About StrategySTRCBuyback139M

Strategy repurchased around 1.42M shares of STRC preferred stock for $139M between Sept 8-13, while making no BTC trades. BTC holdings remain at 845,050. The prior week, Strategy spent $176M on STRC buybacks with no BTC purchases, bringing two-week cumulative buybacks to $316M. Strategy has raised its digital credit securities repurchase ceiling from $1B to $2B. Two consecutive weeks of STRC buybacks signal the company is adding capital management activity alongside its core BTC position.

Something interesting is happening while the market is nervous. Some public crypto treasury companies are still adding exposure. BitMine, DeFi Development Corp. and Strive reportedly increased their holdings of $ETH, $SOL and $BTC last week. Strategy, however, left its Bitcoin position unchanged. That's an interesting contrast. The market can be uncomfortable in the short term while some companies are still thinking in years. And that's one reason I don't judge crypto only by the daily candle. $BTC → long-term monetary asset $ETH → blockchain infrastructure $SOL → high-throughput ecosystem Different thesis. Different risk. But the bigger question remains: Are these companies buying because they expect short-term upside, or because they believe the underlying networks will matter much more in the future? #FOMCRateCallThisWeek #SaudiOilPipelineDamaged

🚨 Corporate crypto accumulation keeps getting bigger. BitMine Immersion just added another 27,180 $ETH pushing its holdings above 5.96M ETH. Meanwhile, Strategy repurchased another $139M worth of $STRC, with its Bitcoin holdings now reaching 845,050 $BTC . ₿ Institutions continue to stack crypto while the long-term supply game gets tighter. The accumulation race is only getting started. #FOMCRateCallThisWeek #AnthropicIPOOnNasdaq #TrumpAcceptsNewEthics

An unchanged BTC position can still come with a shift in capital priorities. Strategy spent $139M repurchasing STRC preferred shares over Sept 8-13, with no BTC trades, following another week of buybacks. My read: capital management deserves attention alongside BTC accumulation. A larger repurchase ceiling creates flexibility, but does not commit it to further spending. #StrategySTRCBuyback139M

#BTC Preferred Stock Financing Heats Up The leader has something to say The treasury company's strategies are starting to diverge. Strive issued preferred stock with a 13% dividend to finance coin purchases, last week buying 469 BTC at an average price of $77,954, with a nominal amount exceeding 1 billion. Strategy, on the other hand, spent 316 million in two weeks to repurchase preferred stock without buying a single BTC.

Can someone advise Saylor and Strategy to turn the STRC repurchase program into an explicit par-defense mechanism? They’d just need to say they’ll keep buying back STRC until it returns to par, and step back in whenever it trades below par again. That gives the market a clear floor and encourages investors to front-run the buyback. Potentially far more effective, while requiring much less capital. Damn , their current retard movement are so painful to look at . @saylor @phongle
