🔥 The most unsettling thing about BTC is not falling below 80,000, but this money!
Brothers, today I reviewed last week's ETF data and found a pretty interesting phenomenon.
On Monday, the US spot BTC ETF had a net inflow of $527 million, and the market was still expecting institutional funds to re-enter.
But by Thursday, the single-day net outflow reached $636 million.
📉 In and out, the attitude changes faster than the coin price.
This is also why I have been reluctant to chase the rebound recently.
Many people think that with ETF support, BTC won't fall much further. But ETFs don't just buy without selling; institutional funds also adjust positions based on interest rates and risk preferences.
However, a single-day outflow cannot be directly interpreted as a collective institutional retreat.
💰 Right now, as BTC repeatedly battles the 80,000 mark, what I want to see is not a sudden big bullish candle, but several consecutive days of real money willing to take the position.
The market can be driven up by sentiment, but to go far, someone has to keep buying continuously.
In this round of adjustment, do you think institutions are just rotating positions or have they started to turn cautious?

🔥 A few days ago, people were still bullish, but Hayes suddenly pulled out! What did the crypto big shots smell?
Brothers, today I saw a piece of news that I think is more worth pondering than BTC dropping below $80,000.
BitMEX founder Arthur Hayes announced that he has exited the directional trading positions of his Maelstrom fund.
📉 On-chain monitoring agencies estimate that about $22.28 million in crypto assets are involved, including about 6,400 ETH, as well as tokens like ENA and UNI.
Interestingly, not long ago he publicly expressed a bullish stance, but now he chooses to temporarily step aside.
He said something very thought-provoking: the market may need to fall first before it can rise again.
⚠️ I don't think a big shot selling coins means the market has peaked; they can also make wrong judgments.
But against the backdrop of BTC repeatedly contesting $80,000 and the upcoming Federal Reserve meeting, this proactive risk reduction behavior deserves attention.
The question now is not whether anyone is bullish, but who is still willing to put real money in to keep buying.
If even the bulls start shrinking their positions, is it necessary for ordinary investors to rush to go all in?

📊 US stocks, gold, futures, crypto: four markets, actually trading the same thing!
Brothers, recently when watching the market, I have a feeling: focusing only on BTC makes it easy to lose sight of the direction.
US stocks reflect corporate profits and risk appetite, gold is more influenced by safe-haven demand, the dollar, and real interest rates, while crude oil futures affect inflation expectations.
BTC is caught in the middle, carrying the narrative of digital gold, yet often showing the risk asset characteristics of tech stocks.
💰 What truly links these markets is the global cost of capital.
Rising oil prices may push up inflation expectations, making it harder for the Fed to ease policy; if US Treasury yields and the dollar strengthen simultaneously, stock valuations, gold, and crypto assets may all come under pressure.
But markets don’t always rise and fall together. Recent research shows BTC’s correlation with gold has increased, while its linkage with the Nasdaq has changed.
⚠️ So when I look at crypto, I don’t just watch candlesticks; I also watch Nasdaq futures, crude oil, US Treasury yields, and the dollar.
Where capital is under pressure is often more worth studying than BTC’s short-term price moves.
Do you think BTC will be more like gold or more like tech stocks in the future?

🚨 BTC has fallen below $80,000 again! Can it hold today?
Brothers, BTC has dropped below 80,000 again!
📉 On October 26, BTC briefly dipped to around $79,700 during the session, then launched another attempt to reclaim $80,000.
This market is really wearing us down. Every time it falls below, there’s a rebound, but the rebound struggles to gain momentum.
What worries me most now isn’t the intraday drop below 80,000, but the increasingly weak buying momentum.
📊 From short-term technical indicators, BTC remains weak; whether the rebound can hold is more important than the rebound itself.
If it can reclaim $80,000 today and further break through $80,500–$81,000, short-term pressure may ease.
⚠️ Conversely, if it falls below $79,800 again without volume supporting the rebound, watch out for a move toward the previous low of $79,280.
My stance is clear: $80,000 can be contested repeatedly, but confidence can’t rely on brief rebounds every time.
Do you think it can hold this time today?

🔥 What BTC fears most this week might not be the Fed rate hike!
Brothers, today I studied this week's economic calendar and found a detail that's easy to overlook.
On October 28, the Fed will first announce the interest rate decision; on the 29th, the US Q3 GDP and September PCE inflation data will be released one after another.
📊 The market is currently widely betting on a pause in rate hikes in October, but the real trouble is: when the Fed makes its decision, the inflation data investors care most about hasn't been released yet.
What does this mean?
Even if a pause in rate hikes meets expectations, BTC may not immediately strengthen.
If the subsequently released PCE shows inflation remains stubborn, the market may raise expectations for a rate hike in December again.
⚠️ What's more coincidental is that on the 30th, BTC monthly options expire, which could further amplify short-term volatility.
I'm actually not in a hurry to guess the rise or fall now.
More than what the Fed will do this time, I'm more concerned whether the market will suddenly change its judgment on the next meeting after the decision.
This week, are you more worried about the inflation data or the options expiration?

⚠️ The most dangerous signal for BTC might not be a drop, but the market being too calm!
Recently, BTC has repeatedly tested the $80,000 mark, and many have gotten used to this kind of fluctuation.
However, Coinbase's latest institutional weekly report revealed a set of data worth watching:
📊 BTC's one-month implied volatility on options is about 35%, within the lowest 7% range since 2019; the 30-day realized volatility is only 24%.
This indicates that the market has been relatively stable recently, and options are pricing future volatility low.
The issue is, this week is not lacking events that could break the calm.
On October 28, the Federal Reserve will announce its interest rate decision, and on the 30th, there will be a large-scale BTC options expiration at month-end.
💰 I don't think low volatility necessarily means a big surge or crash, but if the market suddenly reprices risk, high-leverage positions will be very vulnerable.
What we need to guard against most right now might not be misreading the direction, but underestimating the possibility of a sudden acceleration in the market.
Do you think this time it will break upwards or release risk downwards?

🔥 A new week has begun! Can BTC hold the 80,000 mark? This week is likely to be turbulent!
Good morning, brothers, it's a new week again!
After last week's repeated declines, I wonder how everyone's positions are holding up?
📉 BTC closed around 80,800 last week, with the 80,000 level repeatedly tested. ETH remains weak, and altcoins lack sustained rebound momentum.
I'm not rushing to be bullish this week because the market is about to face an important test.
On October 28, the Federal Reserve will announce its interest rate decision. The market generally expects a pause in rate hikes, but what might truly impact the market is the statement regarding December's policy.
💰 Previously, BTC spot ETF fund flows were volatile, indicating that buying confidence is still unstable.
My judgment is: this week will most likely continue with wide fluctuations, with a key focus on whether 80,000 can hold.
If it breaks below and fails to recover, be cautious of further declines; if it stabilizes above 82,000 and breaks through 85,000, the rebound will be more convincing.
⚠️ Especially, it is not recommended to blindly chase high-leverage contracts before major announcements.
This week, are you planning to buy the dip, hold coins, or stay out?

📉 ETH can't even hold above $2500, what's going on with Ethereum?
Looking at ETH's recent trend, it's indeed a bit frustrating.
When BTC rebounds, it follows the rise; when BTC falls back, it struggles to stay strong on its own. Ethereum, once highly anticipated, now finds even $2500 a difficult threshold to maintain.
📊 What's more noteworthy is the change in capital.
The US spot ETH ETF had a net inflow of only about $4.4 million on October 23, but over the past 30 trading days, it has accumulated a net outflow of about $671 million.
The issue isn't whether Ethereum has value, but whether the market is currently willing to pay for that value.
DeFi, stablecoins, and Layer 2 remain important advantages for Ethereum, but a thriving ecosystem doesn't necessarily mean ETH's price will rise in sync.
⚠️ I'm more focused on whether the ETH/BTC exchange rate can stop falling and whether ETF funds can continuously flow back.
If ETH can only passively follow BTC's rise, the so-called independent market trend is hard to establish.
$2500 is not the end, but a test of market confidence.
Do you think ETH is undervalued, or has it lost its former appeal?

📉 OKB dropped from 116 to 107, and I’m starting to reassess this investment
A few days ago, I bought OKB spot at $116, and today it has fallen to $107.46, with an unrealized loss of over 7%.
It’s false to say I’m not upset.
I originally had confidence in the development of the X Layer ecosystem and recognized OKB’s long-term value, but the market clearly hasn’t followed my expectations.
📊 From the candlestick chart, although OKB rebounded after dipping to $106, it failed to hold above $109. The short-term moving averages continue downward, indicating that selling pressure hasn’t truly disappeared.
What I’m most conflicted about now isn’t the loss, but whether to keep holding or admit I bought too early.
I’ve always felt that being optimistic about a project and buying at the right price are completely different things.
⚠️ Next, the key is to watch the support around $106 and whether it can reclaim $110.
If the trend doesn’t improve, continuously averaging down just because of losses could put you in a more passive position.
The hardest thing in crypto isn’t predicting direction, but staying rational when real money is at stake and losses occur.
Friends holding OKB, what is your current cost? Are you still holding on?

🔥 Continuous positive news for SUI, but on-chain funds are retreating?
Recently researching Sui, I found a contrast worth being cautious about.
On October 8, Sui announced a partnership with Samsung, planning to allow 82 million Galaxy device users in the US to access USDC on the Sui network through the Samsung Wallet.
This undoubtedly broadens the potential user entry points.
But the market doesn't seem to be rushing to buy into this news.
📉 According to DeFiLlama data, as of October 25, the stablecoin scale on the Sui chain is about $431 million, down 14.25% over 7 days; DEX trading volume dropped about 46.6% week-over-week.
I believe what Sui needs to prove now is not technical performance, but whether ecosystem cooperation can truly convert into funds and users.
⚠️ There is also an issue that cannot be ignored: SUI's maximum supply is 10 billion tokens, with about 4.1 billion currently circulating, and more token supply will be released in the future.
My judgment is that Sui has technical and application potential, but before on-chain liquidity recovers, cooperation news alone is insufficient to confirm a trend reversal.
Do you have more confidence in SUI's long-term ecosystem, or are you worried about its token supply pressure?
