$BTC has been hovering around 86,000 for a whole week, with intraday volatility squeezed within 2%, the market unusually quiet. Someone asked me if holding a short position during such times is uncomfortable; on the contrary, I find it reassuring. What I fear most is the constant up-and-down swings that shake people off their positions; a sideways market actually lets me sleep soundly. With volatility compressed like this, it can't stay this way forever; sooner or later, it will break out in one
