DeFi — Simple but strong
A high APY is not automatically a good opportunity.
Before looking at the number, I'd want to understand:
Where does the yield come from?
Is it sustainable?
What happens if liquidity disappears?
What smart contracts are involved?
What are the withdrawal conditions?
And what could make the position lose value?
In DeFi, the percentage gets your attention.
The mechanism deserves your attention too. 🧠
