No new positions today; protecting profits is more important than chasing highs.
Focus on two: $STRK and $MAGIC.
STRK has recently surged over 30% in 24 hours due to mainnet upgrades, ecosystem incentives, and community discussions about shifting from Ethereum L2 to an independent quantum-secure L1. This short-term sentiment-driven rally is very strong, but such news-driven spikes often come fast and retreat quickly, with significant pressure to pull back after the peak.
MAGIC is even more extreme, with a 24-hour turnover rate soaring to 633% and a single-day gain of over 80%, a typical target for speculative capital surges. This coin is highly volatile; if shorting, position size must be strictly controlled, but once it peaks, the drop can be very severe.
My personal preference: $MAGIC is more suitable for shorting, while STRK should be waited on until it hits resistance before taking action.

Just now, an hourly candle dumped a trading volume of 130 million dollars, the previous high at 83530 didn’t even hesitate, it directly broke through with a strong bullish candle. The bulls’ momentum is much stronger than the past couple of days.
Look at the 15-minute chart, it hit 83960 and pulled back slightly, but didn’t really dip down. It consolidated sideways within the 83800 range, absorbing all the selling pressure from trapped positions in the past few days with strong buying at this high level. Each support level below is getting firmer.
83500 has completely flipped into a support base below. As long as the hourly close stays above 83600, this upward momentum is heading straight for 84500 or even the jump-off point from the drop two days ago. $ETH $STRK #CPI与PPI公布在即,加息预期迎考验 #机构持续布局,BTC为何仍承压? #跟着OKX打卡2049 On the morning of 10.12, $ETH is currently priced at 2540, with a volume of 513 and a daily average of 72,
It has risen back again. Currently, the daily support is at 2506 and resistance at 2726. If it can operate within this range for a few more days, it is estimated that profits can be taken soon!
Previously, following the big players in the live room for ultra-short trades, profits were often taken just seconds after opening a position. After several consecutive trades, I would get stuck, sometimes for days and nights, constantly fearing liquidation, having to watch closely when to add or reduce positions, and resorting to hedging and locking orders when necessary. It was exhausting.
Now running a grid strategy, setting a relatively low floor price, liquidation is extremely unlikely unless a black swan event occurs. On this safe basis, the program constantly monitors the market, fully automating high sell and low buy. I only spend a few minutes each day checking the operation status. I’m happy when it rises and not so anxious when it falls. Everything just depends on waiting.

News says whales are scooping up BTC with 14,200 coins and ETH over 158,000 coins.
But why is the price still dropping?
Because derivatives are triggering a chain of liquidations, clearing 1.05 billion in 24 hours, of which 890 million is from high-leverage longs.
When the price falls, leveraged positions get liquidated, and the liquidation orders become new selling pressure.
Whales' spot buy orders simply can't absorb this mechanical selling.
Another screenshot shows 95.85 million liquidated in 24 hours, with shorts accounting for 81.54%.
Shorts are also being slowly squeezed out.
This is a classic long-short double kill; no one escapes.

Honestly, analyzing DOGE’s fundamentals is like analyzing "how everyone feels today." But it is the most direct barometer of market sentiment.
When the market is stable, DOGE shows small gains or losses and no one pays attention; when the market heats up, DOGE jumps first because retail investors love "cheap, familiar names, and fast gains." But conversely, its pullbacks are also the harshest—on that black swan day 10/10, BTC dropped 15%, DOGE dropped at least 8%, and long contracts were liquidated the worst. Coinglass recorded $570 million liquidated in 24 hours with over 200,000 people liquidated, 70% of which were longs, and a large portion were meme chasers.
How to view DOGE today?
BTC not breaking 82,800, ETH recovering → DOGE will have pulses but don’t treat it as a trend;
Market volume shrinking and sideways → DOGE will likely be frustrating, you won’t even earn back the fees;
Any news like "a country accepts DOGE payments" or "a celebrity tweets" → first check the trading volume, then decide whether to follow, as fake news outnumbers real news.
My principle for meme coins is simple: use spare money, set stop losses, don’t hold heavy positions overnight. DOGE isn’t unplayable, it’s just designed to punish those who think they can time the top and bottom. On days like today, just watch it with a smile, don’t transfer your living expenses in.$STRK HAS TWO VERY DIFFERENT TRADING FLOORS.

$BTC $ETH The intermediate layer needs to increase to 40 times 858 square millimeters.
At first glance, I thought I was mistaken.
Simply put, in the future, on a single AI chip, the compute chiplet and HBM will have to be squeezed onto a larger baseboard, with the area growing bigger and bigger, making heat dissipation a tough challenge.
Samsung is testing copper-to-copper direct bonding, and SK Hynix has developed an iHBM, claiming it can reduce thermal resistance by 30%.
What does this have to do with coin prices?
Nothing in the short term. Don’t force the connection.
But looking long term, every step forward in AI hardware thickens the narrative around computing power. The real bottlenecks have never been algorithms, but heat dissipation, packaging, and these invisible dirty jobs.
From the perspective of the opposing market, everyone is currently focused only on the computing power concept; no one is pricing heat dissipation.
I guess the next round of AI narratives will see money shift from chips to these supporting segments.
In the crypto world, sooner or later someone will use this story.

At midnight today, a large on-chain transfer popped up: an old address that entered the market in January 2017 moved 2,903 ETH, all in one go, straight into Coinbase.
Checked the cost basis, $9.92. Held for almost nine years, and at the current price of 2,487, the unrealized profit is a full $7.19 million, 250 times.
I'm not judging whether they sold at the right time, but think about it: someone who can hold for nine years has seen all kinds of storms. Yet they chose to take profits at the 2,500 level, which at least indicates one thing: they think the price now is not cheap.
Coincidentally, at the same time, the ETH spot ETF has seen net outflows for the ninth consecutive day, with $542 million running off last week, the worst since January this year. BlackRock's ETHA was redeemed by $56.1 million in one day, almost bearing the entire selling pressure.
What's worse is that Musalem just said that interest rates may still rise in the next six months to a year, with the probability of a rate hike in December soaring to 83.7%. Liquidity is tightening, so what will support high-risk assets?
The nine-year holder has exited; will you be the one to catch the falling knife here?
#CPI与PPI公布在即,加息预期迎考验 #机构持续布局,BTC为何仍承压? #跟着OKX打卡2049 $BTC $ETH $STRK Woke up and collected some profits, a beautiful day has begun.
Yesterday during the day I watched $MAGIC, the short position profits gave back some gains, so I closed it. The highest floating profit was 17U, but in the end only 13U remained, still, it was okay, I recovered a bit.
Especially seeing it rise nearly 8% again today, luckily I got out quickly, otherwise I would have lost money.
Saw $CHIP rise by 30 points, so I shorted it briefly. In the afternoon it dropped to 20%, I made 4U. Then it pulled back a bit in the evening, so I closed the position directly, made 2U and ran. Not bad, earned some breakfast money.
Here’s the key part, I was thinking all night that shorting doesn’t make much money, then I looked at $STRK, it had been rising steadily without big drops, so I went long directly.
About 10x leverage, 10U position. It dropped a bit at night and got stuck, I hesitated whether to close it. Around midnight it recovered, I made one or two U. Unexpectedly, in the morning I checked and made 10U straight!
I want to hold for another day or two, although there will be a large unlock in four days, I still want to hold a bit longer and see.
Believe in the power of belief.
Good morning, genius traders, a beautiful day has begun. 500u challenge to 10,000u|Pullback recovery in progress, stability first!
Current total account assets are 109.29U, with this month's profit at +3.32U (+3.19%). There was a significant pullback recently, dropping from a high of 157U to around 56U, now slowly recovering. At this stage, no rush to double the amount; first, protect the principal and manage positions well, the challenge continues!
📊 First, let's look at BTC and ETH
Over the weekend, both daily charts showed consolidation patterns: BTC fluctuated narrowly between 82,700-84,200, ETH hovered between 2,500-2,550, with 7-day pullbacks of 2.2% and 6.1% respectively. So starting this Monday, the focus is on whether to choose a directional adjustment or continue consolidation. Plus the recent positive news from the Middle East, which I personally think is a smokescreen; the overall trend remains sideways! Continuous ETF outflows, especially the bull flag on ETH being broken, if upcoming CPI data disappoints, ETH might still drop further!
📉 BTC key levels
Resistance above is at 84,000-84,100 (MA10, MA20 moving averages pressure), support is at 83,000. If it holds above, bullish outlook; if it breaks below 82,000, bearish trend likely continues, with the next support at the 80,000 round number.
📉 ETH key levels
Resistance above is at 2,590-2,640 (moving average dense zone), support near 2,480-2,500 (MA60 moving average). If it continues to hold above, bullish outlook; but if it breaks below 2,400, a sharp drop is very likely.🚨🚨🚨 Is the Ethereum Foundation starting to sell coins again and again?

On October 12, the total crypto market cap dropped by 0.3%, but $MAGIC surged nearly 40% in a single day, with STRK, CKB, and LUMIA also taking off collectively. This market action is interesting: BTC didn’t lead, but altcoins got hyped first.
Don’t rush to call it altcoin season. MAGIC rose from about $0.064 on October 8 to around $0.14, more than doubling in a few days, with a clear increase in trading volume. This trend indicates short-term funds are indeed seeking volatility, but it doesn’t mean the entire sector has sustained buying pressure, nor should the gains be directly interpreted as fundamental improvements.
I’m more inclined to see this as a rotation of small-cap funds, with L2, modular, and blockchain gaming tokens being alternately hyped. The lighter and more elastic the market cap, the easier it is to surge first. However, if BTC continues to weaken, these tokens that rose the most could also fall the fastest.
Next, keep an eye on two things: whether BTC can hold steady, and whether there is buying support after MAGIC and STRK pull back. Rising is just the first step; staying strong after the rise is what truly warrants a serious bullish outlook.$MAGIC
If I hold on until now, I estimate the unrealized loss will again approach over a thousand points
This is also unavoidable
The entry position was too low
Even with a pullback, it can't reach my entry price
Seeing the situation was unfavorable, timely stop-loss was necessary
It proved to be the right decision
Next, I plan to short MAGIC again when it rallies

Now it has caused me a 127%+ unrealized loss
I finally understand why some big players say
Shorting altcoins is no longer cost-effective
It's hard to explain in words
Now, besides continuing to hold, there is no other way
I can only wait for a pullback like MAGIC to stop-loss and exit

#跟着OKX打卡2049 🔔 Good morning, crypto surfers. Today, no talk about "macro narratives," let's get closer to the market—what is on-chain data saying, and where is the smart money flowing? In the past 24 hours, no big news in the market, but there are undercurrents on-chain. I dug into the data to fetch you some dry insights: 📊 Market snapshot: BTC is steady, but "smart money" is repositioning BTC continues to hover around the 84,000 mark, as if waiting for some signal. Interestingly, addresses holding 100-1000 BTC are quietly accumulating, while retail investors are panic selling—sound familiar? On the ETH side, the staking exit queue suddenly shortened, indicating reduced selling pressure, but L2 gas fees are pitifully low; a transaction on the Base chain costs just a few cents, and the ecosystem activity feels a bit quiet. 💸 Capital flow: Stablecoins are "moving house" USDT issuance on Tron has slowed down, but USDC circulation on Base and Solana is increasing. What does this mean? Institutions are choosing compliant channels, while retail investors are hunting for high-yield farms. Recently, on Arbitrum, a pool called "RWA-USD" suddenly spiked its APY to 15%, but looking at the contract—hey, no audit—don’t fall into that trap. 🐶 Altcoins and Meme: Old dogs playing new tricks On the Meme coin front, PEPE and WIF aren’t dead yet, but funds are flowing to "useful" Memes, like those that pay dividends or serve as membership cards. On Solana, a project called "Book.io" has emerged, minting e-book copyrights as NFTs, and sales are doing well SpaceX secures nationwide low-frequency spectrum, U.S. telecom stocks face worst single-day repricing in history.
Fact: On October 9, SpaceX announced an agreement to acquire the nationwide 800MHz low-frequency spectrum portfolio (up to 14MHz paired spectrum) held by Grain Management, pending FCC approval; Musk posted on X that the deal is significant (original account post, cited by Caixin, Grade A). Subsequently, telecom stocks plummeted: after-hours AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile all dropped over 7%, followed by T-Mobile falling 13.27% the next trading day (worst since 2013), AT&T down about 9.8% (worst since 2000), Verizon down about 8.75%, and satellite direct-connect peer AST SpaceMobile intraday dropped 16%, hitting a one-year low. SpaceX has about $93.5 billion in cash and approximately 12 million Starlink users; the FCC will also seek comments and vote on auctioning 25MHz of premium spectrum and opening an additional 482MHz. Sources: Caixin, FX168/TradingKey, American Star News.
Transmission chain: Starlink fills the low-frequency penetration gap (A) → satellite direct-connect upgrades from remote coverage to nationwide mobile service competing with terrestrial networks (B) → traditional operators’ spectrum moat and pricing power are revalued (C) → intermediary operators like AST, which cooperate with carriers, see valuation collapse first, while spectrum assets overall appreciate (D).The night session $BTC continues to hold above $83,000, with 8 consecutive 1-hour candles not breaking below 🕯️

High at $83,169, pullback at $82,934, less than $250 range, very narrow. Sell orders above are being absorbed, buy orders below are stepping in, price is temporarily stuck in the middle ⚖️
Whether it can hold depends on the sell side not adding more. On the ETF side, net inflow on October 9 was $21.1 million, IBIT inflow $22.4 million, FBTC outflow $3.6 million 💵
The amounts are not large, but the roughly $730 million redemptions from the previous two days have paused. On the futures side, OKX perpetual funding rate is about -0.003%, OI about $2.5 billion, longs are not chasing ⛓️
Price rising, leverage flat, indicating this move is more like spot bottom support rather than shorts being squeezed. The pace is slow, but the base is more solid than a leverage-driven pump 🧱
Short term, treat $82,934 as the dividing line. If the 1-hour candle continues to close above $83,000, bias to the long side; next watch if $83,169 can be broken through 🔍The altcoins that $W wants to unlock and dump are the ones that can pump; recently, it's all these tricks—pump for a day or two, finish dumping, and then run away.Ledger hardware wallet supply chain incident (X public opinion, risk category): Users first disclosed the theft on X, Ledger Support's official X account confirmed that one affected device had unauthorized hardware implantation, distributor CryptoBilis has suspended all inventory sales, and Ledger also stated that its own infrastructure and systems were not compromised (Level A: official confirmation of partial); on-chain researchers estimate losses of approximately $86 million to $93.4 million, which Ledger has not confirmed (Level B: unverified, for sentiment reference only). This impacts self-custody trust and distribution channels, and it is worth monitoring the official investigation conclusions.$ONDO currently lacks directional viewpoints; what is missing are verifiable conditions.
Scenario one: breaking through 0.5323 and holding indicates the continuation of a strong bias structure. Scenario two: falling below 0.4802 invalidates the short-term logic.
Current price is 0.5292, about 9.26% above the 1-hour support at 0.4802, and about 0.59% below the resistance at 0.5323. The 1-hour and 4-hour trends are both strong, with RSI values of 82 and 79 respectively. Volume is 1.90 times normal, currently only providing clues without drawing conclusions about the price.
With these two scenarios laid out, do you think the upper confirmation or the lower invalidation will trigger first?
The above is a market observation and does not constitute investment advice. "Institutions are buying, money is withdrawing: 83,000 BTC waiting for CPI"
The price dropped from 87,000 to 83,000, not a crash, but a grind. Institutional activity hasn't stopped, yet the price can't lift its head; this divergence is more frustrating than a one-sided decline.
The ETF side is even more direct. From October 7 to 8, spot ETF net outflows were about $731 million; on the 9th, it returned $21.13 million, only about 3% of the outflow in the previous two days. The faucet was turned on briefly but couldn't connect.
Long-term players are still betting. Morgan Stanley MSBT holds about 10,639 BTC; Strive plans to use preferred stock financing to continue filling the treasury. They are looking at the next cycle, not the next candlestick.
But short-term pricing power is not in their hands. US Treasury yields and energy prices remain high, CPI is stuck at the door, and risk appetite is suppressed. Can institutional allocation absorb the selling pressure? Or will macro funds continue to withdraw and adjust positions, pushing the rebound back down? This is the key divergence to watch next.
83,000 is neither a bottom nor a top, but a waiting zone. Waiting for CPI, waiting for capital inflow, waiting for institutional buying to shift from "long-term narrative" to "short-term support." Until then, rebounds come with question marks.
$BTC $ETH $ZEC On October 11, Saylor posted another position tracking chart with the caption "There is always room for more orange," and as usual, disclosed an increase the next day. $BTC is around $84,000, and the Strategy held 848,000 coins as of October 4, with an average price of about $75,400. In the past two weeks, they purchased 1,665 and 334 coins respectively, with the amount shrinking from $143 million to $28.7 million. Last week, spot ETFs saw a net outflow of $681 million. The 334 coins cannot fill this gap; the marginal weight of the signal is diminishing. On the other hand, the purchase pace depends on the equity financing window, so a reduced volume does not necessarily indicate a decline in willingness. If the next purchase returns to over a thousand coins, the judgment must be revised. I predict the disclosed volume this week will still be below 1,000 coins, and the price reaction to the announcement will be muted. #机构持续布局,BTC为何仍承压?Binance founder Zhao Changpeng posted on X, stating that the original Binance blog post was too long, so he released a condensed version. He said: security measures should match the value of holdings and one's technical capabilities, while simultaneously addressing three priorities: preventing theft, preventing accidental loss, and arranging inheritance. He also pointed out that in self-custody, private keys authorize access to funds, mnemonic phrases generate these keys, and obtaining either one grants control over the related assets.
Regarding preventing key theft, Zhao Changpeng recommends using a dedicated offline computer or a reset dedicated phone, installing software only from official sources, ensuring encryption and physical protection, and choosing a mature hardware wallet, verifying the target address on the wallet before approving transfers. To prevent key loss, he suggests keeping multiple protected backups in different locations, which can be paper, metal, or encrypted USB drives, avoiding photographing or screenshotting keys to prevent syncing to cloud accounts, and studying backup and encryption tools while testing recovery processes for usability.
Concerning inheritance arrangements, Zhao Changpeng states that directly sharing keys gives the recipient immediate spending authority, and unencrypted keys or backup passwords should not be placed in timed messages. He mentioned researching and testing a mechanism that releases instructions after a long period of inactivity and encrypting recovery instructions to designated recipients. For centralized exchanges, he recommends using a separate email, unique password, hardware security key, limiting withdrawals to approved addresses, avoiding SMS verification and phishing links, and then allocating custody methods according to technical ability, security practices, and access needs. This morning, I checked the long-short ratio of OKEx BTC perpetual contracts, which was 1.45. My first reaction was that there are quite a few longs.
Then I looked at the long-short ratio of the top 5% of accounts by position value, which was exactly 1.00. It was a bit higher yesterday morning but got evened out overnight. The funding rate has been negative for four consecutive settlement periods since 8 AM yesterday, though the amount is small, meaning the shorts are paying.
Most of the heads are retail traders, while the ones with more money haven't taken sides. No one on the perpetual side is willing to pay to chase longs, so the price can only grind like this.
If the top 5% ratio goes back above 1.05 this week and the funding rate turns positive, but the price still grinds without moving, then I'll admit I was wrong.

Event: Pre-market trading contracts of Bitcoin mining companies listed in the US such as CleanSpark (CLSK), Riot Platforms (RIOT), and Marathon Digital (MARA) recorded increases ranging from 8% to 12% after BTC price recovery and the cooling down of capitulation risk. Detailed analysis notes: Natural leverage characteristic (High-Beta): Miner stocks act as a leverage tool for Bitcoin price. When BTC rises 3-4%, miner stocks usually increase 2 to 3 times due to their expanding net profit margin $TRX TRX: The real moat is the stablecoin settlement network
The market often criticizes TRON with "centralization" and "Sun Yuchen," but users vote with their feet: TRC-20 USDT transfers are cheap, fast, and accepted by merchants in Latin America, Africa, and Southeast Asia. Today's TRX volume is 292M, not explosive, but with strong real use.
The value of TRX is not in "new narratives," but in "fees + stablecoin circulation + burning mechanism." BTC is the reserve, ETH is the smart contract platform, TRON is the payment pipeline.
On trading:
Don't try to triple your TRX

The on-chain chart carries a lot of information. This time Big Bro Maji didn’t hedge; he directly opened short positions on BTC, ETH, and SOL, with a nominal position exceeding 600 million U.📉
$BTC: 2,853 coins, 5x leverage, average price about 76,380, unrealized loss about 19.3 million;
$ETH: 111,800 coins, 5x leverage, average price about 2,318, unrealized loss about 19.7 million;
$SOL: 741,900 coins, 10x leverage, average price 94.6, unrealized loss about 11.7 million.
The most striking is SOL: highest leverage, furthest from cost, the hardest on the books.😣 But talking about liquidation? The forced liquidation prices are around 137,200, 3,890, and 314 respectively; BTC still needs to rise over 60%, ETH over 50%, SOL nearly double to even touch the line.🔥
What’s more interesting is that he’s still collecting funding fees, with three transactions totaling nearly 9.5 million U, meaning the longs are paying him interest daily.💸 So the unrealized loss of over 50 million looks scary, but the actual consumption is time, not margin. He’s holding firm, betting that the market won’t be able to pay first.
The only variable: if the funding fees reverse one day, longs stop paying, or even shorts start paying, can he still stay this steady?🤔

The 4-hour chart shows a rebound starting from the 7.0 low point, with EMA7 support at 7.67.
Medium-term strong resistance is between 8.22 and 8.30, suppressed by EMA99, indicating a recovery after a major drop.
The daily chart has fallen from a high of 10.942 down to 7.0, representing a recovery rebound after a significant drop at a high level. The first resistance is at 8.08 and the second at 8.8.
The weekly chart shows a large-scale rise and fall, currently in a correction phase, with strong weekly support at 6.1 and resistance between 8.08 and 8.8. Overall, the short-term is oversold with a rebound and the small cycle is relatively strong, but the medium to long-term bearish trend has not been completely reversed. A breakout above 8.08 opens rebound space targeting 8.28 to 8.8. A break below the 7.46 to 7.50 support ends the rebound and retests 7.0. Currently, it is in the middle range and not suitable for chasing entry. Event ①: Russia-Ukraine energy ceasefire agreement implemented + macro resonance, BTC returns to 83,000 (+0.65%), total market cap rebounds to 2.80 trillion; ② ETF rotation intensifies: BTC/ETH/SOL ETFs saw a combined weekly outflow exceeding 1.25 billion, only XRP ETF recorded thirteen consecutive weeks of inflows, with a total size of 1.8 billion surpassing SOL; ③ SOL new addresses surged 124% continuing divergence from price (currently 109-110), SUI rebounds to 1.10 (+2.08%) but daily sell signal pending confirmation. Capital flow: all three major coin ETFs outflow, institutional withdrawal not stopped, SOL on-chain activity high but funds not following. 1-hour K-line: BTC resistance at 84000/84500, support at 83000/82000, short-term bullish; ETH resistance at 2550/2600, support at 2500/2460, bearish bias; SOL resistance at 115/118, support at 108/105, neutral to bearish (watch for divergence correction); SUI resistance at 1.15/1.17, support at 1.05/1.08, neutral to bearish. $BTC $ETH $SOL 10.12 Today's ETH Market Overview
ETH is currently at $2542, at a critical point between bulls and bears.
Bullish: BitMine is still 200,000 coins short of 5% (buying pressure is nearly exhausted), Thailand ETF effective on 10/16, RWA weekly increase of 550 million — all are medium to long-term positives, but short-term leverage can't be supported.
Bearish: US ETFs have sold nearly 700 million in nine consecutive sessions; 2493 is the liquidation price for a giant whale's long position, with further forced liquidations clustered at 2473/2446; low volatility (historical 1% percentile) = the eve of a market shift.
Key price support data:
- Holding above 2520 → slightly bullish, target 2640
- Breaking 2493 → giant whale liquidation, heading straight to 2473 → 2446 → 2400
- Buying between 2540–2550 has low cost-effectiveness, 2493 is a gate, not support
Watch three things: whether ETF daily net turns positive, whether the 2500 daily moving average holds, and whether 2493 is broken with real body.
Hold positions before CPI (10/14), wait for the market direction to emerge before following, don't catch falling knives.

#机构持续布局,BTC为何仍承压? $LINK LINK: Will the Oracle sector be overtaken by competitors?
There will be competition, but LINK has a strong network effect:
Price feeds cover widely
Early institutional partnerships
CCIP cross-chain messaging has first-mover advantage
Security record better than smaller oracles
Today PYTH and API3 are also competing, but LINK remains one of the "default choices" for institutions. In terms of price, LINK's turning points usually come later than SOL and earlier than ADA:
BTC is stable
More RWA news
Increase in institutional chain experiments
CCIP usage rising
When all four align, $13 is the floor price. Today only 1 and a bit of 2 are met, so it's sideways.
LINK players, don't just keep staring at the K-line daily, look at:
Price feed request volume
CCIP message count
Institutional PoC/launch announcements
Stablecoin + RWA TVL
These are ten times more useful than the "LINK daily doji". #CPI与PPI公布在即,加息预期迎考验 #机构持续布局,BTC为何仍承压? $Early this morning, $BTC surged to 84,000, squeezing out 57,000 short sellers again:
Some might not understand this rally: Saudi airport was attacked, oil prices have already risen to 105, which indicates global inflation will worsen. Isn't this bearish for $BTC? So why is it still rising?
Actually, it's not hard to understand:
1. The midterm elections are coming soon, and Trump has to rally votes for his party.
How to rally? Controlling oil prices is one way. So geopolitical conflicts will ease going forward. #俄罗斯放宽柴油出口,霍尔木兹风险仍支撑油价
2. Money from ETFs has been withdrawing, the panic selling of $BTC has basically cleared out, and the coin price has reclaimed the 7-day and 30-day moving averages, repairing the technical structure.
Last week, BTC's ETF net outflow was $681 million, mostly profit-taking. But on Friday it finally turned positive, with an inflow of $21 million, indicating that panic selling has basically cleared.
Next, it depends on whether it can break through the short-term resistance at 84,500. If it breaks through, there is a chance to continue challenging the resistance at 87,000.
But probably not that soon; first, let's see if Wednesday's CPI release can push BTC past 84,500.Institutions and whales are frantically buying; Morgan Stanley's MSBT holdings have surged to 10,639 units, on-chain whales have aggressively purchased about 15,000 $BTC in 72 hours, and even $ETH and $XRP are being fully absorbed. This is a typical large-cap accumulation during a price dip. The money is flowing in, so why isn't the price rising?
The reason is that the net outflow scale of spot ETFs directly overwhelms the whales' buying power! Coupled with high U.S. Treasury yields, persistently high oil prices, and the uncertainty of the upcoming CPI release, market risk appetite is being heavily suppressed. Funds would rather earn fixed income interest than enter the market recklessly.
The key focus going forward should be on core CPI data, whether ETF fund flows can turn positive, and changes in exchange reserves. If CPI meets expectations, expect a range-bound fluctuation between 80,000 and 83,500; if core CPI is softer, there is a chance to test above 83,500; if it is hotter than expected, a retest of 80,000 or even lower is possible.

The crypto market rebounded at the end of the weekend. BTC rose from the $82,000 area to above $83,500, up about 0.78% in 24 hours. ETH showed relative strength, trading between $2,533-$2,538, up about 1.06%-1.17% in 24 hours. XRP was at $1.41, up about 0.28% in 24 hours.
Market sentiment remains neutral to greedy, with the CMC Fear and Greed Index at 57 (neutral), significantly down from last week's 70 (greedy), but still higher than last month's 68.
[3 Things to Watch]
1️⃣ Trump Announces Russia-Ukraine Energy Ceasefire—Risk Appetite Rises Across the Board
Trump announced that Russia and Ukraine have reached a ceasefire agreement in the energy sector. Following the news, oil prices, U.S. stock futures, and cryptocurrencies simultaneously rose unusually [citation:1][citation:7]. BTC rebounded from around $82,000 to above $83,500, which the market interprets as a positive sign of easing geopolitical risks.
This is the second catalyst for geopolitical easing after Trump stated last week that there would be no attack on Iran before the November midterm elections. If the energy ceasefire is implemented, falling oil prices will ease inflationary pressure, thereby reducing the urgency for the Federal Reserve to raise interest rates further.
2️⃣ Ledger Hardware Wallet Supply Chain Attack Confirmed—Losses Exceed $80 Million
Ledger devices sold by Southeast Asian distributor CryptoBilis were implanted with miniature spy chips that steal mnemonic phrases during initialization. Ledger has confirmed at least one affected device with unauthorized hardware implantation, with on-chain tracked losses estimated between $86 million and $93 million (covering BTC, ETH, TRON, etc.) [citation:6].
Hardware wallets have long been regarded as the "gold standard" for cold storage. This physical-layer supply chain attack directly challenges the foundation of user trust. It may trigger a reassessment of the overall security model of hardware wallets and push more users toward multisig, air-gapped solutions, or software wallets combined with steel backup plates.
3️⃣ Bitcoin ETF Net Outflow of $386.3 Million in the First 7 Days of October—"Uptober" Fails to Materialize
Since October, the overall funding for U.S. crypto spot ETFs has weakened, and the anticipated "Uptober" rally has not occurred. Bitcoin spot ETFs recorded a cumulative net outflow of $386.3 million in the first 7 trading days of October [citation:3]. On October 7 alone, there was a net outflow of $484.9 million (a new high since June), followed by another $244.1 million outflow on the 8th [citation:8].
However, on October 9, there was a net inflow of $21.1 million, showing slight stabilization compared to previous days [citation:3]. Whether ETF capital flows can recover this week is key to gauging institutional sentiment.
[Today's Outlook]
BTC is trading in the $82,500-$85,000 range. The $82,500 level is short-term support (near last week's low), and $82,000 is a dense trading zone; resistance lies at $84,000-$84,200 short-term, with $85,000 as a critical area to reclaim for a sustained rebound. The Russia-Ukraine energy ceasefire news provides short-term catalyst, but ETF capital flows remain in outflow, and institutional funds have yet to confirm a return. The capital flow after the U.S. stock market opens today is a key observation point. My advice: those with existing positions should hold cautiously, watch the effectiveness of the $82,500 support, avoid chasing highs or panicking. $BTC $ETH $BTC current price is $83,749, still in a wait-and-see mode. Holding long positions, neither adding nor reducing.
A) If $83,725 holds firmly and the pullback confirms support, then go long with a target of $85,150; breaking below $82,270 invalidates this.
B) If $83,560 does not hold, expect a drop to the ascending trendline, currently at $83,412, which is rising daily; below that is the liquidity zone between $82,129–82,326. Surpassing $84,375 would invalidate this plan.
Take profit on half at $84,700 and move stop loss to the cost price.
The $83,515 support has been tested 14 times and held 6 times, so it’s relatively solid.
Price rose in the past 24 hours, but open interest decreased, indicating short stop losses were triggered rather than new longs entering; such a rebound tends to lack momentum.
At this point, will you chase the highs or wait with me? #OKXTraderVoices $AXS Damn it! This round of AXS shakeout has my scalp tingling. The above is just my personal opinion, not investment advice. Cryptocurrency is highly volatile, please make decisions cautiously, profits and losses are your own responsibility.I turned twenty this year. The principal is about 850u. The highest in five days reached 9900u, but there were many liquidations in between. It was accumulated slowly. How to describe this coin? It’s a double-edged sword. I lost about 7000u playing this coin. Many times, you actually shouldn’t short this coin or short just because the bullish momentum is strong. The best strategy is to go long with low leverage and more margin, not low margin and high leverage. Otherwise, it’s no different from gambling. Last night, I had no choice but to forcefully add 2500u margin with 30x leverage to go long. I almost got liquidated, but luckily I bet right. Let’s work hard together $STRK Unrealized loss of 12% without cutting loss, not holding the position stubbornly, but the condition wasn't triggered
This $STRK position was chased yesterday, once showing an unrealized loss of 12.29%.
The post said to hold firmly and eventually saw a 25% unrealized profit.
How this number is calculated:
The 12% unrealized loss is caused by the price drop.
A 12% drop without liquidation means the leverage is not high.
At the moment of triggering:
The contract is liquidated, only checking if the margin is sufficient.
How much the price drops is not the key, the position size is.
With a light position, even a 20% drop can be sustained.
Common misreading:
Holding does not equal being right.
This time no liquidation happened because the position size allowed room.
Next time, holding the same way with a heavier position will result in liquidation.
The words "break even" are easier said than done.

Trading Notes | Data Hotter Than Expected, Risk Appetite Cooling
1. Macro
Inflation and employment consecutively exceed expectations, forcing easing expectations to retreat. The US dollar and US Treasury yields rise in tandem, funding cost expectations increase, and risk asset valuations come under pressure.
2. Market
BTC attempts to rise but fails, lacking support on the pullback, with increased volatility. ETH is more sensitive to funding changes, surging then quickly retreating, repeatedly clearing short-term positions. Altcoins lack follow-through; high-elasticity assets like SOL and DOGE show more pronounced declines during corrections.
3. Sentiment
Bears still dominate, negative factors are not fully priced in, and no bottoming structure has appeared. Volume does not keep up during rallies, but selling pressure is more active during declines, indicating weak bullish confidence and low cost-effectiveness for left-side bottom-fishing.
4. Response
Control position size, reduce operations, and wait for confirmation signals. Opportunities are not urgent; first, protect the principal.

For short-term longs, lower your profit expectations and don't think too far ahead. If you have positions, focus on quick in-and-out trades today; don't hold stubbornly in a choppy market, and definitely don't carry losing trades. #CPIPPIHikeWatch but somehow I upgraded my coffee from $8.5 to $18. Not because I’m rich, but because life is too short to panic over every candle. ☕😂 On October 8, $ETH slid toward $2,405, and my mood dropped faster than the chart. I kept refreshing my phone late at night, hoping the next candle would somehow fix everything. My roommate told me to sleep, and I replied, “Just five more minutes.” We all know how that goes. By October 10, ETH had climbed back above $2,500. A small recovery, perhaps, but enough t"Market trends change, human nature does not"
Bitcoin's candlesticks never replicate.
In 2018 and 2022, the lows differ, but the panic is equally piercing; in 2017 and 2021, the highs differ, but the frenzy is equally scorching. What is similar is not the price coordinates, but the cycle of greed and fear.
If you treat old cycles as templates to measure every peak and trough, experience will turn into a trap. Cycles can be referenced, emotions can be observed, but price movements will not be copied. The market is always changing, but the nature of participants remains often the same.
In the end, trading is not about prediction, but self-reflection. Several drawdowns this month—rather than blaming the market for turning hostile, admit: it was greed that first crossed the line. Wanting to hold on longer, earn a bit more, endure a bit more, the drawdown moves from the account into the heart.
History does not repeat itself; what repeats is human nature. Learning to set limits on desire is what earns you the next opportunity.

Not investment advice. #OKXTraderVoices $SOL SOL: Is SOL at 110 dollars cheap or a trap?
SOL is at 110.1 dollars today, up 0.58% in 24h but down 8.28% over 7 days. Its high Beta characteristic is very obvious: when BTC rises 1%, it wants to rise 3%; when BTC falls 1%, it first falls 4%. Today's volume is 1.31B, much lighter than ETH, so a single large order can push the price up or slam it down.
Fidelity has opened SOL trading custody to its 5.8 trillion asset management platform, which is a real positive, but "can buy" and "actively buying" are two different things. SOL's ecosystem (DePIN, Payments, Memecoin, RWA experiments) is the chain that most resembles a "crypto-native bull market," but it is also the most prone to flash crashes when liquidity is poor.
In trading behavior, SOL's perpetual funding rate is much more sensitive than BTC's. If the rate turns positive today but not high, it means bulls are returning but not frenzied; if a single bullish candle pulls the rate above 0.05%, beware of a pullback.
My view: SOL is the "bull market elasticity king," not a "safe haven at the bottom." Around 110, you can try a small long position, but don't use BTC's stop-loss width to trap SOL—an 8% daily fluctuation is normal for SOL, so cut your position in half. $SOL #CPI与PPI公布在即,加息预期迎考验 #机构持续布局,BTC为何仍承压?
