All 9 positions are showing unrealized losses, but I'm not worried at all.
$BTC, $ETH, $ZEC... 9 positions, all in the red. Surely someone in the comments will ask: Are you okay, author?
I'm fine. Holding a position isn't about the price, it's about understanding.
This round of decline has wiped out high-leverage gamblers and shaken out the floating chips of those chasing highs and selling lows. My positions are at a loss, but every trade is based on spot logic and cycle thinking. You ask if I'm afraid? What I fear is the bull market coming and having no chips in hand.
On 3/12/2020 and 5/19/2021, weren't those times rivers of blood? And then? BTC went from 3800 to 69000. ETH went from 80 to 4800. ZEC, an old privacy coin, surged from 30 to 400 in the last cycle.
A true trader doesn't avoid holding losing positions; they know why they hold.
The market never only rises without falling, nor is there a coin that only falls without rising. The current unrealized losses are just a few inconspicuous bearish candles on the K-line chart. When the wind comes, these bearish candles will all be footnotes at the bottom.
I still remain optimistic about this market—the halving cycle is ongoing, institutions are still entering, and on-chain data doesn't lie.

#BTC与ETH现货ETF同步流出,机构需求转弱了吗? ETF data for October 12 has been released, showing a significant acceleration in institutional fund withdrawals.
$BTC spot ETF saw a single-day net outflow of $65.4 million, $ETH spot ETF had a net outflow of $85.43 million, marking the largest outflow in five days.
This outflow was mainly from BlackRock products: IBIT outflow of $65.4 million, ETHA outflow of $75.1 million, Grayscale Mini ETH outflow of $10.33 million. Other products like Fidelity and Grayscale saw basically flat fund flows with no significant in or out.
This year, BTC spot ETFs originally had a small net inflow of $4.786 million, but the large single-day outflow wiped out previous gains. ETF fund flows are highly correlated with BTC price, and concentrated institutional redemptions are a warning sign.
Should we wait and see or buy the dip now?

#9月CPI公布在即,哈玛克称仍需进一步加息 #BTC与ETH现货ETF同步流出,机构需求转弱了吗? #贝莱德转向超配短债,下调美股评级 During the US trading session, Bitcoin remained in a sideways consolidation phase, but just before and after the session ended, the market suddenly experienced a rapid decline. BTC briefly dipped to around $81,000 but did not effectively break this key level. Subsequently, during the Asian session, Bitcoin quickly rebounded, showing some buying support again.
More attention should be paid to Ethereum. It quickly dropped from around $2,530 to about $2,410, experiencing a pullback of over $100 in a short time, but then it also quickly bounced back.
From a macro perspective, the current market is still influenced by the US-Iran geopolitical conflict, Middle East energy supply risks, and a strengthening US dollar. Recently, the ongoing turmoil in the Middle East has disturbed the crude oil market, driving safe-haven funds toward the dollar, while the market is also watching US inflation data and the Federal Reserve's subsequent policy direction.
First, after Bitcoin's rapid dip during the US session, it did not effectively break below the key $81,000 area and then quickly rebounded during the Asian session. This indicates that there is still some buying support around the current price level. Of course, a quick rebound alone is not enough to confirm a trend reversal; it remains necessary to observe whether Bitcoin can sustain above this key support and gradually reclaim the resistance zones above.
Second, Ethereum's performance is even more noteworthy. It quickly dropped from around $2,530 to about $2,410, completing a significant pullback in a short time, then swiftly recovered. If Bitcoin can maintain relative strength going forward, Ethereum has the opportunity to follow the rebound and even launch a catch-up rally. Thanks to the market rally for bringing V back, otherwise today would have been really rough. Let's talk about my positions in BTC, ETH, SOL, and OKB:
All four brothers in my portfolio took a hit today, but who led the drop and who was dragged down by sentiment can be seen from the on-chain capital flows:
1. $BTC is the most resilient, with the cleanest on-chain capital. Although $450 million was redeemed from ETFs, whales took advantage of the dip to buy 15,000 coins, so BTC's mid-term trend remains strong.
Moreover, 81,000 is a strong support at BTC's 400-day moving average, and every time it pulls back to this level, it quickly rebounds. On a larger timeframe, BTC is still in a consolidating upward trend.
2. $ETH is the weakest, with ETFs seeing net outflows for 8 consecutive days, losing $640 million. The capital side is too weak to hold.
Additionally, the selling pressure suspicion from the EF wallet transferring 4,393 coins to Kraken hasn't dissipated yet. The 2,200 level below is a critical hard support.
3. SOL fell the hardest, mainly because there is a $120 million short position on Hyperliquid. The ETF outflow was only about $3 million, so the impact is minor. This token is being suppressed by derivatives sentiment, not by spot capital fleeing.
4. $OKB followed the drop but its fundamentals are actually good: X Layer has integrated xStocks and plans to pursue SEC exemption for 63 US stock tokens, plus deflationary burns, so the mid-term outlook is solid.
For those following the drop, there is always a chance for an independent rally, so holders with chips should hold tight! Short-term bearish, mid-term wait-and-see, turning point depends on tomorrow's CPI
Tomorrow (October 14) the US September CPI data is a watershed. If inflation exceeds expectations, tightening concerns will intensify ETF outflow pressure; if the data is moderate, an oversold rebound may immediately follow. What is the most profitable business in the crypto world?

Fees are what users pay; revenue is what the protocol keeps. The difference in between mostly goes to LPs.

If you don’t know which coins to buy, check which protocols are the real money printers in the crypto world. The wallet that had been dormant for years suddenly woke up yesterday. Do you think they're going to sell or just relocating? The treasury buyers stopping purchases does not mean the market will fall
Strategy only bought 250 $BTC this week, but spent $192 million on repurchasing preferred shares.
How this number is calculated: the repurchase amount is nine times the amount spent on buying coins, so working backward, the coin purchase is only a small part; the money hasn't disappeared, it has just been redirected.
What will happen next: weekly net purchases dropped by 90% week-over-week, BitMine acquired 6.03 million $ETH, accounting for 4.9% of supply, and management says they have basically bought enough.
Incremental buying is retreating; this is a slow variable and cannot determine short-term direction. With one less stable buyer in the market, price fluctuations will depend more on others.

#BTC and ETH spot ETFs are flowing out simultaneously; has institutional demand weakened?
$BTC $ETHFollowing the previous article, why did $SOL drop so much?
First of all, compared to the other two mainstream coins $BTC and $ETH, SOL has a lower market cap, so its volatility is higher. SOL's gains are generally twice that of BTC, and of course, the declines are the same. In the last cycle, BTC dropped from 120,000 to 60,000, while SOL fell from 300 to 60, showing huge volatility. But such bottom-fishing also means greater future potential.
The main reason for this drop is that SKYA, this small-cap financial company, currently relies heavily on SOL's price for its asset value. The premise for this round of buybacks is that SOL must not fall below $100; otherwise, the cash buyback becomes invalid. To successfully complete the buyback, they have been selling SOL at a loss. In the short term, this is definitely bearish. But on the other hand, this drop is also a good entry opportunity. The more it falls, the more it tends to rebound later. A correction like this is really normal. Once the bearish factors are digested, it is very likely to rise again. There is some selling pressure in the short term, but the mid-to-long term is unaffected!!!

Cicada Shell Escape Definition: Maintaining the original appearance on the surface and keeping the project hype externally, while the main force secretly withdraws step by step. Before the market notices, they complete chip realization and exit the scene. Market & Project Performance 1. Market Pattern: Maintains box range oscillation, occasionally pulsing upward to create the illusion that "the main force is still in the market and the trend can start at any time." It avoids continuous cliff-like crashes to prevent widespread panic selling, leaving a calm window for unloading. 2. External Operations: The community is continuously maintained, with regular weekly reports and technical updates released. The project externally appears to be operating normally without announcing a halt, concealing the fact that chips are continuously flowing out. 3. Chip Transfer: Chips gradually disperse from early teams and large holders to retail investors; holding addresses are gradually fragmented, the proportion of large holder holdings continuously declines, and a large amount of chips sink into ordinary investors' hands. Core Purpose: To quietly complete realization while the market still holds expectations. By the time the vast majority react, the main funds have long left, leaving all the final risks to retail holders. This also explains why the project team tweeted that the later stage will be handed over to verification nodes to take over the project market. 2. Closing the Door to Catch the Thief Definition: Trapping the funds held in the market, reducing escape channels, and confining the "floating chips" within the market, making it difficult to escape smoothly. Market & Project Performance 1. Liquidity Contraction: Some small and medium exchanges have successively delisted, and the number of tradable platforms continues to decrease; the remaining exchanges have thin order book depth, causing huge slippage once concentrated selling occurs, holdingsCalming down, it still feels incredible, a 195% floating profit, and a perfect execution of a 100x short position!
Reviewing this $ETH trade, the core logic is the resonance of three signals: "continuous ETF outflows + macro risk aversion + crowded high-leverage longs." 2551.63 was the last frenzy of high-risk takers, a clear turning point signal. Decisive action was taken.
Current price is 2501.66, the trend is bearish, but the 100x leverage tolerance is extremely low (about 0.5% adverse movement triggers liquidation), so be sure to take profits and defend immediately to guard against a sharp rebound spike after the CPI data release.

The South Korean stock market crashed outright today.
The trigger was the semiconductor sector weakening first in the US stock market. The market is now worried about two things: whether AI investments will actually yield returns, and whether the supply-demand outlook in the memory industry is about to change. Stocks that had risen too much before are now seeing some panic selling at the slightest sign of trouble.
Tom Lee from BitMine commented that the sharp drop in the Korean stock market might spill over into the crypto market through margin calls. In other words, some investors leveraged in Korean stocks are facing margin calls and may be forced to sell crypto assets to cover their losses. But this is just his judgment; how much it will actually affect crypto remains to be seen.
Here’s my take:
First, this is a typical big swing caused by macro risk-off sentiment triggering a leverage cleanup, not a trend reversal. You see Bitcoin dropped but quickly recovered, indicating panic selling has been absorbed by buyers. If it were a real trend change, it wouldn’t bounce back so fast.
Second, the impact of the Korean stock market on crypto is mainly emotional contagion in the short term. Many retail and institutional investors in Korea trade both stocks and crypto; when the stock market crashes and margin pressure rises, they might be forced to sell crypto to cover margin calls. But how much this contagion will spread is still uncertain. If only Korean stocks fall, crypto might not necessarily crash.
Third, the real key is tomorrow night’s CPI data. All funds are waiting for this data now. The Korean stock plunge is just an early warning; the current market sentiment is fragile, and any small movement can trigger a chain reaction.
What’s your view? 2$OGN surged then pulled back, bulls starting to take profits
Brothers, this round of OGN is interesting. It surged to 0.04380 early on, then selling pressure above was released in concentration, causing the price to quickly fall back. The short-term strong attack has ended.
Current price is 0.03883, still trading near the moving average after the high point dropped. Strong resistance above lies in the 0.041–0.042 range. To return to a bullish trend, volume must increase to reclaim that level; otherwise, it will just be a one-day rebound.
This is now the profit-taking phase after a big rise, not suitable for chasing at high levels. Market bulls and bears are increasingly divided; better to wait for a confirmed breakout rather than betting on a direct reversal from a pullback. Manage risk well in operations, avoid heavy positions in speculation, as mistiming the rhythm is just giving money to the manipulators. #台积电Q3营收创新高,盈利表现待揭晓 W's pump might just be a “selling window” before unlocking 🤔
W has been pumping hard recently, but don’t just focus on the candlesticks. The on-chain calendar is more honest: about 52.96% has been unlocked, with 47.04% still locked, linearly releasing all the way through 2028. ⏳ This isn’t a one-time bearish event, but new chips waking up every day.
Coincidentally, there’s another batch unlocking around October 16. The pump happens just before that, doesn’t it seem like it’s providing liquidity for the unlocking chips? 📈 For those who can unlock, the higher the price, the easier it is to sell; for those chasing longs, the more they chase, the more it feels like they’re catching the falling knife.
Smart money isn’t that excited either: despite the strong pump, shorts still make up three-quarters of longs, with nearly half the supply hanging overhead. Who dares to load up heavily? 🐻
Remember: the pump is a pulse, unlocking is the daily routine. Someone sells today, someone sells tomorrow, and another batch waits to sell in 4 days. Don’t wait until the batch on October 16 is released to remember the risk. Whether shorting or watching, at least don’t blindly chase longs before the unlocking flood. ⚠️
This does not constitute investment advice, only a risk reminder. #9月CPI公布在即,哈玛克称仍需进一步加息 #台积电Q3营收创新高,盈利表现待揭晓 #半导体板块集中抛售,韩国KOSPI跌超6% #How far is the large-scale landing of tokenized assets accelerating expansion? The rebound after a sharp drop cannot directly determine a trend reversal
The current market consensus: this round of rapid decline has bottomed out, and the rebound means the shakeout is over, and the market is about to return to an upward trend. However, market data shows that after the price fell from 2578 to 2407, a recovery occurred. This rebound mainly comes from short sellers taking profits and buying after overselling, rather than a complete dominance of bullish forces. On the macro level, risk appetite has declined, and the forced liquidation orders triggered after the price broke below 2500 amplified the downward pressure, which is easily overlooked by those eager to be bullish.
There are clear observation signals to determine whether this bullish consensus can hold. Holding above 2400 is the short-term basic support, and there is strong selling pressure in the 2480 to 2500 range; only a volume breakout above 2520 will repair the short-term trend. If the 2500 level cannot be reclaimed for a long time, the market may retest lower levels.
Conditions for this observation to fail: a volume breakout above the upper resistance zone, and macro data leading to a shift in expectations. Do you currently lean towards this being a downward continuation or a shakeout? Near 2400, would you choose to enter or continue to wait and see?

#$BTC $ETH TSMC's Q3 revenue hits a record high, but the real signal lies in the financialization of computing power TSMC has just delivered a market-shocking report. Consolidated revenue for Q3 2026 reached NT$1.494243 trillion, approximately US$46.7 billion, a year-on-year increase of 50.9% and a quarter-on-quarter increase of 17.6%, setting a single-quarter record high and surpassing the company's previous high-end forecast. The cumulative revenue for the first three quarters of this year was about NT$3.8987 trillion, up 41.1% year-on-year, already exceeding the full-year level of 2025. Analysts expect its Q3 net profit to reach about NT$740.8 billion, a year-on-year increase of about 64%. The market generally attributes this financial report to strong AI demand. As the core chip foundry for tech giants like Nvidia and Apple, TSMC's 3nm and 5nm advanced processes and advanced packaging demand remain fully booked, and 2nm advanced process capacity is gradually increasing. Global cloud service providers continue to expand AI infrastructure investments, and the market expects TSMC's Q4 revenue to further climb. But these discussions remain within the framework of traditional finance. What truly deserves the attention of crypto investors is a deeper change happening behind this financial report: AI computing power is transforming from a technical resource into a financializable asset class. The first signal comes from GPU-collateralized loans. In August 2026, crypto exchange Bullish provided USD.AI with a US$100 million stablecoin debt financing quota for GPU-collateralized loan business. The specific operation is #BTC surge and pullback, has market rotation begun? Why are US institutions desperately selling Bitcoin, while global funds on Binance are still absorbing it?
In the past few days, Coinbase's Bitcoin negative premium has continued to widen, indicating that buying demand in the US market is clearly weaker than on Binance. US institutions are reducing risk exposure, but funds in other global regions have not withdrawn in sync, highlighting the pricing divergence around Bitcoin.
US institutions manage asset portfolios and focus on US Treasury yields, the US dollar index, inflation, and geopolitical risks. Currently, the 10-year US Treasury yield remains above 5%, the US dollar index has broken through 102, and macro risks continue to suppress liquidity. To control drawdowns and meet risk management requirements, institutions naturally prefer to "run first to be safe."
However, traders on Binance come from a broader global market, with different capital structures, risk preferences, and investment cycles. The long-term negative premium on Coinbase at least indicates that the relative selling pressure in the US market has not equally weakened the global market.
If global buying continues to absorb, BTC prices will strengthen again, and US institutions will eventually have to face the issue of reallocation. When the US dollar and Treasury yields fall and risk appetite recovers, the "smart money" that is currently eager to sell could very well chase prices higher again, fueling the next rally.
Bitcoin is becoming increasingly globalized. US institutions can influence short-term prices but may not determine the long-term trend.Tomorrow night at 8:30 PM, the September CPI will be released, the most important reference before the Federal Reserve meeting on October 28.
Institutions expect: overall CPI year-on-year to rise from 3.4% to 3.7%, driven by energy price increases; but core CPI month-on-month may slow from 0.3% to 0.2%. This combination is very critical — overall pushed up by oil prices, but core is cooling down. If core truly slows, it indicates price pressures are not spreading, and the market will strengthen expectations for a pause in rate hikes.
But officials are not easing up. Cleveland Fed President Harker clearly stated on October 12 that inflation pressures remain broad and support further rate hikes. CME data: the market expects about a 79.5% probability of rates remaining unchanged in October. There is a big divergence between hawkish officials and market pause expectations.
This divergence is the source of tomorrow night’s volatility.
If overall is hot but core cools: the market leans toward pause expectations, the dollar and U.S. bonds fall back, and BTC has a chance to rebound and test 83,500–84,500.
If both overall and core exceed expectations: the probability of a rate hike in October rises again, BTC comes under pressure, with support at 81,500–82,000; breaking that level points to 80,000.
BTC is now near 82,000, up 0.8%. There is a lot of defensive positioning around 80,000, providing short-term support. But the direction is not clear; before the data release tomorrow night, avoid heavy bets.

For personal observation only, not investment advice.Ancient giant whales have awakened! SkyAI is frantically dumping 1 million SOL, evaporating $800 million!
Brothers, today's market is no ordinary correction; it's a collective escape of on-chain whales! First, the most explosive: an ancient Bitcoin whale suddenly woke up today and transferred out all 4,582 BTC at once, worth about $380 million. When an ancient address of this scale moves, it’s highly likely preparing to sell.
Even more brutal on the $SOL side. The whale SkyAI, holding 2 million SOL, has already dumped 1 million SOL, cashing out $107 million, and clearly indicated it might continue selling! Its average buy-in cost was $194, now floating a loss of over $160 million, and it has started cutting losses regardless of cost.
Where is the money running to? An anonymous whale sold 410 BTC and turned around to buy 14,341 ETH, clearly signaling no longer playing with Bitcoin. But even worse are today's liquidation data: $814 million liquidated across the entire network in the past 24 hours, with $686 million liquidated on long positions, 86% of which are longs dying! Bitcoin longs liquidated $142 million, Ethereum longs liquidated $143 million.
The macro environment is equally brutal. The 10-year US Treasury yield remains high at 5.24%, and the 30-year soared to 5.70%, a new high since 2002. The market's probability of a rate hike in December has surged to 70.6%. In this environment, any good news is just a bull trap.

I watched this data closely for half a day last week, but it was all for nothing.
Simply put, employment in the US hasn't collapsed; in fact, a few more people went to work.
An increase of one thousand people.
One thousand people is barely a ripple in the US job market.
But my first reaction was, "Employment is stable, so expectations for rate cuts are fading," and I immediately reduced my positions.
What happened? The market completely ignored this.
The lesson is that weekly ADP data is more noise than signal.
The truly significant data is the monthly non-farm payrolls; the weekly data doesn't even bother to revise previous values.
The biggest mistake retail investors make is treating a minor data point as a steering wheel.
From now on, I only watch one thing: before the monthly non-farm payrolls are released, I won't act on these small data points.

#$HYPE Is there still room for a decline after the high-level pullback?
Recently, there was a rebound near 84000, giving the impression of a bullish counterattack. Is this a return of the bulls or the last counterattack of the decline?
I have some personal views to share below:
1. From the 87000 level, I repeatedly called for short positions. The final bottom was around 80400, which means a drop of nearly 7000 points. If we look at the rebound strength according to the Fibonacci sequence, it is roughly around 3500 and 4200 points. Yesterday's rebound peak was near 84300, which matches the 0.618 Fibonacci level, then it started to face continued pressure. This indicates there is still strong selling pressure above, supporting a continued bearish outlook.
2. I have said before that in the early stage of a bull market rise, there is a deep correction mainly to shake out weak hands and consolidate positions, transferring uncertain holdings to strong holders. This round from 57000 to 87000 saw an increase of up to 30000 points, but the retracement was only 7000 points, which is far from enough for a deep shakeout. Therefore, I believe there is still room for further retracement.
If you held short positions at 87000, continue holding. If not, the rebound is an opportunity to short.$SNDK SanDisk|US Pre-Market|1500 breakdown effective, today watching downside test at 1372, if broken then look at 1157
Yesterday's review: 1500 is the key 8-hour support, breaking below will quickly probe 1372. The 8-hour close has already broken down, conditions triggered, pre-market at 1418, very close to 1372. This round is not purely technical selling—concerns about sector competition triggered by new Chinese storage design progress caused Micron, Hynix, and Samsung to collectively fall; on the same day, S&P upgraded the rating to BBB but couldn't pull back the stock price, the selling pressure is a real sector revaluation.
Market situation: Support completely broken, high probability to test 1372, focus on the reaction after touching it. Two hidden risks to keep in mind: first, CEO and CFO intensive selling in September was in the 1527–1767 range, price has fallen back to the executive selling zone; second, earnings report after market close on October 29, if 1372 holds then expect consolidation before earnings, if broken then it's an earnings sell-off.
If 1372 holds → must see volume contraction with a long lower shadow + 8-hour close back above to count, first watch rebound strength; a rebound failing at 1500 is the most comfortable entry point for shorts, better than chasing shorts at 1418.
If 8-hour close effectively breaks below 1372 → look down to 1157, with possible probes and support tests at round numbers 1300 and 1200 along the way, don't expect a one-shot drop.
Trend shifts from wait-and-see to bearish. Short invalidation line: price moves back above 1500. Analyst target prices vary greatly (lowest 1000, highest 3600), volatility will continue to increase, stop-loss discipline is more important than directional judgment. First observe the 1372 test situation, then decide on subsequent strategy. You can pay attention to gold and crude oil; major data is about to be released!
At 20:30 Beijing time on October 14, the US September CPI will be announced, and at the same time on the 15th, PPI, retail sales, and initial jobless claims data will also be released.
Institutions estimate that rising energy prices may push the overall CPI year-on-year from 3.4% up to 3.7%, while the core CPI month-on-month growth rate is expected to slow from 0.3% to 0.2%.
Cleveland Fed's Hamarack stated that inflationary pressures remain widespread and supports further rate hikes.
Interestingly, market expectations differ.
Current CME data shows the market is betting about a 79.5% probability that rates will remain unchanged in October. The officials' hawkish stance is clearly at odds with market expectations.

Evernorth, a company holding 473 million XRP, officially landed on Nasdaq today under the ticker XRPN, becoming the first listed company to treat XRP as a treasury asset. However, after surging to 19.38 at the open, it closed down 1.05%, as the market is temporarily not buying the "institutionalization" story. XRP fell from 1.52 to 1.31 then rebounded to 1.35, with the 50-week EMA (around 1.40) acting as overhead resistance.
SOL's "slow money" is running faster than anyone else. In October, SOL ETF net outflows exceeded 22 million, with only 2.43 million inflows last week, shrinking 99% from 188 million the previous week. The price broke below all short-term moving averages: the 7-day SMA at 110, 50-day SMA at 109, and 20-day SMA at 116 — all pressing down overhead. 101.69 is the intraday low and also the lower Bollinger Band.
DOGE's on-chain activity is almost "at a standstill." The network processed only 17,404 transfers in 24 hours, yet the market cap remains as high as 13.3 billion USD. Bitwise's DOGE ETF will close on October 14, with zero inflows since listing.

#9月CPI公布在即,哈玛克称仍需进一步加息 Bitcoin News | Kospi Plunges 6%, Chip Stocks Down 8%, Bitcoin Recovers Above $83,000
Binance News
Official Binance Account
Followed
Bitcoin rebounded above $83,000 on Tuesday. Earlier, it dipped just below $81,000 at 00:50 UTC, then recovered despite sell-offs in Asian chip stocks and U.S. tech futures.
Ethereum bounced back from a five-day low, and Ripple turned positive after hitting a three-week low. Zcash, Solana, and several other major tokens showed similar trends.
South Korea's Kospi index plunged over 6% intraday, falling below 6,000 points to its lowest level since late July.
Memory Stock Sell-Off Accelerates Sharply
Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix both dropped about 8%, extending their losing streak to five consecutive trading days.
This was a significant acceleration from Monday, when SK Hynix fell 4.09%, SanDisk 6.74%, and Micron 4.31%. Today's declines roughly doubled.
The Kospi index fell below 6,000 points, about 12% lower than its September 30 close of 6,838.04 points; this also widened the index's Q3 decline to 19.3%, the largest quarterly drop since Q1 2020.
Investors cited concerns over AI-related valuations and intensified competition among Chinese memory chip manufacturers.
China Competition and Valuation Concerns Are Distinct
These two reasons are not the same, and the second has only recently emerged.
Valuation concerns mean prices are unreasonable; competition concerns mean the business landscape is changing. The former eases after valuation multiples contract; the latter requires companies to defend market share.
Alibaba announced on September 22 what it called China's "strongest AI chip," aiming to compete with Nvidia. If Chinese memory chip makers are simultaneously expanding capacity, the supply-demand tightness described by Micron becomes harder to sustain.
Micron forecasted Q1 revenue on October 1 between $60 billion and $63 billion, above market expectations of $56.77 billion. CEO Sanjay Mehrotra said market conditions in fiscal years 2027 and 2028 would be "much tighter than fiscal 2026." The stock has fallen below the level at the time of this guidance over the past two weeks.
Decoupling Is What Matters
Bitcoin's rebound while Kospi fell 6% reverses the trend maintained since September.
On September 22, after Meta's Muse AI topped the App Store, the crypto leader rose alongside Asian chip stocks; on October 1, after Micron's earnings beat expectations, Kospi also rose 1.2% in sync with crypto.
Tuesday broke this pattern. The Hang Seng Index fell 0.4%, Nasdaq futures dropped 0.6%, continuing Monday's 0.78% decline; meanwhile, Bitcoin rebounded over $2,000 from its low.
A single trading day is not enough to establish a trend. Bitcoin's correlation this quarter has been unstable—after the Clear Act vote, its short-term correlation with the S&P 500 dropped from 0.75 to 0.43 in one day, and with gold from 0.69 to 0.28.
Oil Prices Hold Gains
WTI crude traded near $92.67, largely holding Monday's rebound from below $90. Brent crude hovered around $106 after three consecutive days of gains.
Saudi Arabia was attacked again, and ongoing threats to shipping through the Strait of Hormuz keep energy market uncertainty high. Traders weigh supply disruption risks against expectations that Russia may increase diesel exports.
The price spread between the two benchmark crudes remains a key signal. Currently about $13.33, barely narrowed from Monday's $14.60, and far above the usual $2 to $4 range; this aligns more with constrained maritime exports than global demand changes.
Higher oil prices increase inflation risks and strengthen the case for Fed rate hikes, which is negative for cryptocurrencies.
Dollar Index Hits 19-Month High
The dollar index remains near 102.50, the highest since April last year.
The dollar index has climbed steadily from mid-September levels of 98 and 99, and October 1's 101.81. A stronger dollar raises the opportunity cost of holding non-yielding assets and makes dollar-denominated assets more expensive for non-dollar buyers.
Against this backdrop, Bitcoin's rise marks the second decoupling in this trading period.
Thursday's CPI Release Will Be a Catalyst
Traders are preparing for the U.S. Consumer Price Index report due Thursday.
Paul Howard, Senior Director at market maker Wincent, said: "With U.S. inflation data imminent, I expect institutional investors to focus on increasing protection through derivatives and hedging strategies rather than drastically cutting their underlying exposure."
Howard added: "This is typical behavior for committed institutional participants during periods of heightened risk: maintaining core holdings while using derivatives to guard against downside risk, and continuing to view cryptocurrencies as an asset class with return potential."
This data release comes amid divergence between the Fed's own forecasts and market pricing. September meeting minutes showed 16 of 18 officials expect at least one more rate hike in 2026; yet after employment rose by only 29,000, below the expected 90,000, the market prices only a 19% chance of a rate hike in October.
If CPI exceeds expectations, the divergence will narrow; if below, it will widen. $BTC I still bought into this wave of SanDisk
1419.1 long $SNDK
After the news about Changxin came out, the market has basically been operating on the logic of "Domestic storage rising = SanDisk's moat is about to collapse" these past two days, but I think this expectation is a bit overblown
Changxin's core is still DRAM, while SanDisk's real bread and butter is NAND and SSD. The valuation of the entire storage sector will definitely be dragged down by sentiment, but I don't agree with directly concluding that SanDisk's competitiveness is destroyed
Looking at the K-line, it dropped straight from above 1600 to 1420 with almost no decent pause, the short-term has clearly entered an emotional venting phase
So this time I chose to buy a little on the left side of the rebound; if it can hold around 1400, I'm willing to give this position some time
My bet is simple:
The news is being traded too pessimistically, and the technicals have been hit too hard
At times like this, even if the big trend hasn't reversed yet, it's worth trying for a mean reversion
Let's see if the market is willing to catch its breath 😂

#半导体板块集中抛售,韩国KOSPI跌超6% @OKX星球 ETH and BTC both broke their defenses.
Last night a fan asked if a whale selling BTC to buy ETH means ETH is about to take off. I didn't reply, just sent the 4-hour chart.
2769 dropped to 2406, then rebounded to 2580 but couldn't go higher. Volume shrinks with each candle, and the top is full of trapped positions. Is this called taking off? This is being carried away on a stretcher.
When whales rotate positions, many only see the surface. Selling 410 BTC and buying 14,341 ETH sounds like rebalancing, but in reality, it's just moving to a slower losing position to hold on. Big money is withdrawing from BTC, not because they are optimistic about ETH, but because BTC can't hold either. Funds are looking for an exit, not an opportunity.
Retail traders are now 88% short, the ratio is too crowded. But the price keeps going down, what does that mean? It's not short sellers dumping; someone is really cashing out in the spot market. Crowded shorts plus spot outflows—this combo has been seen many times, and in the end, the bulls are the first to break.
Some think 2458 is the bottom. I just want to say, with the market unable to hold 2600, what bottom are we talking about?

For personal observation only, not investment advice."Don't rush tonight, the order of taking over has changed"
Hold off on bottom-fishing for now. After the data update, the priority for monitoring the market needs to be rearranged: watch if $BTC can hold steady, observe $SOL and $ZEC for pullback support, and continue to wait for spot buying on ETH.
BTC: $16.21 million net spot buying in 1 hour, $8.94 million net contract buying, showing short-term capital interest. But 4-hour contract net selling is $716 million, indicating residual selling pressure; the key is whether buying can continue.
ETH: $48.69 million net contract buying in 1 hour looks active, but spot is still net selling, with 4-hour spot net selling $46.36 million. Contracts move first, spot hasn't returned yet; rushing to buy risks getting cut, better wait for spot buying to come back.
SOL: 24-hour spot net buying $24.12 million, 4-hour net buying $2.24 million, the base is not bad. However, recent 1-hour spot net selling $2.97 million; if someone steps in on the pullback, it's worth a closer look.
ZEC: 24-hour spot net buying $17.27 million, nearly $106 million net buying in the past week, and 1-hour contract also turned to net buying $4.27 million. If spot buying continues, pullbacks are more comfortable than chasing highs.
Don't rush to charge tonight; follow this order: first see if BTC can hold, then watch if SOL and ZEC have support on pullbacks before rising, and put ETH aside for now #9月CPI公布在即,哈玛克称仍需进一步加息 #台积电Q3营收创新高,盈利表现待揭晓 #半导体板块集中抛售,韩国KOSPI跌超6% $AVAX
Avalanche's pitch has moved from a single chain to a network of purpose-built ones. Teams can launch custom Layer-1s with their own rules, which suits gaming studios and institutions that want control. The trade-off is fragmentation. Activity spread across many chains may not translate into demand for AVAX unless the main network stays central.$TRUMP perpetual 50x short position, opened at 1.911, now at 1.861, floating profit +130.82%.
The strategy is very straightforward: the top consolidates with extremely low volume, volatility is crushed to the floor, indicating chips are ready to be distributed. A single high-volume bearish candle smashed the price down from 1.911, a typical breakdown signal, shorting is favored over longing. 50x leverage, stop loss at 1.95. The trend goes straight down, giving no comfortable exit point, profits take off immediately.
At this position, I plan to take half the position off the table first, and move the stop loss of the remaining half to 1.89 to let profits run. If 1.80 is broken with volume, continue holding; if not broken, close all positions. $BTC $ETH #9月CPI公布在即,哈玛克称仍需进一步加息 Some friends asked me why recently I tend to analyze and trade $ETH more than $BTC.
Actually, the answer is simple: BTC's structure is not as clear as ETH's.
I have already marked it on the 4-hour chart; experienced friends should be able to see it.
The first chart is BTC's. We can see that in the past week, BTC has been oscillating in the dense consolidation area marked in red earlier.
Simply put, from the left side of the trading, I don't see any clear support or resistance points here.
I can only conclude that accumulation is happening here.
Yes, the main force is accumulating here.
The second chart is ETH's. We can see that the previous consolidation area is quite large.
And you can see its upper and lower limits are very standard.
Isn't this a very simple alignment of support and resistance levels!
At the lower limit of the previous consolidation area, around the green line at 2400, we go long, with a stop loss if the support is broken.
At the upper limit of the previous consolidation area, around the red line at 2530, we go short, with a stop loss at 2560.
The day before yesterday, I stopped out of a short position at 2530 because the price continued to rise.
So I immediately looked at the chart and found that the price was close to the Vegas channel, and there was a small pullback after the rise that held support, so here there could be two pressure points, namely the orange line positions.
Therefore, yesterday I chose to immediately switch to short at 2560.
That's the logic! The waveform on the monitor has started to change. The 10-year US Treasury yield, this "aorta," remains under sustained high pressure, while the longest duration "ventricular walls" have begun to show ischemic changes. On October 12, BlackRock ended nearly six years of underweighting US Treasuries by pushing short-term debt to overweight, adjusting long-term debt back to neutral, and simultaneously pulling US stocks from overweight back to neutral. This is not an ordinary position adjustment; it is a hemodynamic reconstruction that has lasted six years, finally making a decisive move on the blood pressure curve.
Why has short-term debt suddenly become attractive? Because years of high yields mean the perfusion pressure in this vessel has recovered. For us, the short end is like the central vein—stable capacity, quick return of blood, and controllable bleeding risk. The long end is the aortic arch; although it looks thick, its walls are thin and elastic, and the twin surgical knives of inflation and fiscal pressure could cut it at any time. The Kazakhstan central bank plans to reduce its gold reserves from 78% to 75%, politely citing "higher US Treasury yields," which in surgical terms means they prefer to cut off some of the dead tissue of gold that produces no blood flow, in exchange for fixed-income myocardium that continuously pumps out interest. Both moves point in the same direction, signaling a rising relative attractiveness of US dollar fixed-income assets.
But the real lesion is not in the bonds themselves. $xSOXL is a leveraged amplifier of US semiconductor stocks; its linkage logic is not simply "it rises when the stock market rises," but it is extremely sensitive to interest rate transmission. Pushing up short-term yields is equivalent to increasing the adrenaline dose for the entire market. The immediate reaction of risk assets appears excited, but myocardial oxygen consumption simultaneously soars. Maintaining long-term neutrality indicates that large funds dare not fully extend duration, fearing that the chronic valvular disease of inflation will continue to calcify. Fiscal pressure is a continuous bleed that cannot be stopped.
The triple-leveraged structure of $xSOXL is essentially extracorporeal circulation. It amplifies perfusion but also amplifies the risk of air embolism. When US stocks move from overweight back to neutral, it means institutions no longer transfuse blood to risk exposure, and $xSOXL’s funding source will be the first to feel "hypotension." The short-term US Treasuries absorb precisely this portion of short-duration preference funds—money does not disappear; it only reroutes to a more stable perfusion bed. Therefore, leveraged US stock tokens face not a simple correction but reperfusion injury: superficially, it looks like a price dip, but essentially it is a structural reset of capital flows.
The marginal reduction in gold reserves is another signal. Long-term capital is reducing the weight of "non-interest-bearing assets," indicating their expectations for real interest rates are rising. For $xSOXL, this means the discount rate on the denominator side refuses to loosen, compressing the valuation expansion window.
The judgment on the operating table is straightforward: the lesion is the stratification of the interest rate structure, the symptom is the emotional volatility of risk assets, and $xSOXL is just the probe that first cries out in pain. The long end is not overweighted, indicating the lead surgeons are still waiting for the pathology report. #blackrocktreasuryshiftThe load-bearing walls of the Red Sea shipping route are developing structural cracks, yet everyone is still debating the interior design style.
The Saudi Energy Minister said they plan to bypass the Persian Gulf within two to three years by building a main artery capable of transporting ten million barrels per day, and also to convert the natural gas pipeline into an oil transport branch within seven to eight weeks to add 1.2 million barrels. It sounds like a nice preliminary expansion plan—but anyone with twenty years of structural design experience knows that converting a pipeline in seven to eight weeks is like turning a drainpipe into a load-bearing column; it looks feasible on paper but may not stand in reality. The current east-west mainline actually transports 5.8 million barrels, with a nominal capacity of 7 million barrels. This redundancy level in any supertall building would be considered a critical load, where even slight disturbances can cause cascading failures.
The repeated attacks by the Houthi forces on airports, especially the bloody strike in Riyadh on October 10, essentially represent the ever-present risk of falling tower crane debris at a construction site. Pipelines are not finished once built; they are linear infrastructure requiring long-term operation and maintenance. Every pump station, valve, and monitoring node is a vulnerable point susceptible to attack. No matter how thick the main beam is, it cannot withstand repeated fatigue at weld joints.
The real contradiction lies in the fact that this bypass route ends at the Red Sea. What is the Red Sea? It is an evacuation channel already squeezed to an extreme narrowness. The transit risks of the Mandeb Strait and Hormuz Strait are two deformation joints of the same structural family. Transferring flow from one fragile node to another is not seismic design; it is a cantilever in a different direction.
The linkage logic for tokenized US stocks here is very clear—the geopolitical risks of energy infrastructure directly translate into transportation costs, insurance premiums, and forward supply curves. The market’s first reaction is often to price in the expectation of a "successful bypass," but structural engineers look at the true probability distribution of the construction timeline. An expansion node planned for two to three years in real engineering usually means five years, doubled budget, and a high probability of work stoppage due to safety incidents.
Sustainability is never determined by vision but by the foundation. A pipeline transporting ten million barrels daily requires not declarations but stable geological conditions every kilometer along the route, maintainable ancillary facilities, and an undisturbed construction window. None of these three are currently in place.
I do not make predictions; I only perform load-bearing calculations. When the design load is far less than the actual load, the structure will not be safe just because you declare it so—it will tell you the answer in the most direct way. #saudioilpipelineplansEarly session plunge, afternoon pullback, this market is just playing tricks.
In the morning, BTC led the dive, BNB followed closely breaking through 2500, ZEC plummeted straight down, many people saw their accounts shrink and nervously sold at the bottom? But right after selling, the main force reversed and pulled the market up, $BTC returned above 83000, $ETH reclaimed 2500, and ZEC also rebounded by dozens of points. Those who sold in the morning are probably regretting it deeply now.
Don’t rush to chase. This is not a reversal, it’s clearly a "paint the door" script. Volume hasn’t increased, it’s all shorts covering pushing hard, the upper moving averages are pressing down, and the bulls haven’t really entered the market.
Tomorrow night’s CPI is the main event, big money is watching. Today is just trash time, stabbing back and forth, first blowing out the bulls then the bears. Chase longs and you’ll get buried by tomorrow’s drop; chase shorts and one spike will wipe you out.
In this market, doing more often means more mistakes. I also took a loss this morning, now I’m just watching and not falling for it. Wait for the CPI to land, then act when the direction is clear. #ZEC跻身前十,机构化进程提速 #CPI与PPI公布在即,加息预期迎考验 #加密总市值重返2.8万亿美元 🌪️【Urgent Weather Alert】A strong convective cloud cluster codenamed "Maia 300" is forming in Seattle, expected to land on North America's main computing power rain belt in 2027!
Everyone, set your radar to the most sensitive mode. On October 12, Microsoft released its third-generation self-developed chip sounding balloon—Maia 300—at its own weather station. The data is as follows: inference performance per watt is about 40% higher than mainstream GPU systems, and rack-level throughput has surged to 7 times that of the previous generation. This scale is not an ordinary cumulonimbus cloud; it is a super typhoon embryo capable of rewriting the entire atmospheric circulation. The stock price responded with a 1.14% rise, closing at $541.15, setting a record high closing pressure, but it has not yet broken the 52-week intraday highest temperature line—a typical "strong convective warning issued, but the eye of the storm has not fully closed."
First, look at the core logic of my line of work: the demand side of computing power is a continuously warming warm and humid airflow; external GPU suppliers like Nvidia have always been the only water supply channel for this rain belt. What Microsoft is doing now is essentially building its own artificial rainfall system—lowering inference costs and reducing dependence on external water supply. In meteorology, this is called "artificial intervention in the precipitation cycle," and once successful, the entire region's humidity structure must be recalculated.
What does this mean for the subtropical high-pressure belt of crypto computing power? Pay attention to one detail: this time the emphasis is on "inference performance," not "training." Training is the extreme heavy rain of typhoon season—intense, short-lived, and concentrated in a few super cloud clusters; inference is the continuous drizzle of the rainy season—low intensity but year-round, covering the entire area, with a staggering total volume. When the unit cost of inference is cut by 40%, the computing power supply for edge, real-time, and resident intelligent agents will be thoroughly unlocked like coastal moisture. And computing power token assets are precisely the crops that feed on this moisture.
Now look at the pressure field configuration. Microsoft's stock price hit a record high closing price but is still below the 52-week intraday high—this is called "high-pressure ridge approaching but not fully controlling the field." Capital is casting a trust vote for self-developed chips but is also watching the actual deployment wind speed in 2027. Under this structure, risk appetite has boundaries; it will not blindly overflow into the high-beta computing power narrative but will provide it with a stable background pressure.
Regarding the circulation impact on the token market, I explain it in three layers:
First layer, near the surface. The news itself is a gust of southerly wind in sentiment, providing supportive airflow for computing power and AI narrative assets in the short term, but not strong enough to create a big wind event alone.
Second layer, mid-atmosphere. The real variable is the trend of "self-developed replacing external supply." If more cloud providers follow, the monopoly structure of computing power supply will be weakened, and pricing power will shift from sellers to buyers—a slow cooling process for assets relying on computing power scarcity premiums.
Third layer, upper-level jet stream. Large-scale deployment is only in 2027, meaning all current pricing is an advance discount of the climate state two years later. The worst thing in forecasting is treating long-term models as tomorrow's reality, and the market is the same.
My professional judgment is this: this is not an immediately arriving storm but a slow reconstruction of atmospheric circulation. Warm and humid airflow is strengthening, water supply channels are being rewritten, and precipitation distribution will be redrawn over the next few years. What can be done now is to place sounding instruments properly and monitor the actual measured values of three key meteorological elements: performance per watt, rack throughput, and deployment rhythm, rather than shouting slogans at cloud maps.
The storm has not arrived, but the pressure leads the way. #microsoftmaia300OKX's on-chain financial business has already started to form a closed loop, but the business landing on the X Layer does not mean the value has landed on OKB. What truly determines whether OKB can be revalued is still the last gap: whether external Builders can pledge OKB with real money through Exchange OS to open the market. In this chart, I have separated the parts that have already been realized from those still to be verified. I still believe that the image version allows long-term OKB holders to more intuitively see OKX's layout over the year, which can increase everyone's confidence in holding positions (at least that's how I feel). The text version seems too tedious to read, so I made an image version and am sharing it again $OKB $SNDK crashed! The US stock storage sector all took a hit in one day. Is storage doomed?
Yesterday, Nanya Technology released its Q3 report: revenue surged about 612% year-over-year, gross margin at 85.7%, earnings per share for the quarter at 25.4 TWD, with a gross margin even higher than TSMC. So what happened? Micron fell about 4%, SanDisk dropped about 6%, Samsung closed down 4.39%, and the Korean composite index plunged 3.65%!
Why? Has the market gone crazy?
The main reason is the news that ChangXin Memory made a breakthrough in DRAM technology, causing the market to worry about intensified future competition and how long the high profits of memory chips can be sustained.
But what really worries investors is the future. The current shortage of memory chips and high gross margins do not guarantee the same will continue. The market fears that after capacity increases in 2027–2028, supply and demand will shift, potentially pressuring chip prices and company profits.
The Korean stock market is also under financial pressure. Samsung and SK Hynix's stock buybacks are gradually ending, raising concerns about reduced subsequent buying and loss of some price support.
What should we focus on next?
Pay attention to the earnings reports of ASML and TSMC, as well as Samsung's future outlook on memory chip supply, demand, and capacity. This information will influence market expectations for the industry's outlook.
There may still be short-term rebound opportunities, but blind bottom-fishing is not advisable. The key is whether demand can be sustained, supply increases, and companies can maintain high profits.
$MU $SKHYNIX #9月CPI公布在即,哈玛克称仍需进一步加息 $OGN brothers, this surge in OGN, Strong Brother took a look and saw the familiar old trick of altcoins—purely built on sentiment and hot money.
Why the sudden spike? Simply put, three things came together.
First, the exchange launched perpetual contracts. Leverage is now available, and gamblers got excited at once, pushing the trading volume straight to 60 million, all speculative trading rushing in.
Second, big money is aggressively pulling. Net inflow in a single hour exceeded 1.23 million, forcibly driving the price from 0.0338 to 0.0416. Such a large inflow in a short time can’t be done by retail investors; it’s the main force pumping the price, attracting followers to chase.
Third, the technical indicators are flooring the gas pedal. MACD turned positive, moving averages formed a golden cross, and those bots watching indicators and retail investors chasing the rise all rushed in, pushing the price higher and higher.
But brothers, with such a sharp rise, the risks are also right there.
Look at its previous movement: just three days ago on the 10th, it formed a long wick candle, a double explosion of bulls and bears. If you think you can catch this big wave, you must set stop loss and take profit to avoid being harvested by the market makers as chives. I suggest at this position you can short lightly, aiming for a 1.5 risk-reward ratio.$SNDK SanDisk was slammed today for reasons that actually have nothing to do with it: ChangXin Memory's breakthrough is in DRAM design, while SanDisk is purely a NAND manufacturer and does not produce a single DRAM chip. But storage ETFs are priced as a basket; when the leaders shake, the whole group falls. SanDisk, having risen more than fivefold this year and with the thickest profit-taking, fell harder than anyone else.
This is the fate of high-level stocks: they are counted by the strongest gains when rising, but blamed the most unfairly when falling. The S&P just upgraded its rating from BB+ to BBB yesterday, expecting revenue to more than double next year and free cash flow to exceed 20 billion; management also said demand is suppressing supply, and quotas will still be needed after 2027. The fundamentals are clearly improving, but the stock price is paying for someone else's news.
However, don't rush to cry foul. Six months ago, the stock at 237 was driven up to 2,350, and within that more than fivefold increase lies a large amount of unrealized gains. Any slight disturbance can become a reason to reduce positions. Today's drop is less about panic and more about chips looking for a foothold.
Around 1,450 is the first real test in this round; if it holds, the unjustified sell-off will be corrected sooner or later; if it doesn't hold, the next dense trading zone is between 1,200 and 1,300. Before the earnings report and next quarter guidance are released, volatility is inevitable. 88% of retail traders are short, yet the price keeps dropping. This combination is more alarming than a simple breakdown. Guess what, is it the shorts dumping the market, or is the spot market quietly bleeding? Someone asked me last night if the whale selling BTC to buy ETH means Ethereum is about to take off. I didn’t reply; I just showed the 4-hour chart. From 2769 down to 2406, then a rebound to 2580 that can’t break through, volume shrinking smaller and smaller, with all the resistance above being trapped positions. Is this called taking off? It’s more like being carried away on a stretcher. The derivatives structure is the key focus in this round. 410 BTC exchanged for 14,341 ETH looks like portfolio adjustment on the surface, but in reality, it’s switching from one losing asset to another that’s falling more slowly to hold on. Big money leaving Bitcoin doesn’t necessarily mean optimism for Ethereum; it’s more likely Bitcoin itself can’t hold up anymore. Money is looking for an exit, not an opportunity. The critical contradiction is here: 88% of retail traders hold short positions, the crowding is extreme, yet there’s no short squeeze rebound in price. This indicates selling pressure isn’t from the futures market but from real cash being withdrawn on the spot side. Short crowding plus net spot outflow — I’ve seen this script a few times, and usually, the buyers are the first to break. A bullish path also exists. If 2600 is reclaimed with volume, shorts will cover quickly, altcoins might catch a breather, and the ETH/BTC rate will recover. But the premise is that spot outflows must stop first; otherwise, any rebound is just an opportunity for trapped holders to exchange hands. Someone called the bottom at 2458. If 2600 can’t be reclaimed, what bottom are we talking about? What’s really being traded now isn’t direction, but patience and cash flow The Fear and Greed Index rose from 61 to 69, returning to the midpoint of the "Greed" zone; in the same week, the US spot ETF saw a net outflow of $221.8 million, and BTC dropped by 2.00%. Sentiment is rising, but money is leaving — when these two signals conflict, which one should you trust? Let's start with the news. Today's two figures placed side by side are striking: on one hand, the sentiment indicator rose from 61 to 69; on the other, the capital flow channel has continuously turned negative — ETF 5-day net outflow is about $221.8 million, 10-day net outflow is $366.7 million, and the latest single-day outflow is $88 million. On the price front, BTC is currently at $83,562.9, down 0.40% in 24 hours and down 2.00% over the past week, still within the 20-day range of $80,400 to $87,283. Looking further at the capital impact: the sentiment index is composed of momentum, volatility, social media heat, search trends, and other components, making it very sensitive to short-term rebounds and discussion heat; whereas ETF net inflows represent real cash subscriptions and redemptions. When the two diverge, it usually means "trading funds are active, but allocation funds are withdrawing." The typical market manifestation of this structure is: quick rebounds but poor sustainability — because the driving force behind the rise is short-term funds, while the allocation funds that determine the medium-term direction are reducing positions. Implications for BTC: this is not a "bottom signal" combination. A true bottom usually accompanies sentiment dropping below 20 or capital flow channels turning positive continuously, neither of which is currently met. What is more concerning is the slow decline structure at high sentiment levels — the price hasn't dropped much,Personal View on Gold
Short-term (CPI/PPI driven)
• CPI higher than expected: inflation stickiness strengthens, rate cuts delayed, US Treasury real yields rise, dollar strengthens → gold falls
• CPI lower than expected: rate cut expectations heat up, real yields decline → gold rallies
• In line with expectations: priced in advance, initial spike to sweep orders, then returns to consolidation
Key Levels (London Spot Gold)
• Resistance: 4200, must hold with volume to open upward space
• Support: 4150, strong support below at 4100, ultimate bottom area near 4000 (continuous buying by global central banks)
Medium to Long-term Logic
✅ Bullish: continuous gold purchases by global central banks, geopolitical risk hedging, strong long-term bottom support
❌ Bearish: US Treasury real yields remain high, gold holding cost as a non-yield asset is relatively high, as long as rate cuts are delayed, it is difficult to see a major primary uptrend
Biggest Difference with BTC
Gold is a safe-haven asset; hot CPI is bearish for gold. BTC is a highly volatile risk asset; hot CPI also causes BTC to fall, but BTC’s volatility is much greater than gold, with much higher price elasticity.
⚠️ Leverage risk in precious metals futures is also very high; volatility is huge at the moment CPI is released.Storage stocks keep falling, but that doesn't mean AI demand is gone
SanDisk dropped 5.97% in a single day, Micron fell 3.88%.
Six out of seven trading days have been down.
What's falling is expectations, not orders:
Changxin just released progress on 4F² DRAM.
Server memory is expected by year-end.
Mass production hasn't been verified yet, but prices moved first.
Who's really selling:
Samsung and SK Hynix's buybacks are nearing completion.
Foreign investors are reducing holdings after previous big gains.
At the slightest sign of trouble, profit-taking happens first.
$BTC is also under pressure, but that's not the main reason.
This storage issue isn't a directional switch.
Long positions with stop losses at 81500 have already been taken out.
#BTC与ETH现货ETF同步流出,机构需求转弱了吗?
#$BTC $DRAM Thanks to the market for giving me a V-shaped recovery, otherwise I would have been eating dirt today. Let's talk about my positions in BTC, ETH, SOL, and OKB:
Today, the four brothers I hold all took a hit, but who is the main decliner and who is affected by sentiment can still be seen from the on-chain capital flows:
1. $BTC is the most resilient, with the cleanest on-chain capital. Although the ETF redeemed $450 million, whales took advantage of the big drop to buy 15,000 coins, so BTC's mid-term trend will be very strong.
Also, 81,000 is a strong support level at BTC's 400-day moving average, and every pullback quickly rebounds. From a long-term perspective, BTC is also in a consolidating upward trend.
2. $ETH is the weakest, with ETF net outflows for 8 consecutive days, totaling $640 million. The capital side is too weak to hold.
Moreover, the selling pressure of 4,393 coins transferred from the EF wallet to Kraken remains suspicious, and 2,200 is a critical hard support level below.
3. SOL fell the hardest, mainly due to a $120 million short position on Hyperliquid. The ETF side only saw outflows of over $3 million, so the impact is minor. This token is being suppressed by derivatives sentiment, not by spot money running away.
4. $OKB followed the decline, but its fundamentals are very good: X Layer has integrated xStocks, plans to pursue SEC exemption for 63 US stock tokens, and with deflationary burns, the mid-term position is sustainable.
This kind of follow-the-fall decline can turn into an independent rally at any time, so holders with chips should hold tight!"Short covering pushed the price back from 80,986 to the 84,000 resistance zone, but with ETF weekly outflows of 681 million + active selling dominance + long liquidations prevailing, this rebound is a correction rather than a reversal. 83,900 is the lower edge of the resistance zone, and 84,500 is the real sell wall. Before the CPI release, it's best to watch more and trade less in the middle range, waiting for the data to provide direction. $BTC $ETH $ZEC #阿斯麦财报前瞻:EUV订单成关键看点 $ZEC independent market phase has ended, now it can only follow the mainstream
Since the failed attempt to break 1700, the price has been weakening continuously. Institutional funds are also withdrawing; in the first week of October, Grayscale ZCSH had a net outflow of about 59 million USD, which is a very direct signal
Currently, $ZEC has small gains and large losses, basically relying on the mood of the mainstream market. The previous explosive rally was driven by positive news plus a short squeeze, which is hard to replicate in this market
Yan Yan's trading strategy:
Light short position around 1200
Stop loss above 1235, target first around 1130. ZEC at $1195, are you still holding?
From 1650 down to 1195, 28% gone. ETFs are redeeming, leverage is liquidating, everyone is asking: is the privacy narrative over? But the weekly chart isn't dead yet—Is this the final drop or the start of a bear market?
Let's look at the surface first: breaking support, bulls swept out.
In 24 hours, it swung from 1125 to 1310, volume expanded, long liquidations clearly exceed shorts. Market cap still around 20 billion, ranked 10th, with over 300% gain in the past year. The candlesticks tell you: the daily chart has shifted from recovery to a bearish continuation, EMA20 pressing at 1305, EMA50 close to 1190, RSI 42-44 neutral to weak, MACD below zero—All indicators shout one thing: the short-term drop isn't over, don't rush to bottom-fish.
But look at the weekly chart.
Price is far above the 200-week moving average (around 650), weekly RSI near 60, no bearish divergence. From single digits in 2024 to four digits now, this cycle's structure remains intact.
Daily bearish, weekly bullish. This is the most divided and critical point right now.
First: ETFs are running, Winklevoss is just painting a picture—the buying expectation is over.
Grayscale's ZCSH saw a net outflow of $93.56 million in the week ending October 2, with the first week after August listing showing net redemptions. The following week continued outflows, volume dropped to 30 million. The segment pushed up by ETF locked positions in September is being redeemed and dismantled.
Winklevoss's WINK filed an S-1 aiming for Nasdaq listing, 0.25% fee, Gemini custody, max intended subscription 100 million—but not approved, non-binding, can't be counted as buying pressure.
Second: Leverage is clearing, many liquidations, but this is not the start of a bear market.
September perpetual positions peaked over $3.4 billion, declining through this correction. In this recent phase, long liquidations clearly exceed shorts—this is passive long liquidation, not new short selling.
No one is shorting ZEC; leverage is collapsing on its own.
Oversold can get more oversold, but your margin can't.
Daily ATR about 7%-9%, any $50-$80 fluctuation above 1195 is normal. Don't mistake normal volatility for trend reversal.
Third: Macro is hanging a knife—CPI tomorrow.
September Fed hiked 25bp, rates at 3.75%-4.00%, minutes hawkish, another hike priced in by year-end. Tomorrow (October 14) is US September CPI, this week's trigger.
If CPI beats expectations, BTC and ZEC get hit together; if below, only then a technical rebound. BTC consolidates near 83,000, spot ETFs also saw net outflows last week. ZEC beta is higher than BTC; without market direction, it amplifies swings both ways.
Macro isn't the main cause of ZEC's drop, but it takes away your courage to bottom-fish.
Bull vs. bear, judge for yourself:
On one side:
Weekly trend intact, 200-week MA at 650, far below
21 million max supply, halving-like, circulating 16.9 million
NU7 upgrade activation on November 5, confirming block time from 75s to 25s
AI monitoring narrative is the core of this repricing, story alive
1130/1112 double bottom candidates, hold to rebound
On the other side:
ETF net outflows two weeks running, September locked positions dismantling
Daily bearish alignment, EMA20 pressing, MACD below zero
Long liquidations exceed shorts, leverage still clearing
Tomorrow's CPI, macro risk assets not cheap
EU to delist "enhanced anonymity" assets by 2027, compliance liquidity tightening
Trading strategy
Long only two types:
Aggressive: if 1130-1150 shows lower wick and 1-hour chart no new lows, light position. Stop loss below 1100. First target 1250, second 1290. Reduce half at 1250.
Conservative: wait for daily to reclaim and hold 1290, then buy the dip. Target 1400, stop loss below 1200. May miss bottom but avoids catching a falling knife.
Short only on rebound:
1250-1290 resistance with volume upper wick, light short. Stop loss above 1330. Target 1150, break 1112 to 1050.
Do not open new shorts at 1195. Too close to support, easy to get stopped out by a spike before CPI.
Position sizing:
Single trade risk no more than 1% of capital. ZEC daily 8%-10% moves common, 3x leverage equals betting on direction.
Existing longs above 1300 cost: 1250-1290 rebound is a reduction zone, not add-on.
Existing profitable shorts: take partial profit near 1130, move stop above cost. Don't let profits evaporate on a second dip.
Time window:
From tonight until before tomorrow's CPI, expect volatility and false breakouts, reduce position size.
NU7 mainnet decision on October 20, activation November 5, mid-term events. Price may go to 1050 or pull back to 1400 before then. Don't use event dates as stop loss.
ZEC now is like ORDI in 2024—
After a surge, everyone shouts "Privacy King returns."
But once daily breaks and leverage explodes, you realize: the story remains, but your position is gone.
Weekly bull not dead, daily bear not over. 1195 is observation zone, 1130 is bull-bear boundary, 1290 is rebound true/false boundary.
Before CPI, small positions, quick in and out.
