new yearly high.
Bearish factors and risks: First is supply pressure. STRK continues monthly unlocks, with early contributors and investors strongly motivated to sell unlocked tokens. The supply shock on a single unlock day can account for more than 4% of circulating supply.
Comprehensive judgment: No financial advice ⚠️
The current rise is mainly event-driven and a rebound from oversold conditions, with strong short-term momentum but lacking real on-chain revenue support. The risk of chasing highs is significant, and caution is needed against pullback pressure after positive news is realized. Big players lose numbers, we lose lives.
Every day, just the funding fee costs 9.43 million U, losing 50 million? That's called a paper fluctuation.
In the crypto world, it's often said: longs are in the stratosphere, shorts are in the basement. But this big player refuses to believe that, slamming a 130 million short order on the table, with an unrealized loss of nearly 50 million U, without even blinking.
What kind of divine position can withstand such an unrealized loss? Let's get straight to the data:
BTC short (5X full position)
Position: -2853.4 coins | Entry: 76152 | Unrealized loss: -18.55 million U
ETH short (5X full position)
Position: -112,000 coins | Entry: 2322 | Unrealized loss: -19.19 million U
$SOL short (10X full position)
Position: -742,000 coins | Entry: 94 | Unrealized loss: -11.52 million U
You lose 500 U and can't sleep, he loses 50 million U and is drinking tea.
They lose paper wealth, you lose real money. Shorting in a bull market is like betting your life on a pullback; if you guess right, you profit, if wrong, you go straight to zero. Watching the show is fine, following the crowd is certain death. $BTC #CPI与PPI公布在即,加息预期迎考验 An arithmetic overflow vulnerability lurking in the XRPL payment engine for nearly a decade suddenly surfaced, narrowly avoiding a theoretical infinite token issuance across the entire network. Although investigations show that the public network did not suffer any actual attacks, this potential extreme inflation risk still quietly stirred underlying waves in the market.
What truly triggered deep market sentiment fluctuations was this extremely rare handling approach. To avoid the conventional two-week voting cycle becoming an attack vector for hackers, the official team broke the amendment consensus practice established over more than ten years by directly pushing the 3.4.1 node version and rapidly achieving over 80% upgrade without the source code being publicly released. This strong intervention, which maximized security levels, quickly eliminated the tail risk of tokens being diluted out of thin air, but also caused some sensitive capital to begin reexamining the decentralization premium and governance boundaries.
Although the Damocles sword of malignant inflation was safely dismantled, the conflict between emergency efficiency and on-chain native rules continues to reshape the risk preferences of both bulls and bears. The current $XRP position structure is digesting this sudden technical shock. The key going forward lies in how the node ecosystem handles governance disputes and whether the market can re-anchor the asset’s trust foundation through a compromise between efficiency and consensus. 📉 Don't mistake the rebound for a reversal; this wave is more like a "breather" during the downtrend. The FOMC minutes were hawkish, with most officials still leaning toward further rate hikes. A pause in rate hikes is just holding position, not a shift to easing; institutions are actually more cautious about the rate path and have even raised their expectations.💸
$BTC and $ETH ETFs continue to see net outflows, with new funds slow to arrive, so the market can only rely on oversold recovery to hold up. $BTC faces clear resistance around 83,500‑84,000; until it breaks through effectively, it can only be defined as a recovery rally. $ETH is weaker, with 2,400 as the short-term critical lifeline; losing that level would further increase risk.⚠️
🗓️ October 14 CPI is the key observation point. Before the data is released, it's unwise to blindly bottom-fish or mistake the rebound for a trend. Holding key support and waiting for confirmation signals is more important than trying to predict the market early.🧭

There are still two months to profit from shorting, maybe next year it will become a commemorative coin. Although retail and big investors failed, the project team succeeded because they cashed out over 20 billion!
Come on, let's hurt each other, should I pack up and run, waiting for the big shots to give guidance. Updating some views on the market outlook:
1. Funds are starting to flow into second-tier value coins, those with market caps of a few hundred million. Strk has been pulled from two or three hundred million to 800 million. Second-tier value coins have unique advantages: greater price elasticity while also having value as a safety floor. Holding at the cost price on the 5th floor feels very comfortable and the movement is very smooth.
2. If we count the market trend starting from mid-August, the flow of funds from large coins to small coins is quite reasonable. However, the market has already run for nearly two months. If we consider a 100-day cycle, it means there is still about one-third of the time left to play. For now, let's define this as the final acceleration phase.
3. Benchmarks are very important. The leaders in the past two months—zec, ena, near—have all risen two to three times from the bottom. Facts also prove that most coins will not exceed the gains of the leaders. Of course, qnt was boosted by major news and rose fivefold. Expectations for other coins should not surpass those of the leaders. This wave can see strk as the benchmark and the ceiling of expectations. However, compared to the first-tier coins in the past two months, expectations for second-tier coins can be slightly higher but not too exaggerated.
4. Most coins are telling new stories, trying as much as possible to approach privacy coins, stocks, and traditional finance. Coins like tia and strk are putting on new skins. Whether this is just following the narrative for a speculative wave or a real story requires careful discernment.ETF outflows have finally stopped: BTC spot ETF saw an inflow of over 20 million on Friday.
After two consecutive days of outflows (nearly 490 million on the 7th alone), it finally turned positive. Whales are also withdrawing coins from exchanges, easing selling pressure.
But ETH is still bleeding: spot ETF outflows have continued for 9 days, with nearly 540 million leaving in the last 5 trading days.
JUP rose over 10% in 24h, nearly 16% for the week.
Lending volume surpassed Kamino to top Solana, with funds flowing to the leaders.
In a weak market rotation, chasing highs is easy to get trapped.
Wednesday's CPI is the last inflation data before the FOMC; ETH upgrade is also counting down, with Hoodi testnet tentatively set for the 27th.
Institutional funds + macro variables are all waiting for confirmation.
