Second, its competitors are Micron, Kioxia, and SK Hynix, all capable of expanding production, so the moat is "technology rhythm" not "monopoly";
Third, the 1716 price already factors in the good expectations for 2028.
So buying SanDisk is not buying AI, it's buying "how long supply-demand tightness can last."
