$BTC $ETH Historical Iron Law: The Federal Reserve has never raised interest rates in the month before an election!!!
Since 1990, at the October FOMC meeting one month before the midterm elections, there has never been a rate hike; they have always held steady.
If they don't raise rates this time either, the short-term pressure on BTC can be relieved. Holding 82,800 and then breaking through the resistance at 84,000–87,400, $90,000 is possible. But don't rush to call a bull comeback; the expectation of a rate hike in December still looms high. Even if it really surges to 90,000, it may not hold steady, and there is a significant risk of a pullback after the spike. The flame on the stove was suddenly doused by a basin of ice water—Micron dropped 3.88%, SanDisk plunged 5.97%, and even the old stalwarts Samsung and SK Hynix started bubbling with uncertainty! I've worked in the kitchen for twenty years, and what I fear most isn't picky customers, but when you're halfway through prepping, and the supplier suddenly says: "Buddy, that batch might not taste like you thought."
First, why is this broth so flavorful? The AI banquet is ordering aggressively; memory sticks and high-bandwidth storage are the must-have main dishes, with prices climbing steadily and profits dripping with fat. But the problem is, no matter how rich your broth is, someone has to watch the stove. Now, some in the market are starting to recount inventory—ChangXin has announced progress on 4F² process dynamic random-access memory, aiming to get it into server memory by year-end. Sounds like a new apprentice claiming to handle things solo—the knife skills are sharp, but can the assembly line deliver mass shipments? The timing hasn't been tested, so no one should rush to add it to the menu.
Looking at Samsung and SK Hynix, their buyback sauce is almost drained, but foreign capital is pulling plates away. The earlier surge was like a spicy chicken dish—great for the first few bites, but full of chili seeds later; once the pullback deepens, the stomach can't take it. Will the new production capacity from 2027 to 2028 rebalance this supply and demand table? Can AI continue to support gross margins and high valuations? It's like asking me: can the newly replaced charcoal keep the turnover rate steady all night?
Ultimately, mainstream targets are the main course; storage is the dark soy sauce that enhances flavor, position size is the salt, and leveraged contracts are the extra spicy chili. This drop in Micron and SanDisk isn't because the dish spoiled, but because someone tasted it—and the spice in this recipe might be heavier than what's listed on the menu. #sandiskmicronslideThe shadowless lamp above the operating table just went out. I took off my blood-stained gloves and saw the after-hours push notification numbers: the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index plunged about 2.7% in a single day. This is not sudden death; it’s chronic myocardial ischemia finally reaching the decompensation stage.
The two lead surgeons, Broadcom and Intel, said the same sentence on stage the same day—capital is becoming a bottleneck. Pay attention to the order of their wording: chip capacity is improving, power supply is improving, but only the capital channel is starting to harden. In hemodynamics, this is called "a sudden increase in afterload with forward perfusion failure." In the past two years, the aorta of artificial intelligence has relied on endless financing transfusions to maintain high flow. Now the vessel walls are beginning to calcify, the lumen narrows, and distal tissue hypoxia is only a matter of time.
The real lesion is not in computing power or electricity, but in the coronary artery of the five words "long-term return validation." When investors start demanding perfusion evidence instead of angiograms, the valuation model changes from pulsatile blood flow to dead space ventilation. The larger the scale of open computing power expenditure, the higher the oxygen consumption, while the oxygen supply vessels become thinner—this is a typical supply-demand mismatch heart failure, not something that can be reset with a single defibrillation.
The semiconductor sector’s 2.7% drop this time, I don’t think it’s ventricular fibrillation; it’s more like preoperative myocardial stunning: the two lead surgeons personally admitted that the capital channel is restricted, which is equivalent to telling the family on stage that the extracorporeal circulation of this surgery might not last until chest closure. But they remain optimistic about recent demand, which means ventricular contractility is still present, but coronary reserve is already exhausted. In the short term, positive inotropic drugs can maintain blood pressure; in the long term, revascularization must be done—that is, a reconstruction of the valuation system.
Mapping this to technology token assets, the logic chain is clear: the upstream computing power narrative requires continuous capital infusion to maintain the pressure gradient. Once financing costs rise and the return validation cycle lengthens, token prices, as the perfusion of the most distal capillaries, will be the first to show congestion and cyanosis. Price reaction is never the cause; it is just the first waveform to jump on the bedside monitor.
Key observation points, listed according to monitor parameters: first, widening credit spreads are a precursor to elevated central venous pressure; if it continues to widen, it indicates systemic perfusion pressure is declining; second, the financing structure of computing power expenditure—whether equity or debt—an increase in debt proportion means further increased cardiac afterload; third, the time window for return validation—if extended beyond three quarters, distal tissue ischemia will become irreversible.
I do not do emotional therapy. Pain is a signal, not a diagnosis. The real diagnosis requires looking through perfusion indicators, not how loudly the patient screams. #aifundingconstraintsThe curve on the barometric chart has flattened from the steep slope at the end of September to the gentle slope now—not because the storm has stopped, but because the supply of warm, moist air has been cut off.
250 units. This is a number worthy of being recorded in the sounding logs. The saturated water vapor transport that used to swallow thousands of units in a single week has now left only a thin layer of cumulus clouds. As the main cyclone's suction weakens, the remaining task is handed over to the subsiding airflow managed by capital: 192 million in preferred stock buybacks, which is nine times the amount of Bitcoin purchases. What does nine times mean? It means this institution is replenishing its lower-level circulation rather than continuing to draw energy from higher altitudes. The wind direction has already shifted, but people on the ground are still wearing short sleeves.
Weekly net purchases have plummeted by 90.6% compared to the previous week. This is not a passing shower; it is the entire frontal system moving eastward into the sea. When ten or twenty listed companies simultaneously slow down their accumulation pace, you will see the water vapor flux drop a gear overnight—last week there were still large convective cloud clusters, this week only a few isolated convective cells remain. Strive has stored nearly 29,500 units using the SATA preferred stock tributary, and BitMine has locked 6.03 million Ethereum, accounting for 4.9% of the total network supply, with 84% staked in pools. The chairman's judgment is straightforward: long-term holding equals artificially reducing the precipitable water in the circulation. This statement holds in meteorology—hoarding water vapor in the stratosphere naturally makes the surface feel dry.
But hoarding water vapor comes at a cost. Financing costs are the energy input that maintains this high-pressure ridge, and violent price swings are the shear lines tearing apart the upper-level jet stream. Once costs rise and prices fall simultaneously, the water in the reservoir does not remain stable but turns into a violent downburst. This is the current vulnerability of the treasury model: its stability depends not on how many coins are held but on whether it can continuously borrow cold air at a cost lower than the ambient temperature.
The linkage with the related asset in the US market is essentially a remote response of the same pressure field. The parent company is shrinking its position, preferred stock buybacks are supporting the market, and subsidiaries are locking up stakes—three paths simultaneously rewriting the local circulation. What you see is not a single clear day but a weather pattern transitioning toward dryness, stability, and low convective available potential energy. The most dangerous aspect of this weather is that the sky is very blue and visibility extremely high, but once a disturbance cuts in, there is no energy buffer to absorb it.
The ensemble members of the numerical forecast have already diverged. Half maintain high-pressure control and slowly consume reserves; the other half are waiting for a trigger—either a tightening financing window or staking yields being eaten up by price volatility. This does not require a hurricane-level trigger; a mesoscale shear line is enough.
Can the three airflows of accumulation, capital management, and staking sustain the entire treasury model's high-pressure ridge? The satellite cloud map has yet to provide a conclusive answer. What is certain is that precipitation has stopped, while the surface is still draining according to the rainy season's rhythm. #strategybtcbuyingslows#Riyadh Airport Attack Accelerates Saudi Arabia's Land Oil Transport Layout
$BTC The capacity of one pipeline cannot replace an entire airport.
▪️ The design capacity of Saudi Arabia's East-West pipeline is about 5 million barrels/day, the only land route bypassing the Strait of Hormuz
▪️ This pipeline was previously damaged and out of service for several weeks; even after repairs, actual throughput remains below design capacity
▪️ Saudi exports have been squeezed to the lowest since 2017, about 3 million barrels/day
▪️ Pre-war daily transit through Hormuz was about 125 vessels; during the attack, it dropped to single digits
▪️ Aramco's claim of "restoring half within days" comes from a single anonymous source; neither the company nor the Ministry of Energy has confirmed it
The disagreement is not about whether land routes can replace maritime transport, but about the tense used in the phrase "accelerate layout."
Pipelines are fixed facilities with capacity limits written in design documents; expansion requires years of engineering work. The airport attack affects personnel and business travel, which is more distantly related to barrel flow.
Putting these two issues in the same headline may lead people to think there is an additional export route—actually, only that one pipeline is operational, and it is not yet at full capacity.
The direction is to wait and see—pipeline throughput must return to design capacity to be considered a true replacement; if still in repair, risk premiums remain.Cheapness is an illusion; liquidity is the bottom
$BTC broke below a key level, $ETH weakened accordingly, and altcoins fell even more sharply. Many think this is a discount, but what’s actually broken is not just a price line, but the market’s capacity to absorb selling pressure. After buy orders withdraw, even a small amount of selling pressure can push prices down.
Macro variables are still ahead: CPI and PPI have yet to be released. If the data is strong, tightening expectations won’t fade. Capital always moves before price—first withdrawing, then causing a catch-up drop. The dense stop-loss zone below has already been swept, making market sentiment more fragile.
Therefore, before the data is released, a deeper drop doesn’t mean the bottom is in. Cheapness is not defined by the extent of the drop, but by the return of buying interest. A decline without absorption is just liquidity repricing the asset.

#交易之声:你的经验值得被听到 $OKB is one of the very few coins on the market with absolutely no variables on the supply side: a total fixed supply of 21 million tokens, all in circulation, with no more burning and no unlocking dumps. The one-time burn of 60 million tokens last year told the whole story at once.
The problem lies here. For a coin with a completely locked supply, the price can only be explained unilaterally by demand. So where does the demand come from now? The exchange fee discounts are the old capital; the real incremental growth is pinned on X Layer — the chain that just consolidated assets from the old public chain, with OKB as its sole Gas token. In theory, every on-chain interaction consumes it.
In theory. But the actual price movement this week shows the market is not buying it: the price dropped from 142 downward, with several days of volume-increasing decline, losing about 10% in a week. Volume-increasing drops and volume-decreasing sideways moves indicate chips are moving out, not being absorbed by buyers.
Fairly speaking, the hard cap of 21 million tokens does impose an extreme long-term supply constraint. As long as X Layer really takes off, every bit of demand growth will be fully absorbed by price, with no dilution from new issuance. This is its strength and also its weakness: the good side is no dilution; the bad side is no fallback, relying entirely on real on-chain usage to materialize.
120 is the support for this round; below that is the previous low at 108. Until on-chain daily active users and Gas consumption pick up, this hard cap can only be considered a premise, not a conclusion. CPI Countdown: Market on Mute, Funds Switching Tokens
Before the CPI release, the market seems muted.

Wormhole woke up first. $W surged to 0.024285, up 36.53% intraday, with the cross-chain bridge temporarily chosen by funds as an exit point. Small-cap new tokens are light; a few buy orders can pull out a long bullish candle, but fundamentals haven't caught up, more like short-term fireworks before the inflation data.
$BTC is still playing asleep. 82904.7, down 0.18%, stuck below 83000 for three consecutive days, with volume nearly halved. ETF saw the largest single-day net outflow in three and a half months last week, yet the price didn't plunge deeply, indicating support below; both bulls and bears are waiting for the data to reveal the next move.
$ETH is relatively strong. 2506, down 0.28%, holding above 2500 and stronger than BTC. On-chain portfolio adjustments appeared: a whale sold 410 BTC and bought $36 million worth of ETH, showing subtle shifts in fund preferences. #台积电Q3营收创新高,盈利表现待揭晓 On the eve of the CPI, BTC's 84000 turned out to be a fake move
Rallied to 84000 during the day, but as soon as the US stock market opened at night, it was pressed back to 83300. Two consecutive days, the same script, the same selling pressure.
$BTC current price is around 83459. Last week it dropped from 87000 to 80500, then rebounded for a week but still hovered around 83000. The resistance above is not just a psychological barrier, but a pile of real sell orders. CPI expectation is 3.7%, if it exceeds that, 83000 might not hold.
$ETH is even weaker, fluctuating around 2520. It touched 2570 during the day, then returned the same way at night. The ETH/BTC ratio has been flat at 0.030 for two weeks, and capital is voting with its feet — Ethereum is now just a follower.
The daytime rally today looks more like speculative front-running before the CPI, not a trend-driven inflow. Good data pushes it to 85000; bad data pulls it back to 81000.
At this point, speculation outweighs rationality. Either wait for the data to be released or watch with a light position. Don't shoot all your bullets before the CPI.

Bitcoin $BTC dominates the market with a 59.29% share, and this figure indicates a shift in the liquidity dynamics in the market. It also means that Bitcoin $BTC dominance is a strict reminder of the importance of capital preservation and encourages specialization away from the weakest assets in traders' portfolios, driving investment towards stablecoins with low risk..$XAU 4,167|Box breakout failed

Technical: The upward breakout of the 4,165–4,186 box in the past two days has failed.

FOMC landing, is the script for $BTC and $ETH always the same?
Clearly, with a 25bp rate cut, $ETH can first surge 5 points then give it all back. Don’t rush to shout “easing begins”; that long upper shadow is profit-taking, not new money entering.
The impact of FOMC on the crypto space is essentially a game of “dot plot + expectation gap.” The rate cut itself is already priced in; the key is whether the statement removes “restrictive” language and how many cuts the dot plot shows for next year. If the dot plot shows one less cut than the market expects, the dollar will rally and crypto will have to retrace; but the pre-meeting sideways movement has already priced in hawkishness, so after the announcement shorts are likely to cover.
My judgment for this week’s FOMC:
If there is a 25bp cut but the statement is hawkish, the market will likely rally first then drop. For BTC, 87000 is the watershed; only a solid break above it targets 89500; if 85000 breaks, 82500 is next. ETH is more volatile, with larger swings on rallies and pullbacks than BTC.
The strategy is simple: don’t take heavy positions before the decision. Buy the dip if dovish exceeds expectations, short the rebound if hawkish with a cut. The close of the first 1-hour candle after the decision is the real confirmation of direction.$BTC made a deep V-shape, pulling back from 80961 to 83574, and Ethereum also bounced from 2407 to 2523.
But first, look at one data point: yesterday, both Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs had simultaneous net outflows.
Here’s the question: institutions are withdrawing, yet the price is making a V-shape rebound. Who is driving this rebound?
The answer is not hard to guess. Short sellers covering their positions after liquidation, retail investors bottom-fishing, and after fees are washed out, the market is lightly loaded again.
This rebound driven by these three types of money shares a common feature: it comes fast but lacks staying power. Without institutional money on the table, the table isn’t stable. I’ve seen this kind of V many times; seven out of ten times it’s short covering.
So don’t shout reversal just because you see a V. My measure remains the same: one day is just stepping away, continuous days mean retreat. The same applies to reversals; a single V is emotion, real money returns only if ETFs continue to flow in tomorrow.
Tomorrow night at 8:30 PM there’s the CPI release, and Harker was hawkish this morning, saying rate hikes need to be faster and more frequent. If CPI blows up again, tonight’s V will be a false V. $ETH #9月CPI公布在即,哈玛克称仍需进一步加息 $ZEC BTC market dominance has returned to 60.28%, and many people's first reaction is that all the funds have rushed to buy Bitcoin. But there's another possibility: both sides are falling, altcoins are dropping even harder, and this ratio can still be pushed up.
Among 169 active coins during the same period, 158 have fallen deeper than BTC in this round. The rise in market dominance is a "less bad" comparison, not necessarily an active choice of funds.
What’s more frustrating is that during the drop, people follow very actively, and when it rebounds, they start talking about long-termism again. If you want to wait for rotation, at least you need to see it consistently outperform BTC, rebound with volume, and have buyers on the dip. A single day’s rally proves nothing.
Altcoins will have opportunities, but the opportunities won’t fall on every coin. "It hasn’t risen yet" and "It deserves to rise" are worlds apart.
$BTC $UNIHow do the people who draw this kind of candlestick actually make money? They can't just be spending money purely for "entertainment," right? I believe there are such people in the market, but isn't the proportion a bit too high? $CT and $CAP are both played this way.
From a human nature perspective, only a very few people would do something that is hard work without reward, so how do the funds in these targets make money? Is it replicable? $BTC predicts a 24% probability of Bitcoin reaching a new high before July 2027.
I believe this is possible.
The Bitcoin cycle has already started to accelerate, so a new high may appear earlier than expected.
In the 2018-21 cycle, BTC took 24 months after the bottom to reach a new ATH.
In the 2022-25 cycle, it took 16 months.
Now that BTC bottomed in July, reaching a new high within 12 months is absolutely possible. Let's wait and see.$HYPE buybacks aren’t only a volume trade anymore. The first AQAv2 payout, about $14.58M of USDC reserve yield, hit the Assistance Fund at the start of October, covering yield earned since Aug 26. That’s roughly $0.4M a day, small next to perp fees, but it doesn’t care how much anyone trades.
My read into month-end: neutral. ~$82, roughly 15% under the late-September high. Watching $88 and $80. Close above $88, I turn constructive. Close below $80, I’m bearish. The current market expectation is that the overall CPI month-on-month is about +0.6%, and the core CPI month-on-month is about +0.2%. $BTC $ETH Bullish scenario: core CPI ≤0.2%, overall no shock Inflation pressure does not expand, the market will continue to suppress the probability of an October rate hike, the US dollar and US Treasury yields will decline, and risk asset sentiment will recover. BTC may first surge to 84,000, then test the previous high resistance zone of 86,000 to 87,000. Whether it can truly strengthen depends on whether there is volume above 84,000 and whether ETF capital flows can warm up accordingly. Neutral scenario: data close to expectations, volatility first expands then converges Data is neither cold nor hot, the market has no new direction. Short-term may see spikes up and down, first sweeping stop-losses, then returning to consolidation. In this case, 82,000 to 84,000 remains the main battleground. Before stabilizing above 84,000, rebounds are more considered recovery rather than reversal. Bearish scenario: core CPI ≥0.3%, overall significantly exceeds expectations Inflation pressure rises again, the market will worry again about the Fed delaying rate cuts, even raising the expectation of a December rate hike. The US dollar and US Treasury yields rise, which is unfavorable for risk assets like BTC. If 82,000 is lost, the next focus is on support between 80,000 and 81,000; if broken again, attention turns to the position cost area near 77,000. In this scenario, altcoins usually perform weaker than BTC. Several operational points: Do not heavily bet on direction before the data, as CPI tends to cause two-way spikes. After the data is released, first watch the positions at 82,000 and 84,000, see which one stabilizes, then follow that direction DOGE has dropped so much, and now the short sellers are starting to get hit too?
Just finished looking at the contract data for October 12, and there's a pretty funny detail.
Earlier, Dogecoin kept falling, and bearish voices in the market grew louder. But when DOGE slightly rebounded, the shorts were the first to crack.
According to CoinStats statistics, as of the latest 24-hour data on October 12, DOGE contract liquidations were about $1.09 million, with shorts accounting for $815,000, nearly 75%.
That's a bit awkward.
A few days ago, the bulls were crushed and doubting everything, and now it's the shorts' turn to pay tuition. With DOGE's market, whoever is on top is the one suffering.
But I checked the open interest data again and found the market isn't as crazy as imagined.
At that time, DOGE contract open interest was about $1.32 billion, increasing only 0.15% in two days. The funding rate remained slightly positive, indicating that while some are still willing to go long, it's far from a large-scale capital re-entry.
Looking at the price, on October 12, $DOGE returned to around $0.087, with a 24-hour increase of about 1% to 3%, but it still dropped nearly 9.5% over the past seven days.
So for this rebound, I’m not ready to call it a reversal yet.
The most interesting thing now is that the bulls were just cleaned out, and the shorts are starting to get squeezed out, with the whole market repeatedly testing itself. 盘面很直观。比特币24小时仍偏强,以太坊勉强走平,SOL、XRP这类二线币种还在往下磨。普跌环境里,大饼确实最抗跌。更能说明问题的是市占率,这两天一路往上走,重新回到59%上方,逼近60%关口。$BTC $ETH $SNDK 这事挺有意思。过去两年市场最爱讲山寨季,热钱从比特币流向小币。可一旦宏观偏紧、风险偏好回落,资金的第一反应还是先缩回比特币。山寨越弱,大饼越稳,市占率就越高。 背后有个更实在的原因。这一年来,比特币现货ETF进来的资金,大多只认BTC这一个标的,机构基本不会拿它去配小币。所以每一笔新增资金,几乎都在抬升比特币的市占率。 但这次占比上升,并不完全等于机构在主动加仓。最近几周美国现货比特币ETF整体出现净流出,说明机构也在阶段性收缩风险敞口。市占率上升更像是被动抬升——山寨跌得更狠,分母缩水,占比自然上去。 所以问题就来了:这到底是机构真的把比特币当数字黄金在配置,还是大家跌怕了,临时抱团找棵大树? 我倾向后者。ETF资金确实在给比特币托底,但近期流出说明机构并没有持续加大敞口。关键观察点就是比特币市占率能不能在60%附近稳住。如果稳住甚至继续上攻,说明资金在做长期Meme coins are not all the same: $TRUMP I warn everyone not to touch it, it's Trump's arbitrage tool;

But $PEPE, which has whales accumulating, is about who can patiently endure the shakeout.
1. TRUMP is an insider's game. As soon as the news about Trump's National Day banquet was released, the team was detected transferring 81.87 million TRUMP from wallets to exchanges for cashing out.
This is actually a game of willing participants; the banquet is in November, so it depends on how many big whales are willing to pay for the banquet.
2. DOGE has lost institutional support, and retail investors no longer favor this old meme. Now only retail bulls are holding on hard: positions worth 430 million dollars, long-short ratio 3.12.
Without independent catalysts, its correlation with BTC is 0.79, essentially just a shadow of Bitcoin.
3. PEPE has whales accumulating, and on-chain data is actually the cleanest. Last month, whales net withdrew 28.78 million dollars worth of PEPE from exchanges, indicating smart money is buying in.
But its dark history is a time bomb; the official website has been shadowed by front-end vulnerabilities redirecting to malware, which is why my PEPE position has been stuck.
Of course, comparatively, whether smart money is present or not, the big whale accumulation in PEPE is still more reliable than DOGE's leveraged bulls stubbornly holding on.🎭 Semiconductor bloodbath: Micron down 6%, landlord down 8%, but BTC quietly up 1% — what is this market telling you?

The skeptical question is whether subnet output serves paying users or mainly chases emissions. Until that line is clearer, the narrative can run ahead of the evidence#闪迪美光下跌,长鑫技术进展受关注
$SNDK Two are falling, one is talking about technology, the directions are different.
▪️ SanDisk RSI 19.79, broke below the 200-day moving average, down 18.79% in 90 days
▪️ Micron down 9.87% in seven days but still above the 200-day moving average by 40.26%
▪️ Changxin's revenue in the first half of the year was 150.31 billion, net profit 77.605 billion, with a net profit margin of about 52%
▪️ The company itself says this part includes price increases and capacity utilization contributions, not entirely AI demand
▪️ NAND contract prices in Q3 rose 10%–15% quarter-on-quarter, with the increase slowing compared to the previous quarter
The divergence is not about whether storage has peaked, but that "decline" and "technical progress" are two different matters.
Micron's long-end buffer is much thicker than SanDisk's; although both are falling, the starting points of the two targets are different. Changxin's line is a domestic substitution narrative, with data self-reported by the company and clearly indicating the price increase component—treating it as demand validation is equivalent to treating the price cycle as a capacity cycle. The real variable is still the contract price: the increase is slowing, but the direction has not yet reversed.
The direction calls for observation—if contract prices turn down, all three will face pressure simultaneously; if positive growth is maintained, it is a correction, not a reversal.$BTC and $ETH spot ETFs saw combined outflows of around $1.22B last week (Oct 5–9). BTC lost $679M, ending three weeks of inflows, while ETH shed $542M, its largest outflow since January, with nine consecutive days of withdrawals.
The driver appears to be macro uncertainty, not crypto abandonment.
Watch CPI: Soft data could push BTC toward $84,500. Hot data may test $81,500–82,000, then $80,000. ETH below $2,400 could target $2,350.
Don't rush to buy the dip.
#DailyOrbit What worries me most about ZEC might not be a sudden crash one day, but rather the day when everyone is only speculating on coins and no one even bothers to discuss why Zcash exists.
Recently, the privacy sector has heated up, with talks revolving around ETFs, institutions, and target prices over and over again. Honestly, I’m bullish too—after all, who buys coins without wanting to make money?
But there’s a harsh reality: if the price of $ZEC keeps rising but the number of people actually using shielded transactions doesn’t increase, what will this hype ultimately leave behind?
Zcash’s privacy features require actual adoption by wallets and users. An increase in the shielded pool balance might indicate more assets entering the privacy environment, but it doesn’t directly equate to more active users.
So what I really want to see is whether wallet interfaces can lower the barrier to use, whether the frequency of shielded transactions has increased, and whether the ecosystem has genuine users willing to use it long-term.
These things might not be as exciting as a big bullish candle, but they determine whether Zcash can turn attention into real demand.
I still have expectations for ZEC, but I won’t assume the price will keep rising just because the privacy sector is hot.
For now, I’m watching the short term. If product usage data and capital flow can keep up later, I’ll be more willing to increase my position. Core Long-Short Logic

Sentiment: Fear index fell from 67 to 56, sentiment partially released Market predicts 56% probability of falling to $80,000 within October
Wintermute Core Warning: Market maker Wintermute clearly points out that Bitcoin has lost inflow support. Before conditions such as the 30-year US Treasury yield breaking 5.64% improve, Bitcoin remains an asset more sensitive to US stock volatility with higher downside risk, and chasing gains is not recommended. $BTC $ETH $ZEC #9月CPI公布在即,哈玛克称仍需进一步加息 It seems that the regular spot buying pressure is struggling to support the continued rise of $BTC and $ETH,
Buyers at lower levels can wait for others to sell urgently and then buy at their desired price, but those driving the price up need to keep chasing higher prices and take on chips at higher levels.
In the recent trading days from October 5 to 9:
- BTC spot ETFs had a net outflow of about 679 million USD.
- ETH spot ETFs had a net outflow of about 542 million USD.
ETH is relatively more risky compared to BTC because ETH's trading pool is thinner.
Additionally, the net active spot buying has turned negative, and the active selling pressure on perpetual contracts has clearly increased.
This indicates that a significant portion of investors tend to sell, while a small portion of speculative funds may choose to trade in waves during contract spikes but will not continue to chase higher prices.
Moreover, the market has already shown signs of selling altcoins and ETH, while increasing or holding $BTC positions.
It can only be said that holding BTC is equivalent to holding everything.
#9月CPI公布在即,哈玛克称仍需进一步加息 $ZEC $W $STRK Amid the ongoing market downturn, I have accumulated $ENA and $PENDLE on dips.
For ENA, I am betting on an as-yet-unrealized "catalyst," while for Pendle, I am capitalizing on a "mechanism" that the market sentiment has unfairly punished.
ENA (Ethena): Awaiting the long winter night of "fuel"
Core logic: Betting on USDe supply surpassing $7.5 billion, triggering a buyback flywheel of 95% net revenue.
· Current status: USDe supply is about $4.8 billion, still about 56% growth short of the $7.5 billion threshold. The buyback switch has not yet been activated.
· Recent bearish news: On October 5, approximately 1.41 billion ENA tokens (14.3% of circulating supply) were unlocked. Although this was an "early end" rather than new selling pressure, the large supply has already entered the market.
Pendle (PENDLE): Mechanism operational, unfairly punished by sentiment
Core logic: The hard mechanism of 80% revenue buyback is already in effect; the current downturn is more a result of market sentiment and leverage liquidation.
· Mechanism advantage: Pendle uses 80% of protocol revenue to buy back PENDLE on the open market via smart contracts and distributes it to stakers. This is fully verifiable on-chain and is a hard-coded ratio.
· Revenue and valuation: Annualized holder income is about $16 million, corresponding to a run-rate P/S of about 15-20x, which is relatively favorable among effective cash flow assets.
#9月CPI公布在即,哈玛克称仍需进一步加息 Why is $SNDK falling if the storage supply-demand gap isn’t expected to close until 2028?
The fundamentals haven’t necessarily changed, but the market is already pricing in a potential profit peak in 2027. ChangXin’s breakthrough in 4F² technology has raised fears that storage chips could become much cheaper in the future.
However, SanDisk’s NAND outlook remains intact, with the supply-demand gap expected to peak in Q1 2028.
#DailyOrbit Harmak calls for a rate hike, which sounds scary on the surface, but October is not locked in, it seems like a preemptive shot.
In my view, a rate hike in October is unlikely, and it may only happen in December.
The real fear is not CPI, but the dollar and capital outflows. The dollar is very strong now, and money prefers to return to dollar assets.
If core inflation decreases, Bitcoin can still catch a breath; if core inflation exceeds expectations, 80000 is very likely not to hold.
Overall, December is the big thunder, let the bullets fly a little longer~
#9月CPI公布在即,哈玛克称仍需进一步加息 In the late surge phase of this B wave, the geopolitical tension in the Strait of Hormuz adds an extra layer of risk premium.
But $BTC is quite special: in the short term, it will be speculated as a safe-haven asset, pushing prices up; however, if the geopolitical conflict continues to drive oil prices higher and reinforces inflation stickiness, the market will react again—high interest rates will persist longer, eventually turning into a negative factor, causing the premium to reverse in both directions.
$ETH: The premium component is higher at the 2806 peak in this wave. Its rise, besides BTC's beta, also includes the expected premium from Ethereum ecosystem and ETH ETF forward capital inflows, so when it falls, the premium retracts more sharply.
• $SNDK: The stock price rise also trades on forward AI storage demand, which is a forward cash flow premium; once the discount rate rises, the premium compresses quickly.
In short: The B wave market from 57000 to 87000, most of the late surge to 87000 is a premium market that overextends the easing expectations; if the inflation narrative remains strong, this part of the premium will be gradually given back. Tonight's market is a bit interesting; BTC and ETH are starting to diverge.
BTC bounced back from 80961V, touched 84130 twice tonight, couldn't hold above 84000, but there are plenty of orders below 82600 supporting it, so it won't drop further. This V-shape rebound is solid.
ETH looks much worse. After breaking the critical 2626 level, it never recovered. Last night it bottomed at 2407, today it bounced to 2544 and stopped, falling harder than BTC and rebounding weaker. ETF money is still flowing out; institutions now only recognize BTC, not ETH.
So on the US stock side, the Dow rises while the Nasdaq falls; in crypto, BTC is strong and ETH is weak. It's the same story: money is moving from expensive assets to safer ones. With interest rates raised this much, the storytellers are quiet, and those holding the strong assets survive.
My current view: no talk of strength until BTC holds above 84000, no talk of bottom until ETH recovers above 2626. Both lines await the CPI report at 8:30 PM tomorrow for answers.
I won't make any moves tonight or before tomorrow night.
Who has more BTC or ETH in hand now?
#波动雷达:币种异动观察 $BTC $ETH $SNDK Everyone is waiting for tomorrow's US CPI data, the market is a bit hesitant, $BTC is relatively resistant to decline, while alts are weaker, it feels like everyone is waiting for a direction.
BTC is currently hovering around 83600, it once dropped to 81000 overnight but was quickly bought back. Personally, I think the key support is around 81000-83000, with resistance roughly at 84500-87000. In the short term, it's likely to remain volatile; if the CPI data doesn't exceed expectations, it might try to test the upper side again, but breaking through will require more incremental funds.
$ETH is now around 2520, consistently holding the key level of 2400; if it falls below, it will be bought, but ETF outflows are ongoing, which is somewhat dragging the funds. Resistance is seen at 2570-2600. I think as long as 2400 holds, there is still a chance to retest around 2760 later, but we need sentiment to improve.
$SOL has dropped relatively more, currently around 108, holding near 107.5. Resistance above is roughly 114-120, and further up is 125. Personally, I think the short term is still weak; only if it can effectively hold above 120 will there be a chance to see 150, otherwise it will continue to consolidate.I spent a long time staring at SanDisk’s candlestick chart today. Pre-market trading showed the price around $1,434, down nearly 4%. For a moment, I considered closing my long position. But only for a moment. I opened a document and wrote down every negative headline hitting the market: competition from CXMT’s DRAM technology, semiconductor capital flows weakening, foreign investors continuing to sell, Samsung plunging 6.7%, SK Hynix falling more than 8%, and hawkish comments suggesting interestThe price went full circle and ended up at the original price, but the contract position is gone. @梁老表 The most important reminder in this situation is not to immediately switch from a short position to a strong long, but to admit that you might be too close to the market's bearish sentiment: after such a long decline, the key support still hasn't broken, so you can't keep treating the deep drop as the only scenario. He keeps the possibility of adjustment open but starts seriously considering another path — this correction might be nearing its end. First, look at $ETH. 老表 believes that around 2400 has been retested and then pulled back, and the small double bottom hasn't been broken. This means the support is not just a line on paper but a boundary that must be respected currently. As long as 2400 doesn't break, you shouldn't blindly wait for 2100, 2200, or even lower levels just because you previously expected a drop, nor should you stubbornly hold short positions assuming the market will inevitably follow your path. What really makes him consider a turnaround is the daily MA50 near 2550–2560. His condition is very clear: see if it can retake this moving average this week and hold above it. If after reclaiming it doesn't fall back, and the weekly line is also repaired, then the previous breakdown might have been a fake move, leading everyone's sentiment bearish before the price returns upward. This is what he calls a bullish confirmation, not declaring the adjustment over just because of one rebound. Under the premise that 2400 doesn't break and 2560 is reclaimed this week, he gives an ideal upper target for ETH of 3000–3300. This is the projection space after conditions are met and should not be taken as a standalone target price call.I’m still buying into this SanDisk pullback.
1419.1 Long $SNDK
Since the Changxin news broke, the market has spent the past two days pricing in the idea that rising domestic memory production will destroy SanDisk’s competitive advantage. I think this reaction is excessive.
Changxin’s main focus is DRAM, while SanDisk’s core business revolves around NAND and SSDs.
#DailyOrbit Ceasefire rumors suppress oil prices, BTC and gold await CPI "deal"
On October 11, Trump stated that Russia and Ukraine have reached an agreement on an energy ceasefire. Once the news broke, the market first traded on "reduced supply risk": oil prices were briefly pushed down, and the energy premium was squeezed out. However, this ceasefire has not yet been fully confirmed by both Russia and Ukraine, with the scope, duration, and supervision mechanisms unclear, meaning oil prices could fluctuate again at any time due to reversal news.
Interestingly, the weakening oil price did not simply negatively impact all assets. For $BTC and gold, the decline in energy prices can ease inflation concerns and instead provide temporary bottom support. However, whether the two can continue to rebound depends not only on oil prices but also on the real-time pricing of U.S. Treasury yields: if yields fall, the pressure on non-yielding assets is relieved; if yields rebound due to rising inflation expectations, $BTC and gold will remain under pressure.
The real highlight is the CPI on the 14th. This data will determine how the market adjusts the rate cut path and inflation stickiness assessment, and will also transmit to the dollar, U.S. Treasuries, gold, and BTC. Before that, the ceasefire news seems more like a short-term disturbance rather than a trend answer. The market is waiting for the next card. #9月CPI公布在即,哈玛克称仍需进一步加息 #台积电Q3营收创新高,盈利表现待揭晓 #BTC and ETH spot ETFs are flowing out simultaneously, has institutional demand weakened?
$BTC Both sides are flowing out together, but not at the same percentage.
▪️ On 10/7 same day: Bitcoin ETF redemption was 485 million, Ethereum 161 million, the former being the largest since 6/25
▪️ But relative to their respective pools, Bitcoin's outflow is only a portion of Ethereum's
▪️ Last week, ETFs were positive four out of five days, with only 82.9 million left for the week, down from 2.39 billion the previous week
▪️ Meanwhile, on-chain whales stopped sending coins at the end of August, and the profit realization ratio of long-term holders rose from 34% to 55%
The divergence is not about whether both sides flow out together, but about which pool the redemption amount is divided by to measure severity.
The term "simultaneous outflow" places two quantities of different magnitudes side by side: the total pool of Bitcoin ETFs is much larger than Ethereum's, so the impact of the same amount of money on both sides is completely different. Therefore, to judge the direction, one cannot only look at the absolute amount but must consider the relative denominator. There is also reverse evidence for whether institutional demand has weakened—the profit realization ratio of on-chain long-term holders is rising, indicating supply-side turnover is happening simultaneously.
The direction is to wait and see—only if the relative ratio continues to narrow can it be considered a simultaneous weakening; if only the absolute amounts move in the same direction, it is a measurement illusion.$SNDK previously stated that the storage supply-demand gap wouldn't be filled until 2028, so why is it falling?
The logic hasn't changed, but the market is pricing in a peak profit in 2027 ahead of time. ChangXin announced a breakthrough in 4F² technology, and the market's first reaction wasn't "China's chip rise," but rather "storage chips will become dirt cheap in the future."
SanDisk's fundamentals are fine—the NAND supply-demand gap won't peak until Q1 2028.

Market concerns about the AI industry chain's high valuations, capital crowding, and the storage chip cycle are intensifying. My view: This round of decline should not be simply interpreted as the end of the AI rally; more caution is needed regarding the chain reaction caused by high valuation corrections and concentrated capital withdrawals. First, semiconductor trading is overly crowded. Previously, the AI computing power, HBM storage, DRAM, and NAND industry chains have been continuously favored by capital. When market expectations are highly aligned, any negative news or earnings falling short of expectations can trigger concentrated profit-taking, potentially causing a rapid sector downturn. Second, focus on the fundamentals of storage chips. South Korea's semiconductor industry has a significant impact on the global storage market. The stock performance of companies like Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix not only reflects market sentiment but also represents capital's repricing of storage prices, AI demand, and future profit growth. As long as AI computing power demand does not experience a substantial reversal, the industry cycle's end cannot be judged solely by a sharp stock price drop. However, if storage price growth slows, inventory increases, or capital expenditure returns fall below expectations, a valuation reassessment is necessary. Third, the real risk lies in the resonance of liquidity and valuation. When a hot sector undergoes a significant pullback, leveraged funds and quantitative trading may further amplify volatility. Even if the long-term industry logic remains unchanged, short-term stock prices may continue to face pressure. Continued#Strategy slowdown in accumulation, corporate treasury strategy changing? As the most benchmark BTC corporate treasury representative, the pace of coin purchases has clearly cooled down. The funds raised through financing are no longer entirely spent on buying coins; a considerable portion is prioritized for repurchasing preferred shares, optimizing debt structure, and supplementing cash buffers, sparking market discussion: Has the long-term coin hoarding approach changed?
Its classic model in the past was straightforward: issuing shares to raise funds, prioritizing buying BTC with the funds, and continuously expanding holdings. Now, entering an active capital management phase, dividends and debts are prioritized, liquidity is reserved, and the blind acceleration of accumulation is stopped. The core reason is the high interest rate environment raising financing costs, combined with the narrowing premium of MSTR stock price, reducing the cost-effectiveness of "issuing shares to exchange for coins."
Key distinction: slowdown in accumulation ≠ abandoning the BTC treasury strategy. There is currently no official announcement to stop hoarding coins; it has just shifted from aggressive acceleration to a more conservative mode that pays more attention to financing windows. If the stock price premium recovers and the financing environment improves later, there is no ruling out a renewed increase in buying intensity.
The funding signal of this matter deserves attention: it is one of the important sources of incremental off-exchange supply. The slowdown means a significant short-term reduction in certain buy-side support, which is somewhat bearish for BTC sentiment. But it is a rhythm adjustment, not a concentrated sell-off, and completely different from directly selling coins to exit.
Follow-up focus: weekly coin purchase announcements, ATM issuance quota usage, and whether there is continuous selling of coins to pay debts and dividends. If low-pace buying is maintained long-term, it means the incremental mainline of corporate treasury is temporarily weakening. $BTC $ETH $BTC dropped to the 80,000 level. Is this rebound a bull counterattack or a bull trap? 😯
Has everyone noticed that during the Token2049 conference, Bitcoin fell sharply from 87,000 down to around 80,300, dropping 7,000 points in one go, which was quite unexpected.
Comparing the charts, the market divergence is very obvious. ETH directly broke below its previous consolidation support, touching the initial rise level near 2,400; but BTC held the mid-term level at 80,300 and did not break down further. You can see that the buying support at this level is very strong. In the early hours of October 12, it tested 80,300 twice with wicks but pulled back near 80,900 each time, showing visible support strength.
However, there is a doubt that makes me hesitant to be bullish easily. According to past patterns, if institutions truly want to push prices up, they usually first smash through the round number to clear all stop losses below before starting the rise. This time, Bitcoin just stopped falling above 80,000, which feels like it’s attracting bulls to enter, and the shakeout is not sufficient, making it highly suspicious of being a bull trap.
My own approach is a bit cautious; I’m temporarily keeping a high-level short position idea and may consider adding shorts when the rebound reaches the resistance zone between 84,300 and 85,500.
#9月CPI公布在即,哈玛克称仍需进一步加息 From the perspective of cyclical capital preference, distinguish between early-cycle value narratives and late-cycle Meme frenzy
At different stages of a cycle, capital preferences vary completely. Early stages focus on fundamentals, while mid-to-late stages see capital favoring speculative sentiment-driven assets.
$BTC is used to judge the current cycle phase, $ETH to observe shifts in capital preference. Layered screening: do not use fundamental logic to evaluate Meme coins in the late cycle.
Tracking list:
🟠BTC|Cycle positioning benchmark
🔵ETH|Capital preference gauge
🟣ATOM|Cross-chain leader
🟢LINK|Oracle leader
🔷FET|AI crypto asset
Key observation of BTC and ETH relative strength:
In the early cycle, fundamental assets like LINK and FET lead the rally; in the mid-to-late cycle, Meme assets surge in rotation while fundamental assets lag, signaling a cycle phase transition. What really eats up retail investors is often not the sharp drops, but the kind of "wide-range oscillation" that "looks like it's going to rise." $ETH was aggressively pulled from 2407 to nearly 2533, showing surface strength, but still fell 6.19% over 7 days — this is not a trend, it's a meat grinder. My trading logic has always been simple: after buying, as long as the stop loss is not triggered and the floating profit exceeds 15%, move the stop loss up to the cost price. Using a small cost to exchange for a large profit, the logic is sound, but reality is harsh. Once encountering a choppy market, even if you don't lose money, you almost can't make money. As soon as the floating profit appears, a slight price pullback triggers the break-even stop loss. It just kicks you off, then the price rises back — that feeling is very unpleasant. In such wide-range oscillations like $ETH, the "break-even stop loss" is precisely the perfect target for whales to hunt retail investors. Placing a break-even stop loss is like telling big money "I can't withstand the volatility" — if they don't sweep you, who will? This is not a conspiracy theory, but a market structure fact: the places with the densest liquidity are where stop loss orders concentrate, and prices are naturally attracted there. Trading is the art of compromise. Without stop loss, you will eventually be liquidated; with break-even stop loss, you have to endure being repeatedly stopped out. Since you choose defense and counterattack, you must accept the cost of not making money or being stopped out in a choppy market. Break-even stop loss is defense; it will make you miss some big moves, but at least ensures you survive extreme market conditions. There is a second-order effect easily overlooked here: when most people move their stop loss up to the cost price, the market's "effective volatility range" is actually amplified — because every stop loss sweep creates additional buying and selling pressure.About the BNB burn mechanism:
