Having done quantitative trading for over two years, what I most want to verify is not "which strategy yields higher returns," but a more fundamental question:
Is a strategy with high returns but large drawdowns really better when combined in the same account with a strategy that is steady but modest? Or is it just recalculating the average of the two?
I reran 4.92 years of data, and the two numbers are cleaner than expected:
① They are almost "invisible" to each other — the correlation coefficient is only +0.037. The most typical example is 2023: leg A −16.6%, leg C +29.3%, while the underlying asset itself rose about 90%. In the same up year, one lost and one gained.
② On days of sharp drops, they automatically stand on opposite sides — among 259 days when the underlying dropped more than 3% in a single day, leg A averaged +1.42%, leg C averaged −0.43%, totaling +0.99%. Days when both legs lost simultaneously accounted for only 2.6%.
Limitations must be stated clearly: all backtests, no live trading; live trading only 18 trades over 25 days, insufficient to support conclusions; the 2.6% figure is based on about 4 years of samples, with a thin tail.
So now I don’t focus on correlation, but on the worst drawdown of a single leg — treating it as a tail risk issue rather than a correlation math problem. What do you think?

$ETH Challenge to break even before the end of October
Recording the current loss of 4250u, total profit -46.5%
Performance reinforcement methods:
1. Short PONS with low leverage for long-term holding, holding onto floating profits.
2. Continue holding the losing short position on BTC.
3. Short RIVER with 5x leverage, LAB with 10x leverage.
4. Short MAGIC around the 0.010 level.
Review compared to yesterday’s loss of 50u, LAB’s profitable short position surged, profits retreated again. PONS profits also retreated.
Continue holding, altcoin pumps and dumps are uncontrollable, so use low leverage.
We cannot see tomorrow’s weather and temperature with the naked eye, but we can see the big trends of spring, summer, autumn, and winter. So for these short positions, I will continue to hold. Profit retracement is one thing, but I must also withstand the emotional ups and downs.
Strictly follow trading discipline, set stop-loss lines, altcoins within 10x leverage, mainstream coins within 20x. Protect the principal, opportunities are always there. $STRK When the tide goes out, you find out who's been swimming naked
From the weekly chart perspective, the recent high for strk is 0.27, and the current price is 0.16, leaving about 70% room between the two prices
Looking at this trend, it kind of makes me want to challenge the 0.27 high
But as I write this, strk has already started to adjust
My tense nerves can finally relax
Looking back at my strk trades, I still couldn't resist adding positions
I opened two contract grids, and currently, they are still at a floating loss
You must respect the market
Leave enough volatility space for altcoins
Today, when strk rose to 0.19, I already started to feel a bit nervous
If I hadn't opened grid contracts, I probably wouldn't have felt this way
This made me hesitant to add positions at the high point
I can only wait for it to drop, at most reducing losses
My strategy still has a lot of room for optimization
For example, I need to control my impulses
Don't add positions when it's not the right time
Because if you add and the market moves in the opposite direction, you'll be in a very passive position
Adding positions by widening the price gap will, in the long run, actually earn moreThis is about BTCPay Server (a self-hosted Bitcoin payment tool).
Previously, this tool might have automatically enabled Tor (the onion network, a network that hides your real IP and makes access more private) for you by default, or you could use it without worrying about it. But starting from the next update, the rules have changed: the system will no longer "secretly" enable Tor for you, but will give you the choice yourself.
In other words, if you usually log in and manage your BTCPay backend using the .onion hidden address (for example, to avoid being tracked or to protect your privacy), you must manually check the "Enable Tor" option in the settings before the update. If you forget to check it or never selected it, after the update your original Onion address will no longer be accessible, effectively cutting off this private access route.
To put it simply: previously, your back door (Tor channel) was always slightly open, so you could use it anytime; now the landlord says, "After the next renovation, the back door will be locked by default, and if you want to use it, you have to notify me in advance." If you don't say anything, after the renovation you can only use the front door (normal IP access).
So, this message is a reminder to Docker users: quickly check your settings, don't wait until after the update to regret not being able to access it. If you don't use the Onion network at all, it doesn't matter; but if you rely on it, this is a must-do "key point before the exam". $BTC $ETH $ZEC This year, some exchanges have successively delisted the CORE/USDT trading pair (including CoinEx's announcement on September 11, 2026, with trading closing on September 18), drawing close attention from token holders. 👉🏻Information Summary ★Exchanges delisting spot trading Phemex Spot: Delisted CORE/USDT at 10:00 UTC on July 3, 2026, with deposits and withdrawals closed simultaneously. Focus on the coins you believe in, keep an eye on them, and seize the right opportunity to bet in. Without betting, where will the opportunity come from? For the first time, Ethereum showed a bit more strength than Bitcoin during this consolidation. This detail is worth mentioning. In the previous sharp drop, Bitcoin fell by six to seven percent, ETH and SOL dropped by nine to ten percent, and weaker coins were crushed even more. During these three days of consolidation, we can see that funds haven't left the market; they are just shifting slightly within core assets. While Bitcoin was resting, some capital supported ETH. This indicates that the underlying market sentiment is risk-averse but not retreating; the chips remain in play, waiting for a direction. Now about the weekend. After the U.S. stock market closes tonight, traditional markets will be closed for the next two days, and liquidity in the crypto space will noticeably thin out. When the market is quiet, the price action is most deceptive. A relatively small amount of capital can cause Bitcoin to spike or dip by several hundred dollars, faking a breakout above 835 or poking down again at 810. This is not surprising but mostly a false move caused by liquidity drying up, not representing the true directional choice. So the weekend principle is clear: don't chase sudden rallies, don't panic at sudden dumps, wait for Monday when U.S. stocks reopen and volume picks up; then the truth will reveal itself. Continue to follow your discipline in trading: hold your spot positions firmly, do not cancel orders near the second buying level around 80,000 unless volume shrinks and stabilizes with visible support, and keep the third buying level at 78,000 intact. Consolidation days are indeed boring, but looking back, before every major market move, the market uses boredom to weed out the impatient. Have a good weekend rest, let the market move on its own, and I will report any changes immediately.PIMCO warns that the 10-year US Treasury yield could reach 6%. This sentiment also extends to MMT, with funds on the sidelines causing short-term pressure, but the structure remains intact. I tend to view this as a pullback to accumulate momentum rather than a bearish reversal.
Current price is 0.1782, down 1.3% in 24h, with a high of 0.1846 and a low of 0.1778. The trading volume is only 381,000, showing weak momentum. Both the 1-hour and 4-hour trends are upward; the short-term price has pulled back 2.52% from the 1-hour high, and there is still 6.96% room from the 4-hour low. The order book's top 10 levels show 20,000 buy orders against 17,000 sell orders, with a ratio of 1.14, slightly favoring buyers; the funding rate is 0.0050%, open interest is 8,495,000, sentiment is mild, and no overcrowding is observed.
In terms of operation, lightly add long positions on a pullback to 0.1773, with a stop loss at 0.1739 and a target of 0.1841; if volume breaks through 0.1849, increase positions aiming for 0.1903. Keep position size within 20%, and do not add if stop loss is hit.

On OKX, BTC turnover is at $83,040.6, with the funding rate at -0.0024%. This year, there have been 10 days of triple standard deviation moves. If you hold positions, be cautious of sudden intraday spikes. This morning, I switched to the data page to review CoinDesk's recap. There have been 10 extreme days with single-day volatility reaching triple standard deviation this year, directly exceeding the 8 days in all of 2018. Bitcoin's annualized volatility has dropped from 84% that year to 46%, and the average amplitude on abnormal days has narrowed from 10% to 7%, but these short-term spikes are coming more frequently than in previous years.

The biggest current market dilemma is whether inflation will rebound again, directly rewriting the Fed's year-end interest rate pricing.
PPI reflects prices at the upstream factory level, while CPI reflects prices for end consumers. PPI typically lags and transmits to CPI by 2 to 3 months. These two data points, released sequentially, serve as the core test to determine whether "inflation is a sticky rebound," directly disproving or confirming the current CME interest rate futures' rate hike pricing.
1. Current Market Baseline Expectations
The market has already pre-traded a baseline scenario:
Interest rates will remain unchanged in October, with most rate hike bets pushed to December. The current market pricing shows a very low probability of a rate hike in October. The vast majority of traders assume that unless there is an "explosively surprising" inflation report, the Fed will not act in October and will continue to wait and see.
However, with recent rises in crude oil and energy prices, the biggest risk emerges: energy price increases can easily push PPI higher first, then after some time permeate into services and transportation, pulling core CPI back up. Once inflation rebounds, this narrative of "delaying until December" will be instantly overturned. After the sharp drop, I watched the market for a long time. The quality of this rebound is indeed different 🌙. Do you think this time it's a real recovery, or is it another beautiful bull trap by leveraged funds? BTC climbed back to around 83,100 after this big spike down. Many only see the price returning but don't notice the changes on the derivatives side. On the 1D chart, the SAR resistance is stuck at 86,399. This level is not drawn arbitrarily; it corresponds exactly to the previous dense liquidation zone. In other words, the bulls must prove themselves by first absorbing this chunk of chips. I have been watching closely and found several key signals: - The funding rate hasn't gone crazy along with the price, indicating this rally isn't driven by high leverage pushing it up - The open interest in perpetual contracts is rising but at a moderate pace, as if the spot buying is leading the rhythm, not the contracts hyping themselves - The 83k area has been quickly pulled back multiple times, and the willingness to support below is stronger than expected - 86k is the emotional watershed; only by holding above it can 90k be discussed The bullish path is actually very clear: as long as 86k is effectively broken and held, short covering will accelerate, and market risk appetite will shift from "defense" to "testing the waters." ETH and major altcoins usually breathe a sigh of relief along with this. Conversely, if 86k repeatedly fails to break, the derivatives side can easily become overcrowded with bulls. Once the funding rate turns positive too quickly, it actually gives a reason for a downward shakeout. What I care more about is not whether it can touch 90k this week, but whether this recovery has repaired the leverage structure healthily. The price coming back only Russia relaxes diesel exports, supporting oil prices, with limited risk appetite spillover; KAITO struggles to gain significant boost, I lean towards weak consolidation. The four-hour and one-hour moving averages are declining, the former has fallen nearly 14% from the high, the short-term is only 2.6% below the high, with weak rebound momentum. The funding rate of 0.0005 is relatively neutral, with a position of 10.5 million coins and a turnover of 6.86 million, incremental funds are cautious. The top ten order book shows 127,000 buy orders against 107,000 sell orders, the buy side is slightly stronger but cannot change the downward structure. Key support is at 0.3137, resistance at 0.3245. Strategy: lightly short at a rebound to 0.3238, stop loss at 0.3286, target 0.3142; if a sharp drop stabilizes at 0.3152, consider a short-term long, stop loss at 0.3118, target 0.3221. #俄罗斯放宽柴油出口,霍尔木兹风险仍支撑油价 $SOL 800 million USDC less in seven days, I've watched this twice carefully.
First, to be clear: Circle issued 9.7 billion this week and redeemed 10.5 billion. More went out than came in.
What is USDC? It's the most reliable money in the circle. Those playing contracts, doing lending, or waiting for large transfers basically all use it.
So its shrinkage doesn't mean the coin price will fall. But it does indicate one thing: someone exchanged stablecoins back to dollars and stopped playing.
I guess two types of people. One who earned enough and withdrew first, and one who thinks the interest outside is more attractive.
You ask if this is bearish? I don't think so. An 8 billion drop from a 73 billion pool is just a sprinkle.
But the direction is worth noting. Money is flowing out of the circle, not in.
From now on, I'll watch one number: whether USDC continues to shrink next week. If it keeps shrinking, then it's no coincidence.

#贝森特拟查扣10亿美元伊朗相关加密资产 #OKX以250亿美元估值完成战略融资 $BTC $STRK rose about 90% in one week, then another 40% in 24 hours, reaching a market cap of $768 million, entering the top 100 by market cap for the first time in a year. Interestingly, right after the surge, it announced: it wants to become an independent layer, fully quantum-resistant by 2027.
The logic is simple — layer 2 security inherits from Ethereum; the base layer is not quantum-resistant, so no matter how hard layer 2 tries, it’s in vain. Ethereum plans to complete its quantum upgrade by December 2029. Starknet proves that based on hashing and account abstraction, it can avoid hard forks to change signature algorithms, seizing this window.
So this 90% gain isn’t for the technology itself, but for the pricing power of buying time. The cost is running its own validators and consensus, with the bill only spreading out before 2027. Do you think this is a real demand or just storytelling again?
$STRK"Market Weaving, I'm Stepping Out"
Weekend mornings should be for sleeping in and enjoying hot soy milk. But my hands woke up first, reaching for my phone to check the market. The screen looked like a pool of still water.
BTC hovered below 83,000, last night's 83,129 felt like an unfulfilled dream, touching it only to retreat immediately. That red floating loss marker pinned on the chart was more alerting than an alarm clock. It neither surged nor dropped sharply, just stitched back and forth within a few dozen points, grinding patience to dust.
Ethereum was even more sigh-worthy. It couldn't hold 2,518, 2,500 became a threshold, and the pending take-profit orders felt like self-imposed shackles. Long positions weren't just positions, they were sentences—slow to rise, quick to fall.
Dogecoin couldn't even hold 0.086; without any calls to buy, it was like a deflated balloon, falling but not rising. Looking at it, even complaining felt like a waste of energy.

#CPI与PPI公布在即,加息预期迎考验
#机构持续布局,BTC为何仍承压? Don't immediately call the "positive news landing" the grand finale just because you see a merger.
According to BlockBeats, AERO and VELO both surged over 16% due to merger news. Aerodrome is the top DEX on Base, Velodrome is the main DEX on Optimism, and both belong to the same ve(3,3) team and governance system. This merger integrates liquidity and incentives scattered across two L2s into a unified framework.
Observation 1: If the merger terms are friendly to original holders and locked volume rises synchronously, market focus will shift from news sentiment to subsequent follow-up.
Observation 2: If details like exchange ratio, total token supply, unlocking schedule, original ve position conversion, and governance dilution fall short of expectations, the short-term pulse will quickly retrace.
Would you rather wait to see the terms disclosed before judging, or treat this 16% surge as a sentiment rehearsal first? #Ledger confirmed that a device involved was subject to hardware implantation, raising questions about wallet security trust again. The short-term sentiment for ETH is cautious; I tend to continue viewing it as oscillating with a weak bias. The 2497.77 level sees a tug-of-war between bulls and bears, with a 24h slight increase of 0.2%, but the 1-hour and 4-hour trends both synchronously point downward, retreating 5.95% and 9.01% from the highs respectively, and only 3.41% and 2.61% above the lows, indicating that downside risk has not disappeared. The trading volume of 6.37 million is somewhat bearish, with the top 10 bid-ask ratio at 0.78 favoring sellers. The funding rate of -0.0045% shows bears have a slight upper hand, with open interest at 607,000 coins. Strategically, a light short position can be taken on a rebound to 2508.63, with a stop loss at 2521.47 and a target of 2478.35; if volume breaks below 2486.92, then follow the trend to short, with a stop loss at 2499.76 and a target of 2465.18, keeping single position size under 5%.

#Ledger confirmed that a device involved was subject to hardware implantation $ETH #Ledger confirmed that one involved device was subject to hardware implantation, ringing the alarm again for self-custody security. Down 1.6% in 24h to 0.05845, with a trading volume of only 1.11 million. The 4-hour distance from the high is -18.37%, indicating the mid-term weakness remains unchanged; the 1-hour distance from the low is 2.94%, showing a rebound, but the 24h high of 0.06021 is a strong resistance, and 0.05832 is the last line of defense. The funding rate of 0.0050% is still slightly bullish, with 28.3 million coins held and no panic deleveraging seen. The top 10 bid-ask ratio is 1.06, with buyers slightly dominant, more like a weak rebound rather than a reversal.
Strategy: short at the rebound to 0.05985, stop loss at 0.06075, target 0.05715; if it breaks below 0.05832 directly, short again, stop loss at 0.05935, target 0.05655. Single position no more than 5%, must exit on break, no holding losing positions.

From the moving average structure, the price is squeezed between the daily MA20 (84219) and MA50 (80946), with the long-term MA200 at 72013. The medium-term bullish pattern remains, but short-term moving averages have formed resistance, and the RSI at 51.2 is in a neutral zone. On the derivatives side, the perpetual funding rate is slightly negative (-0.005%), and open interest has slightly rebounded after falling from the October 7 peak, indicating that this round of decline was mainly completed by long deleveraging, and short sellers are not aggressively chasing prices. Spot ETF funds remain the main drag, with a total net outflow of about $679 million this week, only slightly turning positive on October 9. I hold a neutral view on the short-term direction: if the daily chart stabilizes above 84200, it is considered a recovery, and attention can be paid to around 86700; if it closes below 80400, the adjustment level expands, with the next reference point being the 30-day low of 74965. Discipline: do not chase longs. $WLD#CPI与PPI公布在即,加息预期迎考验
#CPI与PPI公布在即,加息预期迎考验 $WLD Although $SUI has dropped about 5.2% in the past week, it has risen about 54% over the past 30 days, and TVL has also increased by about 15.5%. In Ajian's view, this is a typical strong altcoin structure: long-term data improvement, short-term price increase, and turnover between new and old holders. Therefore, an increase in TVL but a price drop does not necessarily mean the token's fundamentals have worsened, because SUI's on-chain data and ecosystem narrative are indeed strengthening. It can only be said that the price has already reflected a considerable part of the expectations in advance. Next, it is recommended to observe the support around $1, DeFi revenue, stablecoin supply, and funding rates Closing a short position is not bearish; it means buying back the short order.
On the evening of September 21, a trade worth 8.57 million was executed.
The direction was a buy, but the target was $BTC perpetual contracts.
Where did this money come from:
It was buying to close a short, not opening a long.
Previously, someone borrowed coins at a high price to sell, now buying back to repay.
10x leverage, average price 85700.
How is this number calculated:
Closing a short requires buying, and buying counts as a long direction trade.
So looking at the trade direction might make one think they are going long.
In reality, they are closing the short position, bringing the position to zero.
At the same time, another fund was adding short $BTC positions.
Opening price 76152, still holding unrealized losses without exiting.
One side is buying back, the other is adding shorts, directions exactly opposite.
Closing a short only indicates they no longer want to bet on this segment.
It does not mean they are bullish, nor does it mean they are bearish.
Stop-loss orders placed in that range have already been triggered.

#OKX以250亿美元估值完成战略融资 $BTC I am the mid-term intelligence guy.
After looking at the previous positives, now focus on the risks.
$BTC once had a single-day leverage liquidation exceeding 19 billion, affecting 1.6 million accounts; it is still about 34% below the so-called previous high of 126,200, and the chip structure is not that stable.
The capital side is also relatively cold: the US spot BTC ETF had a weekly outflow of 681 million, 486 million on Wednesday, and the combined outflow of BTC + $ETH ETFs in October was nearly 986 million;
In 2026, BTC net capital inflow turns negative to -39 billion, and the predicted probability of the market returning to 100,000 before 2027 is only 31%.
Adding to the security thunder: the Ledger dealer CryptoBilis incident resulted in 93.2 million stolen from 315 wallets, including 203.8 BTC.
Control leverage, wait for ETF outflows to converge before adding positions.

If ETH breaks through the resistance zone with increased volume, DeFi and Layer 2 tokens may be the next focus. Conversely, if ETH continues to underperform BTC, the altcoin rebound may lack sustainability. When trading, avoid chasing green candles; wait for a retest of the breakout zone and set clear stop-loss points. Continuous Commitment Without Letting Go
@Coredao_Org has built a mechanism that allows $BTC holders to participate in validator elections without transferring their tokens outside the Bitcoin network. This process relies on CheckLockTimeVerify (CLTV), a native Bitcoin script opcode that has been part of the protocol since 2015. CLTV is a Bitcoin script operation that restricts transaction outputs from being spent until a specified absolute time or block height is reached. This process involves no bridging, wrapping, or third-party custody.
By creating transactions using CLTV scripts, Bitcoin holders can temporarily lock their bitcoins from being spent while adding metadata that enables Core to recognize their participation in the consensus process. This metadata specifies the validator the holder wishes to support and the receiving address for $CORE rewards. The bitcoins themselves always remain in the holder’s wallet.
Delegating Bitcoin for staking rewards through Core’s self-custody product requires no asset transfer or bridging to the Core blockchain or validator nodes. Even if validator nodes or the Core blockchain fail, users’ assets remain fully under their control and can be redeemed once the Bitcoin network’s timelock expires.
How Relayers, Rewards, and Renewal Mechanisms Work
Once the timelock transaction is broadcast, relayers scan the Bitcoin network for these locks, read the embedded validator selections, and update the election weights on Core accordingly. When Bitcoin holders stake on Core, they participate in the election of Core validators. When the validators chosen by stakers are elected, they help secure the Core blockchain and receive $CORE token rewards, most of which are returned to the Bitcoin stakers who elected them.
The timelock grants users voting power proportional to the amount of locked Bitcoin. The more Bitcoin staked, the greater the influence in validator selection. Rewards increase accordingly and stop when the lock expires. Core’s documentation clearly states that timelocks do not auto-renew: after the lock period ends, the Bitcoin becomes spendable again; to continue staking, users must create new timelocks.
Staking constitutes two-thirds of the Core Satoshi Plus consensus mechanism, enabling both Bitcoin and $CORE token holders to help maintain network security and earn rewards. For users who wish to hold Bitcoin long-term and prefer to stay on the Bitcoin blockchain, this model offers a way to effectively utilize idle funds without introducing new trust assumptions.$BTC gives me a feeling of eagerness to surge upward because it has returned to trading above the 82754 resistance. Next, it depends on whether Bitcoin can break through the 83523 resistance. Only by breaking 83523 can the downtrend stop and a rebound upward toward 84369 be expected. As I always say, if it can't get above 83523, it's useless. If the pullback doesn't break below 82754 and the rise doesn't break through 83523, it will only oscillate within this range with a squeezing pattern. When this range is broken is when a direction will emerge. According to Fibonacci, once Bitcoin breaks 83523, this rebound has the potential to reach the Fibonacci 1:1 upward target price, which is around 85477. Currently, Bitcoin is stuck halfway up the slope; it can't break 83523 upwards, nor can it pull back to 82000. I want to go long, but if it doesn't break 83523 and doesn't pull back to 82000, how can I enter long? When the rebound comes to short, it doesn't rise enough. How do you operate? If it can't go up or down, then you can only wait and see. When it pulls back or rises to the right level, then go long or short! Let the bullets fly for a while! The most important thing is that Bitcoin has been rising on shrinking volume, which is frustrating. If Bitcoin breaks 83523 with volume, aggressive traders can chase longs on the right side; if 82754 is broken with volume and the rebound can't recover, chase shorts on the right side with proper stop loss. On the hourly chart, breaking and holding above 83523 points upward to 84369-85200; if it can't get above 83523, it's useless. On the 4-hour chart, breaking below 82754 points downward to 82000-81000. As the market pulled back to $5.1839, the preset condition was officially triggered. 🧠 Why focus on this level? 🔹 Key Support: Around $5.18 is the area where the price previously broke out and successfully held. If buyers can continue to defend here, it may become an important support for trend continuation. 🔹 Trend Structure: On the hourly chart, the price remains above the 200-period moving average in an uptrend, maintaining an overall bullish structure for now. 🔹 Market Background: Recently, $NEAR has shown relative strength. Market data indicates the token experienced a significant rise over the past month; additionally, the Bitwise US spot NEAR ETF launch and NEAR ecosystem activities have attracted market attention. However, after a strong rally, caution is still needed for profit-taking and price volatility. ⚠️ What to watch next? ✅ If support near $5.18 holds and the price strengthens again, the bullish structure may be further confirmed. ❌ If the price continues to break below this area, especially if the hourly trend structure is broken, the original logic needs to be reassessed rather than blindly maintaining a bullish stance. 📌 Core Viewpoint: This is not simply chasing the rally but attempting to enter after the breakout BTC breaks below $83K: ETF three-week net inflow ends, but $3.3 billion shorts press above $85K
Conclusion first: This is not a crash, but a shakeout that squeezes out leverage and unrealized profits. How far it shakes out depends on whether the $74.6K line holds.
Price side: BTC is now at $82.9K, down 4% this week, giving back part of the gains from $75K to $87K over the past three weeks. The Fear & Greed Index dropped from 73 last week to 61, still in the greed zone but sentiment has clearly cooled.
Who are the sellers? Three forces acting simultaneously:
1. Short-term holders transferred 45.6K BTC to exchanges within 24 hours;
2. From October 2 to 8, the entire market realized net profits of $3.3 billion — this is already the third week since late August with over $3 billion in single-week profit-taking, indicating very intense profit realization;
3. The U.S. government holdings decreased by 17,468 BTC since October 6, leaving 174,481 BTC remaining.
The capital side is even more noteworthy: spot BTC ETFs saw a net outflow of over $680 million last week, ending three consecutive weeks of net inflows. As I have said many times, even two weeks ago, I truly believe that once the price breaks out of this range, it will move downward rather than upward.
People are overly bullish, expecting a miracle to happen, and are so certain that the bull market has returned.
I like the idea of a significant shakeout and have already shared my short positions starting from 86k, as you know.
On the chart, I placed a red dot. Once we reach that point and the local order flow shows bearish signals, that will be the confirmation of the deviation, and our plan will have a solid foundation because by then we will have deviated from the macro 60-83k range, which is expected to at least move toward the mid-range, perfectly aligning with the 75k magnet point.

Slow is fast, many times I couldn't stop greed after flipping the position, still got liquidated. Small capital should be split up; what you actually hold is 💰, unrealized profits are ultimately illusory.
After consecutive wins, liquidation happened. Actually, at this time I had confidence, but also feared I couldn't handle sharp volatility. Following the trend with grid trading is my way to rest and grow, because I can't resist the market's temptation.
NEAR this altcoin is actually one of the ones I have been relatively accurate in trading. It couldn't break the strong resistance at 5.42, volume immediately shrank, so I judged the pattern was about to change The zk sector is collectively dancing, but MINA quietly slipped away with a long upper shadow candle
Today the zk line is quite lively, STRK rose about 13%, ZK about 5.6%, even re-staking is rebounding, but the earliest famous lightweight public chain in the sector, MINA, is somewhat lagging behind on the chart.
OKEx current price is around 0.087, up about 2.3% in 24h, but this number is misleading: it once surged to 0.0963 in the early session, then was quickly hammered back to 0.087, falling nearly 10% from the high. RSI dropped from 55 to 52, and the price quietly stands below the 5-day moving average and the Bollinger middle band, a typical long upper shadow after a spike.
In short, while the sector is all pushing up, it touched the 0.089 resistance and was pressed back, indicating solid selling pressure above and weak follow-through. No new news either; the Mesa upgrade in early September (block time cut to 90 seconds) is an old positive from over a month ago. Today’s move is purely sector rotation.
A reminder: OKEx’s 24h trading volume is only 4.1 million USDT, thin for a market cap over 100 million, easy to pump and dump.
Watch two signals: whether it can break and hold above 0.089 to 0.09 with volume; if not, it will likely retest 0.0856 first when the sector pulls back; and whether Bitcoin can hold 83,000.
A weak coin in a strong sector, don’t rush to comfort yourself with catching up gains, DYOR, not investment advice.

After hours of grinding lower, that final red 1h bar sliced from 125.60 straight to 124.68. Now it's sitting right on the 24h low at 124.60.
I'm watching how price reacts here, not chasing the move.
Does a flush into the low usually give you confirmation or a trap? There’s a queue in front of the coffee stall, and the phone is still showing the US Treasury yield market, watching it grind up little by little.
The most interesting subplot about $ZEC these days is that the privacy demand is actually growing on-chain, with the proportion of shielded transactions steadily increasing. But despite the growth in demand, it doesn’t turn into buying pressure. Why? Because it lacks a narrative foundation; outside capital can’t get in, so it’s trapped on its own little island playing with itself.
Right now, the price is hovering around 1,200, and it’s still down nearly 6% over the past 7 days. The volume has dwindled to only about 30% of the usual.
At this point, looking at any candlestick chart is useless; you have to watch when the big players open the floodgates or the halving events. No matter how good the data looks, it’s all for nothing until it actually lands.
If you don’t believe me, look back at those who were obsessively watching for rate cuts every day—only a few of them actually made money in the end.
